Lillian lay beneath him, looking delicate and almost shy, and for the first time, Conrad found himself curious about a woman. So, without waiting for her answer, he cupped her neck, pulled her close, and kissed her.
It felt like she was trapped against solid steel, no amount of struggling could move him. Her instinct to resist was useless against his strength-her hands merely grazed him. She could only tilt her head back as he kissed her with an unpracticed hunger, both of them new to this.
Neither had any finesse; they just followed instinct. His eyes darkened, and as his tongue explored every inch, he started to think… that maybe a soft, sweet creature like her wasn’t so bad. Right now, she was making him feel things-real, physical desire. He dove back in, his desire unrestrained.
Lillian barely had time to catch her breath before he claimed her mouth again, her muffled pleas for him to slow down falling on deaf ears.
The room was brightly lit, and he took in her every reaction. He was fully dressed, while she had nothing but her loose hair to cover her, though it was hardly enough to block his gaze.
“You’re beautiful,” he murmured, more impressed than he’d expected. “Even more than I imagined.”
She trembled, closing her eyes tightly, but then he gave a sharp command. “Do it yourself.”
Lillian’s eyes went wide. “I… I don’t know how.”
He leaned closer, voice low and insistent. “You’ll learn. It’s going to be your most important lesson from now on.”
A tear slipped down her cheek as the reality hit her: she was nothing more than a kept woman for him. The bed would be her battleground, her body her weapon.
“What are you crying for?” His tongue brushed over her tears, and he scoffed. “Even the sweetest women’s tears are still salty. You want to be my woman? I don’t like seeing tears.”
He started to pull away. “If you don’t want this, you can walk out…”
She trembled, her pale fingers gripping tight, blood pulsing beneath her skin.
She leaned forward, bringing herself close enough to him.
“Made up your mind?”
“Yes.” She nodded.
With that, he lifted her up, and she closed her eyes, feeling her clothes slip away onto the floor.
That night, she lost her first night. She felt every ounce of his strength and dominance, made undeniable in those hours.
She was the rose he’d cultivated, now blooming with her own allure, every move exuding charm.
A woman like that-what man would be willing to let her go?
She’d long since understood it-this was just his nature.
The cold air brought them both back to their senses, and they each, without a word, remembered that night.
“You said yourself, ‘back then’ was back then. Things are different now,” she reminded him coolly. Now, every minute has a price tag.”
“Oh, and I’m strapped for cash? Weren’t you planning to sell my personal information for 800, 000 dollars?” He grabbed her chin, forcing her to look at him. “800 thousand? Huh? That’s all those submissive smiles and meek silence were worth to you? Are you insulting me or yourself?”
Lillian couldn’t help but laugh. “Honestly, being someone’s mistress isn’t premium content; nobody’s paying top dollar to watch that. If I could get 800 thousand for it, that’s like a miracle. Your new girl isn’t buying it either, right? Not even worth the splurge? Maybe you’re overestimating your market value.”
“Let’s see if your mouth’s still as sharp in a minute.” Conrad didn’t wait, his expression darkening as he went to strip off her pants.
She tried to squirm away, but his grip was too strong.
“Conrad, are you out of your mind?!”
He unclasped his metal belt with a cold laugh. “Hmm? Don’t you already know how crazy I can get?”
“It’s exactly this side of you I like best,” he taunted, his face going stormy as he pressed closer. “What’s your relationship with Gordon, huh? Who allowed you to get so close to him? His exes outnumber your debts. Do you really think he’s going to want you?”
Lillian held back her frustration. “Conrad, is it that you can’t get an erection with other women, and the only person you can sleep with is me?! I don’t owe you anything anymore, and I can do whatever I want with whoever I choose. Who do you think you are to tell me who I can be with? You can’t get an erection with Evelyn, so why don’t you go find your Daisy? Or is it that you can’t find a single woman in City N?”
Conrad curled his lips into a cold smirk. “Fine, you can think of it that way. You know exactly what I want. Do you think getting with Gordon changes anything? His father has to do business with me. His mother hasn’t approved of any of his girlfriends, and she definitely won’t approve of you, a bankrupt rich girl. Do I need to remind you of your terrible reputation?”
Lillian, clearly pinned beneath him in a vulnerable position, still managed to smile seductively. “No man loves a woman who’s too good. My reputation might be trash, but you’re still chasing me around like a dog. Conrad, admit it-you can’t live without me. Just hand over the money and agree to my terms.”
A soft laugh of sarcasm escaped his throat as his hands gripped her waist.
“If you can fuck you for free, why pay for it? Isn’t this what you like?”
His hands were now fully around her, and despite her best efforts to fight him off, Lillian felt the sharp pain from her bandaged wound. She winced and let out a small gasp as he tightened his grip on her hand.
“Fool,” he muttered. “You run off with an injured hand? Who taught you to run off without saying anything? Did I ever tell you that if someone bullies you, you just kill him with a gun? If anything goes wrong, I’ll cover for you.”
Lillian, her eyes red with anger, stared at him. “Fine. You’re bullying me. Then go ahead and kill yourself.”
“The ‘gun’ is between your legs. You come to take it.”
“Kill me, Lillian. If you don’t kill me, this game doesn’t end unless I say so. You don’t have the right to refuse.”
“Asshole!” Lillian bit down hard on his shoulder, only to receive an even more brutal thrust from him.
At that moment, the doorknob turned. If the door opened, they’d be exposed.
Conrad flashed a wicked grin as he reached orgasm. The black diamond stud in his earlobe gleamed even brighter in the moonlight, and Lillian found it almost blinding. Even his hot breath felt like something she couldn’t escape from.
“You scared?”
Lillian’s lips trembled as she looked at him, just as the door stopped turning right before it opened.
“Lillian, you in there?” It was Gordon! He was here looking for her!
