Chapter Thirty Eight.

Book:CEO EX-HUSBAND REGRET Published:2025-2-8

Noah’s POV:
I rubbed my hands against the two of them, as she whined slowly on my dick. Soon I replaced my left hand with my lips. And I began to nibble softly on her boobs while my left hand squeezed the other boob.
The more I sucked, the louder her moan. So I began to give her light bites, just to make her moan even louder.
“Fuck… Noah.”
I pulled her dress up, held her butt cheeks tightly, and began to guide it up and down my dick. “Fuckk.” I let out a moan as I felt my cock grow bigger inside her.
“Deeper, go in deeper.” She instructed.
“Your wish is my command.’ I replied, then I started to move my hips up and down to hit her even deeper while I spanked her ass.
“Am about to cum.” She announced, and I increased my pace and banged her faster.
Soon she climaxed, her cum dropped down my dick but I didn’t stop banging her until I reached my peak and came inside of her.

On our way home, I noticed that Mirabelle’s gaze was fixed out the window, but I could see the slight blush on her cheeks. And I couldn’t help but chuckle.
“Why do you always act like each time we have sex it’s just your first time?” I asked, glancing at her with a teasing smile.
She didn’t respond, her eyes still focused on the passing lights on the street. I continued. “But I’ve fucked you many times, though.”
Just as I finished speaking, I caught a glimpse of her turning her head away, and I noticed her eyelids fluttering. Within moments, she was drifting off to sleep.
My mind began to wander back to the thought of Ken being back in her life. I hated that he was present, but I also knew I wasn’t cruel enough to ask her to abandon her plans to reclaim M&S just because I felt jealous.
When we finally arrived home, I carefully lifted Mirabelle from the car, making sure not to wake her. Jamie opened the door for us, a smile on her face as she greeted me. “Evening, Sir.”
Once inside, I gently placed her on the bed, brushing a few strands of hair from her face before pressing a light kiss to her forehead. “Goodnight, love,” I whispered.
After a quick shower, I joined her in bed, sliding under the covers, wrapping my arms around her and she instinctively shifted closer.
The next morning, I woke to the sound of my phone buzzing on the nightstand. I grabbed it, bleary-eyed, and answered without checking the caller ID. “Hello?”
“Hey, Noah, it’s me.” My manager’s voice came through. “We’ve got a situation at the office. There was a physical fight between two employees.”
“What?” My heart dropped. “What happened?”
“One is in the hospital, and the other is in jail.” He replied.
“Where’s the hospital?”
“St. Mary’s. I’ll meet you there.” He said before hanging up.
I didn’t want to wake Mirabelle, so I slipped out of bed quietly, quickly dressed up, and left the house.
When I arrived, I spotted my manager, Samuel, waiting in the lobby.
“Good Morning.” He greeted me, looking stressed.
“Tell me what’s going on,” I demanded.
“Two female employees were fighting. But I have no idea what triggered it.” He replied.
“Do we know how the injured one is doing?” I asked.
“They said she’s okay, just a head injury. And she’s currently asleep.” He informed me.
“Let’s handle the bills first,” I said, gesturing for him to follow me to the reception desk.
After settling everything, we headed to the station. The woman was called out to see us in a waiting room. As she entered, I could see the bandage wrapped around her head.
“What exactly happened? Can you tell us what led to the fight?” I asked as she sat down opposite me.
Tears welled in her eyes. “I found out my husband was cheating on me with… her,” She said, her voice breaking.”
“Was that why you fought her?” I pressed.
“I just… I didn’t want to react at first.” She confessed. “Then I heard she was pregnant, and I lost it.”
“I understand this is a difficult situation. But fighting isn’t the answer.” I remarked.
“I know.” She said, tears streaming down her cheeks. “What will happen to me now?”
“After you recover, I’ll bail you out in three days,” I assured her. “But both of you will need to be let go from the company. Not just because of this incident, but because you’ve caused a scene that affects the entire workplace.”
She nodded. “I’ll accept that. I just… I never thought it would come to this.”
I turned to Samuel, who had been observing quietly. “Let’s get going.”
After dealing with the fallout from the fight, I decided to return home to have my bath, have breakfast then return to the office.
I parked the car and took a deep breath before stepping inside.
The house was quiet. I glanced at the clock; it was still early afternoon, the kids should be in school by now. I wonder if Mirabelle is still asleep or if she has already left for work.
As I moved through the living room, my phone buzzed again. It was a message from Samuel: “The Afghanistan investors are already here.”
I typed a quick reply: “On my way.” Just as I turned to leave, a soft sound came from the bedroom.
“Mirabelle?” I called softly, as I pushed the door open slightly, but to my surprise, the bed was empty. Confused, I scanned the room, Then I heard the sound of water running in the bathroom, and I immediately knew she was inside.
Peering at the slightly opened bathroom door, I saw her sitting on the floor, her hands resting on her stomach.
My breath hitched in my throat. “Mirabelle!” I shouted, stepping into the bathroom. Her head snapped toward me
“What the hell is going on?”
