“An excursion?” Ravine and Cassandra watch the paper Peter stole from the notice board.
“That’s nice to hear, but I think I’ll pass.” Ravine says. She expects the two to whine loudly and protest against her decision.
“Guys, guys. It’s not coming from me directly.” She warns them, their eyebrows crashing together as they wait for her to explain further.
“My parents wouldn’t allow me to go outside in any case. An excursion? Pft.” James Lee passes by the group just then. He was distributing the posters for the same. Ravine tiredly stares at her stepbrother who makes funny, teasing faces at her. As he reaches around the corner, he tilts Peter by his neck and steals a kiss from him..
No one could oppose the powerful president of the campus anyway.
Peter giggles in his lovesick state. Cassandra and Ravine roll their eyes at the boy who yells and picks up a fight with them.
“At any rate, I’m not coming.” Ravine gives the verdict at last. She pouts at James Lee slightly, feeling jealous that their parents would allow him to go out for an excursion without a second thought. But when it came to her, they would refuse, without giving her a second thought.
She goes back home and sees someone unexpected in her room.
Alex was back, jumping his eyebrows at the girl who rolls her eyes for the umpteenth time today already.
She was slightly aroused by his tucked in white shirt and the first few buttons opened. Not to mention his wicked forearms with veins poking out of his skin.
Ravine has always been fascinated by his gigantic, football player thighs. They were hard, yet soft and cushiony. She loved leaning on them while she often gave him a head.
“How’d you even get it?”
“Your parents aren’t home, baby girl. Let’s have some fun.” Ravine tsk’s and moves away from his touch against her chin.
“What about the servants?”
“They still believe I’m your boyfriend, sweetheart. Come on now, don’t ignore me~” Alex was trying his best to get laid with the girl.
However, Ravine wanted him to understand this.
“Alex,” She turns around, placing her palms against his thick chest, “I want you to respect my decisions. I believe it’s the first step for our healthy relationship. Hmm?” As she says, his mischievous smile falls.
It fades into a small one, even though he felt bad that he was trying to step into her set boundaries by trying so hard. He shouldn’t have expected her to sleep with him again. He was being too optimistic.
“Alright, baby girl.” He kisses her knuckles, holding her in his arms.
“I’ll respect your words like my judgement.” His romantic sayings makes her roll her eyes, yet blush nonetheless.
“Stop that, romeo. Well, I gotta go shopping. If you- oh. You have practice as always.” Ravine disappoints herself with expectations.
However, Alex taps her shoulder as she folded her clothes on the bed.
“Just a few clicks,” he says softly, lifting his phone up to show it to her, “And I’m free for today! Which shopping mall are we going today?”
Ravine looks at the phone and back at the male.
He had definitely changed for good. She loved this side of Alex. It was as if he was acting like his eldest brother. She’s seen Louis behave the same way with his younger siblings.
She chuckles.
Snatching the phone from him, she embraces his neck and goes on her tippy toes to place a passionate, chaste kiss on his lips.
Surprised at her reaction, he smiles while his hands dangle against the air.
“Thank you for willing to change for me, Alex. I think I can fall in love with this side of you.” She says.
“I’m not changing for anyone, babygirl.” He pulls her closer to his body, his growing boner rubbing on her abdomen as she chuckles.
“I’m exploring my lover’s side for the first time, with the right woman. That’s all.” His answer mesmerizes her greatly. Giggling against his lips, she kisses him passionately and lets him explore her mouth with his tongue.
Following the makeout session and her dressing up for the shopping, Alex and Ravine travel through the city to reach the grand mall of the rich.
Again, the Johnson creates a presence in the mall. Ravine watches the history repeat as she removes her sunglasses and walks alongside Alex.
“Oh my God, he’s so handsome up close. I only ever saw him on papers or phone. Jeez, he’s drop dead handsome Clarice!” A girl talks a little too loudly as they pass by.
Alex looks down and chuckles to himself.
“I’m sorry if they’re making you jealous.” Alex says to his girlfriend. He chortles even louder upon seeing Ravine’s face.
“Do you even realise how famous I am?” Stressing on herself, she says to the male.
“Of course, of course. You’re on par with the Johnsons, aren’t you?” Ravine makes a disappointed face at him who giggles and kisses her temple affectionately.
After fifteen minutes of wandering in and out of stores, Ravine squints her eyes to witness two familiar faces walking towards them.
“Oh?” Ravine pulls Alex to walk towards the two.
“Hey! What a surprise!” Cassandra cheers on their encounter.
“Yeah, same. Why are you dressed like that though?” Ravine looks at Cassandra who was in what obviously was a pair of pajamas and a jacket on top.
Louis and Alex were dressed the same formal way; except Louis was in a light blue shirt and a grey trouser.
“Someone dragged me out of bed for shopping.” Cassandra states unwillingly.
“Now that you’re here, it’ll be fun!” She adds later, punching Louis in the air out of nowhere.
He removes his sunglasses as well, tucking it into his shirt.
“Well, I guess we can shop together, or do you guys want to…”
“It’s fine. It wasn’t like I wanted to seduce her in the stalls and get wild in the cubicles…”
“ALEX, WHAT THE FU-“
