Axel exhaled as he ran his hands through his wife’s hair, he stared at her face as he did.
She sighed heavily in her sleep and he wondered what was going on. Was she dreaming? Is she sleeping peacefully? Or is she in pain as she slept?
Memories of last night came flooding in and he moved his hand to her cheek, he could still hear her cries but it was different this time, it wasn’t cries of pain, it was of pleasure.
He was glad he didn’t hurt her, just like he promised, he was gentle with her.
He could recall how he cuddled her to sleep and she slept in minutes.
He had been awake for almost an hour and he just couldn’t get out of bed. He just wanted to stare at her for a very long time. He wanted to never leave her side, always make sure she was happy and safe.
After pouring out his feelings to her last night, he couldn’t help but still feel confused. He still hasn’t gotten answers to what he was feeling yet, he thought letting it out would help but it didn’t.
It just made him more confused, her reaction to his confession was priceless too.
His phone suddenly rang, and it snapped him out of his thoughts. He got off the bed and walked to the table then picked up the call.
It was Max calling.
“What’s up?”
“Hmm, we kind of got a situation here.” Max replied. Axel suddenly heard moans from Lily and he turned to see her waking up.
“Hold on, I will call you back soon.” Axel said and ended the call before Max could give a response.
He was about to walk to the bed when Max called again. Axel sighed and decided to pick up the call.
Max calling again meant it was important.
“What is it?” Axel asked as he picked up the call.
“It’s really urgent man, can I come over to your room?” He asked and Axel turned to the bed. Lily was still asleep again.
“Come over in five minutes.” He replied and ended the call. Axel walked to the bed and got on it, he moved closer to it and stared at her for a few seconds. He thought about whether waking her up was a good idea.
After a few more seconds of thinking, he decided to wake her up.
“Lilyana.” He called and shook her a little.
“Hey.” He muttered and shook her again, she slowly opened her eyes and let out a moan.
“Hey, good morning.” He said and pulled her to sit up and she did. She was still a little sleepy, she rubbed her eyes and looked at him.
“Are you awake already?” He asked and she nodded. His eyes moved to her boobs and he hurriedly looked away from it. He tried his best to not get distracted.
“Can you go to Nora’s place to get ready? Or better still, spend the day with her?”
“Why? What’s wrong?”
“I have something urgent I need to attend to.” He replied.
“Oh, okay. It’s fine.” Lily replied and he got off the bed, he put on his shorts and rushed into the closet. He picked a random sweatshirt and pants and walked out back.
“Here, put this on.” He said and handed the clothes to her.
“Why are you in such a hurry?” Lily asked as she put on the sweatshirt.
“Nothing.” Axel replied.
Lily stood up and put on the pants, immediately after she was done, Axel handed her her phone and pulled her towards the door.
“Axel, what’s wrong?” Lily groaned as he opened the door.
“Nothing baby. I will text you, okay?”
Lily nodded in response and he kissed her cheek before she walked out. As she stepped out, she saw Max coming out of his suite.
“Lily.” He called with a smile.
“Hi Max.” She replied and pressed the doorbell on Nora’s door. It opened up and she was surprised to see Lily.
“Lily.” Nora called and she walked into the room.
“What’s wrong? Why are you here so early?” Nora asked and she sat on the bed.
“Seems Axel has urgent business with Max. He asked me to spend the day with you.” Lily replied and Nora smiled.
“In that case, how about we do something interesting for fun?”
“What?”
