Cassandra’s birthday was seen as a national occurrence that day. Her words and her attitude made her the star for days together. All newspapers, magazines, articles and many more were about her. Everyone had one name in their mouth to speak; Cassandra Johnson.
Of course, Krille DeVuil’s sales rose overnight, so much so that she began worrying about her TriBaroness status. She couldn’t keep up with the demand!
“Ha, so now everyone wants me.” She grumbles to herself before entering her cabin- locking herself for the rest of the week and filling her cabin all up with torn and cut cloth pieces.
Back at the Johnson’s siblings residence, Zayn and Cassandra make love again before the sun rises. Soft rays of sunlight warm their bodies up, she shivers as another orgasmic wave washes over her.
“Ah~ that’s enough. I should be able to walk today.” She whispers against his neck, the male laughing softly as he pulls out on command.
“Yes madam. It’s your special day as well.” He says.
“Yeah. I’ll be damned to know.” He shakes his head.
“Have a great day.” He says, about to kiss her goodbye before jumping out of her window.
“We’re going to the same campus, genius.”
“LET ME BE ROMANTIC!”
However, someone else was jumping out of the window as well. Cassandra walked towards her bathroom and drew the curtain down.
Zayn’s eyes widen when a half naked girl looked back and waved goodbye at a boy. It was Dan’s room, the one next to Cassandra’s. He deduced the information well, but he had to exercise caution before he was caught jumping out of a specific window as well.
He hides behind the pillar again, appearing only again when the coast was clear. Snickering, he rubs his hands as his brain works similar to Cassandra’s.
He knocks on Dan’s door.
Dan sighs, loudly, groaning.
“I-”
“How much do you want to keep your mouth shut?” Dan jumps right to the question.
“Oh~ Maybe 3000$”
$$$$
Dan as well as everyone else sat in the living room couch until their cars arrived. Alex had gone to fetch it from the garage while Cassandra was waiting for Mr. Ronald.
The siblings part ways just to meet up again at the campus.
As expected, everyone’s tongues roll with one name “Cassandra Johnson”.
As she entered, she glowed different. Like a goddess.
Darla watches Cassandra enter the new campus as she stood beside Ravine. Ravine smiles softly at Cassandra, but Cassandra’s eyes were fixed towards Darla.
“May I borrow something from you?” Asks Cassandra.
“What does a Johnson possibly want from me?”
“A friend.” Saying, Cassandra quickly grabs Ravine by her wrist and takes her away.
“No! Wait! Hey!” Cassandra was stronger than Ravine’s dainty attempts to free herself from the girl’s grip.
Cassandra glances behind her back, she loved the stunned expression of Darla’s face.
“You’re with me now. I know Darla forces herself to be your friend, so do you. That’s toxic.” Says the younger, shorter girl.
“How’d you know?”
“I just… know.” As they walked, they passed by the Campus president, Ravine’s stepbrother; James Lee.
“Lee, take care of Darla for me. We’re no longer friends.” Says Ravine to which James Lee raises his eyebrow.
“You’re with the Johnson now?”
“I’m forced to be her friend.” Ravine’s words makes Cassandra laugh out loud.
“Sorry for that~”
“I’ll see to it. Finally.” Mumbling, James Lee walks away.
Ravine and Cassandra discover that their classes are somewhat on the same floor. Their electives were different, however.
Cassandra was majoring in literature and Ravine was majoring in business studies.
Cassandra’s certificate course was a little different. It was effective speaking and learning but she stumbles upon a large room bear the stadium which was big enough to call a gym.
“1 2 3 4!” The dance teacher counted as the music began. Her senior group started dancing on the hip-hop beats.
“What are you doing?” Ravine asked her, she was busy grooving. Ravine peeps in and tells her, “That’s the dance class if I ain’t wrong. Wanna change your course?”
“Why, yes! It’s so fun!” Saying, Cassandra rudely interrupts the class. The dance teacher was furious to know her class was stopped in between by this rich, new student.
But, the song was not stopped by the DJ on the floor.
Cassandra threw her bag to the floor. The DJ matches her vibe, switching to another upbeat song.
Ms. Grace Reynolds was the dance teacher.
“I know this!” Yelling, Cassandra starts to break her limbs against the beats.
Ms. Grace widens her eyes, the seniors talking amongst themselves.
“Isn’t it the Johnson?”
“Omg yes! It’s her!”
“Is she joining our team from today? Damn, she’s good!”
Ms. Graces catches up to her moves and joins the next cycle of rhythm for the song.
Soon, it turned into a bug fun club as students recorded and posted their dance and fun in the website, immediately.
By the end of lunch time, the inferior dance club had become insanely popular.
Just because of a Johnson giving out her moves.
“What a pleasant surprise, Ms. Johnson!”
“Cassandra, Madam.” Cassandra extends her sweaty hand out for a handshake.
Not to mind, but Ms. Graces was severely impressed by her dancing in heels. Only the gifted could do it.
Ravine was on the side, fetching Cassandra’s bag before anyone stole it or stamped on it. She walks towards the star as she says, “I never knew you could dance, Johnson. Those were some moves.”
“Thanks!” Collecting her bag, she fetches the bottle to drink from.
After a little discussion with the vice-principal, Cassandra changes her course from boring effective speaking classes to the most fun club of the university; The Dance Club.
And of today, a star was born.
