49. NEW SCHOOL DAY

I deleted the lewd pictures Andrea sent me over the night.
She had been dressed in one of her sexy lingeries. Each picture she sent had clever taunting captions.
‘Think of your niece as you fuck my brains out.’
‘My body can take her off your mind.’
Yet it did nothing to satisfy my hunger. It was too late. Iran had already claimed Yulia, Andrea’s touch and body could do nothing to take Yulia off my mind.
I scrolled through my phone to see if there was anything about yesterday. That was when I saw the headline.
“MYSTERIOUS FIRE KILLS FIVE IN COFFEE SHOP.”
I closed the page and put the phone back into my pocket. I was waiting for Yulia to get dressed so we could check out the academy. I knew that she hated the idea of school but it was a requirement if she was ever going to be a proper werewolf.
She came down the stairs in a simple pair of tight blue jeans that hugged her perfectly shaped legs showing off the very curves that drove Iran crazy. She added on a white V neck sweatshirt that had cat designs. She had an annoyed glare in her eyes as she came my way and I smirked at her.
“Why do you hate school so much?” I walked her out of the house.
“I don’t hate school,” Yulia replied. “I just hate being told what to read and how to behave like a proper lady.”
“Don’t worry, you will get used to it,” I said and she scoffed.
We got to the garage and the memory of last night’s kiss flashed in my mind for the millionth time today.
‘Behave!’ I mentally warned Iran.
I knew that Yulia remembered too. How could she forget?
We stopped in front of my car, I opened the door for her and she got it. When I got to the driver’s seat, she crossed her arm and looked out the window.
I softly chuckled and shook my head. “You know, it’s not so bad.” I brought the car to life and drove out of the garage. “I happen to have enjoyed my time in the academy.”
“That’s easy for you to say,” Yulia replied. “You were probably a jock and all the girls swooned and worshiped the ground that you walked on.”
“That is… correct, I was awesome,” I replied as I drove down the road. She scoffed at my reply. “But that does not mean you will not have boys falling over for you.”
“Was that why you liked school?” Yulia raised an eyebrow. “Because of the girls?”
“No, to graduate and get good grades that will help me move up the corporate world, the girls were just bonuses.”
“Do I even want to know your body count?” She asked, exasperated.
“It’s okay, a gentleman never kisses and tell.,” I winked at her.
“Yeah, you are not a gentleman.” She playfully shook her head.
“Other women will disagree with you,” I shot back.
I pulled into the final road that brought the academy walls into view. it looked larger than I remembered. perhaps because it had been a while since I stopped by the school.
“I can not blame them, they have poor taste if they think someone like you is a gentleman.” Yulia rolled her eyes.
“But you loved how my lips tasted though,” I teased.
“I thought you did not kiss and tell?” She used my own line against me.
“That was clever.” I chuckled.
I pulled over in the parking lot of the huge academy and killed the engine.
“Wow, it looks so big,” She muttered while gawking at the main colossal building of Canis Academy. “You went to school here?”
I nodded. “Ready?”
“Nope,” She replied. But she got down anyway.
Memories flashed in my head as I took in the view of where I was once a student. There were students grouped together in different clusters chattering excitedly the Jocks, the bookworms, the nerds and the mean girls.
“This way,” I led her to the office of the Dean. But we never got there.
“What in Hades name are you even doing here?” Deucalion’s voice rang out through the hall. The man that loved to be at the center of attraction..
“Duke?” I called in surprise. “I think I should be the one asking you why you are in a place filled with young female students.”
He laughed and turned to Yulia and I could feel Iran getting agitated.
“Ms. Yulia, it’s always a pleasure to see you,” he began.
” Alpha Deucalion,” Yulia answered.
“Please, call me Duke, all my friends do.” He smiled and I could swear I caught something else in his eyes.
Was it Lust? Curiosity? Whatever it was, I did not like it.
Yulia looked around Deucalion. “I am surprised none of your daughters are with you.”
“Maybe you should look harder,” Leia, the youngest daughter of Duke said as she joined us.
She looked me over with her hazel eyes. “We missed you at your party yesterday.” She tried to hide her disappointment.
“Something came up,” I replied. “It was important.”
Leia smiled coldly and glared at Yulia without saying anything. “I gotta go to class, Dad, see you at home.”
“Try not to kill anyone this time,” Deucalion called after his youngest daughter.
“Wait,” Yulia called in alarm. “She schools here?”
“Yes and she almost killed a boy for looking at her the wrong way, whatever that means,” Deucalion answered with a humorous shake of his head.
I have always known Leia to be violent so I was not surprised. It just annoyed me that I would have to see more of Leia everyday.
“You could be school buddies and she can even show you around the school,” Deucalion announced. “That’s if you are enrolling of course.”
“She is, whether she likes it or not,” I stepped in.
“Let’s go see the Dean.” Deucalion pointed at the way forward..
“I am sure that you just left her office.” I fell into step with Duke. “You have a company to run.”
“Anything to see Davina again,” Deaucalion replied with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
“What?” Yulia bitterly exclaimed. “Davina is the Dean?”
“Surprise, surprise…” I called in a weak attempt at a joke.
“Hello to you too, Ms. Yulia,” Davina announced as she walked out of the office in a stern expression.
