As the two bosses leaned forward for their final attempt, the first boss suddenly sneezed, sending a spray of saliva and snot onto the second boss’s face. The second boss, unable to wipe his face because they were both tied up, looked absolutely livid. His eyes blazed with fury, and he launched into an angry tirade in their foreign language, his voice a mix of frustration and pure rage.
“You’ve got to be kidding me!” he seemed to shout, his expression making it clear he was ready to strangle the first boss if he could.
“Sorry, sorry! It just happened!” the first boss stammered, looking both apologetic and a bit scared.
The crew couldn’t contain their laughter, some clutching their sides as they watched the heated exchange. A few crew members even began to mimic the scene, pretending to sneeze on each other and then mock-arguing in gibberish, adding to the hilarity.
“Watch out, or you’ll end up like them!” one crew member joked, pretending to sneeze dramatically.
“Yeah, and then you’ll have to face the wrath!” another chimed in, mimicking the second boss’s furious expression.
Jose, trying to maintain some semblance of composure, chuckled as he watched the spectacle unfold. The exaggerated expressions and antics of the crew only fueled the laughter further, with some members pulling faces and others mimicking the bosses’ dramatic gestures.
Finally, after the laughter had subsided a bit, Jose decided it was time to end the fun. “Alright, alright, that’s enough for today,” he said, still grinning. He handed each boss a bowl of spaghetti, knowing they were still valuable to the crew’s plans and couldn’t be left hungry.
“Here you go, gentlemen. Let’s call it a truce over some spaghetti,” Jose suggested, trying to ease the tension.
The bosses, now more subdued, accepted their food gratefully, while the crew continued to chuckle and exchange amused glances, replaying the morning’s events in their minds.
The bosses, unable to use their hands, ate like dogs, using only their mouths, which only added to the crew’s amusement.
As the bosses ate, Lion and Tiger stood up and clapped their hands to get everyone’s attention. Once the room quieted down, Lion spoke up. “We’re only taking a few crew members for the boss raid mission. The rest will stay here at the villa to guard the compound and keep an eye on these two,” he said, nodding towards the tied-up bosses.
Tiger added, “We’ll be taking The Iron Wolves, Marco and Carlo Duo, and we’ll pick ten more-five from Mercado and five from Abate.”
Jose and Vlad then selected five members from their respective families to join the mission. Once the selections were made, the group began to prepare for departure.
Before they headed out, Tiger gathered Jose and Vlad for a quick chat. “Listen,” Tiger began, his tone serious but encouraging, “I need you guys to focus on getting your men mentally prepared. We can’t afford to have them worn out physically, especially if something unexpected comes up.”
Jose nodded, understanding the importance of keeping the crew sharp. “Got it, Boss. We’ll make sure they’re ready for anything, but we’ll keep the physical stuff light.”
Vlad chimed in, “Yeah, we’ll run through scenarios and keep their minds alert. No heavy lifting or anything that might tire them out.”
Tiger clapped them both on the shoulder. “Perfect. I trust you two to handle it.”
With their orders clear, the chosen group began to assemble. They made their way to the white van, which had been thoroughly cleaned after last night’s delivery. Marco, with a grin, slipped into the driver’s uniform worn by the previous driver last night. “Fits like a glove,” he joked, adjusting the cap on his head.
The rest of the team piled into the back of the van, carefully hiding under a white sheet to stay out of sight. “Comfy back there?” Marco called out, glancing in the rearview mirror.
“Just like a five-star hotel,” one of the crew members quipped, eliciting a few chuckles from the others.
“Alright, everyone, settle in. We’ve got a big day ahead,” Marco said, starting the engine.
With everything set, the group headed deeper into the territory, where the main boss was located. As they drove, Marco spotted their targets and couldn’t help but smile, feeling the thrill of raiding the main boss this time.
As they arrived at the location, Marco noticed something unusual. The place was surrounded by solid steel walls, and the guards were on high alert, unlike the previous targets they had raided. Before they got too close, Marco whispered to the back about the situation. “Guys, this place is fortified. Something’s off,” he murmured.
Tiger shifted in his seat, his instincts on edge. “Be extra careful. I’ve got a bad feeling about this,” he warned.
Lion nodded in agreement. “Yeah, according to our intel, this place shouldn’t be like this. Something’s definitely wrong.”
The team grew more alert as the van slowly approached. A heavily armored guard with a rifle slung across his chest stopped them. “Why are you late?” the guard demanded.
Marco adjusted his cap, keeping his cool. “The second boss didn’t let me leave earlier. They’re celebrating at their compound,” he replied smoothly.
The guard nodded and waved them through. Marco gave a slight nod and drove forward, but as soon as they entered, the gate slammed shut behind them. Marco’s instincts screamed that something was amiss. “Guys, something’s not right,” he said to the back.
Lion shared his suspicion. “That was too easy. I don’t like this.”
Tiger’s eyes widened as he realized the trap. “Marco, step on it! We’ve walked into the lion’s den! They must have figured out something went wrong last night! How did we miss cleaning up the first compound?!”
Lion quickly added, “There was a shipment last night. The enemy must have realized something was off when the delivery driver didn’t return to the second boss!”
Understanding the urgency, Marco floored the accelerator. “Hold on tight!” he shouted as he rammed the van through a wooden barracks. The structure splintered with a loud crack, taking out five armored guards who had been lying in wait.
“Get out! Move!” Marco yelled as he saw the first line of defense crumble. The van doors flew open, and the team spilled out, ready to engage the wave of armed enemies rushing towards them.
Marco jumped out of the driver’s seat, drawing his pistol from his side as he dodged incoming bullets. The crew took cover behind the van, returning fire. Tiger laughed at the unexpected ambush, adrenaline pumping through his veins.
“I thought we were going to surprise them. Looks like our tactics didn’t work out,” Lion remarked, a wry smile on his face.
Tiger grinned, unfazed by the chaos. He pulled out two SMGs from his sides and spoke with a confident tone, “Even if they’re ready, there’s only one outcome.” He cocked his guns and aimed for the unarmored spots of the enemies, declaring, “They’ll all die!” as he unleashed a hail of bullets, cutting down foes with precision.
