“It won’t be a loan and you’ll take back the credit cards that I gave you.”
“You mean the ones I left behind in Paris.”He nodded and after a while she spoke.”Fine it’s a deal. Oh lord I hope I’m not going to regret this.”
He gave her the cards back and she took it.”Anything else?”He asked.
“The money.”
“You have two credit cards filled with money and you still need more.”He clicked his tongue twice.”And here I was thinking my wife doesn’t love money.”
“Don’t start with me.”She warned.”Can I withdraw money with this cards.”
“You can do everything with that card, use it and abuse it for as long as you want. Every week I’ll deposit your weekly allowance to spend on whatever you might need.”
She was speechless yet again… a weekly allowance only Nico can drop such bombshells on her and leave her stunned. “Thank you.”She murmured.
“There’s no need, you are my wife after all if I’m not going to take care of you than who will.”He softly brushed his lips against hers.
Her throat clogged up with tears, but she forced them down. “Can… can I also use your penthouse if you don’t mind.”
“What for?”He asked raising an eyebrow.
“To make a long story short. I wanna throw a bachelorette party for Bella and we don’t have a venue, she’s stressed out a bit so I just wanna take her mind of things for a while, besides she’s like a sister to me and I want to do something nice for her.”
“I’m not comfortable with a bunch of strangers in my penthouse Reina… the idea doesn’t sit well with me. Just rent out a hotel room for the night.”
“That’s wasting money.”She argued.”Please….”
“I cannot agree to that. I’m sorry it’s my personal space. Please try to understand. Why don’t you have it here the house is big enough.”
“No, everyone is busy setting and preparing for the venue tomorrow we don’t wanna be in anyone’s way. And just picture how your mom will freak if she’ll see a half naked man in her house.”
“Aaah… now I see a night of fun with some male strippers. Planning on replacing me now.”
“What nonsense. It’s Cathy’s idea anyway and it is for Bella I’m not the one getting married.”
“Do it at Cathy’s then.”
“I’ll ask. Thank you again and what time should I be back for my surprise.”
“Just text me the address of where you’ll be and I’ll come and pick you up.”
“My underwear.”She said stopping at the door.
“You’ll get it tonight. Take it easy and behave yourself.”
“I will. Don’t worry.”She told him.”You’re the only man who stole my heart. And the only man that my body will respond to regardless of you loving me or not…. or how you might hurt me. They were in the spa downstairs she was told when she got back to Bella’s room. She found them sitting down in high chairs with their feet being washed they had on white robes that had the Garcia names engraved on them, they are drinking champagne with a plate of delicious treats between them. There were two women there that’s busy with their nails and feet.
“Look who decided to show up.”Cathy said.”Why do you look so flustered.”
“I’m not. Let me go change quickly.”She said and went inside the bathroom to get a robe for herself. Seconds later she emerged and sat down, immediately a woman came and began washing and massaging her feet.”
“What took you so long.”Bella asked.
“That’s what I wanna know.”Cathy added.
Reina’s cheeks turned red and she thought of what had happened in the study. She still can’t believe that they had made love. So openly where anyone could’ve walked in and to make it worse they were still fully clothed.
She blushed at the thought and looked away before Bella and Cathy were gonna see.”Now I see what happened.”Cathy said smiling at her.
Reina’s head snapped around.”What!”She almost yelled.
“The cat ate all the cream. Just look at your hair when you left it was neatly tied behind your head…. and now it’s loose and all ruffled. You wanna share all the juicy details.”
“There’s nothing to share because nothing happened.”
“Do you believe that Bella.”Cathy asked before sipping her champagne.
“No…”Bella answered.
“Guys come on that’s enough. What else has been planned for the day Bella.”
“I think brother booked us for everything. Full body massages, medi’s and pedi’s, foot massages, facial treatments and the list goes on.”
“Looks like we’ll be relaxing for most of the day then.”
“That’s the whole idea.”The rest of the day passed pretty quickly in between them getting pampered by the beauticians Cathy has been planning Bella’s bachelorette party. Reina has asked Cathy if they could do it at their condo and she had agreed because Logan wouldn’t be there. At four Cathy left to go and finish up and get ready for the bachelorette party. Reina pulled Bella aside.
“I’m going over to Cathy’s within an hour and I want you to come with me, you know your brother won’t let me go alone and maybe he’ll feel more at peace if he sees us together.”
“Okay. Are you guys going out or something you do know I’m getting married so I need plenty of rest too.”
“Stop stressing about that even if you don’t sleep for the night you’ll still look beautiful. And wear something daring and alluring it should be white though.”
She left and went to go and get ready, Reina also left to go and get ready. When she came out of the bathroom she got a call from Cathy.
“Everything okay.”Reina asked.
“Partly.”Cathy said.
“What’s wrong?”
“Nothing major, you’ll see when you get here. How far are you guys.”
“I’m going to get dressed and you.”
“Done. I’m waiting for you. See you soon.”The line went dead. Reina slipped on her black asymmetric crepe mini dress with it’s spaghetti straps and v-neckline, the dress is hugging her waist and enhancing her curves. She had blow out her hair and it’s flowing freely around her face and back, she applied a little bit of make up and put on her diamond dangling earrings. She was busy putting on her heels when Nico casually strolled into the bedroom. He has changed his clothing too, wearing jeans, black t-shirt and a black leather jacket with a pair of nike’s very casual. His hair is s neatly combed back.
“Looks like I’m not the only one going out for a night of fun.”
