Everyone aside, Killian shrunk in terror as Zayne made his awe-inspiring entrance into the throne room. Even though he had a mask on, he exuded a cold and murderous aura that even Killian had to take extra caution against him.
Zayne had a bit of shock written on his face as he laid his eyes on Killian. It was his first time coming across Killian, and something struck him with shock.
“Insolent! Don’t you know it’s a great offense to trespass into the blue moon pack?” Killian roared at Zayne. He mustered up his strength and exuded an equal amount of cold aura.
Zayne’s smirk could be seen on his lower lip which was not covered by the mask.
“You can say that to any other person, but I am Zayne, your greatest rival. I will oppose you at every opportunity given.” He yelled, he raised his arms to display his dominance and might.
Killian stepped down and walked closer to Zayne.
“I will advise you to be cautious of your words and behavior. You are in my territory, it’s very easy for me to execute you.” He stood firmly in front of Zayne, staring straight into his murderous eyes. He ensured his eyes didn’t blink for a second as he maintained a straight gaze into Zayne’s eyes.
Zayne let out a bitter laughter and cut off their gazes on each other.
“I am not here for this today, mate. I am here to take back something that was originally mine, and I must take it back with me.” His cold aura, which had subsided before, suddenly became intense, and his murderous intent rose.
Killian also prepared himself as he began to chant some words to prepare his wolf for a possible fight.
“And what’s that if I may ask?” Killian asked him without budging a bit.
Zayne, with a smirk on his face, moved closer to Killian, raised his head, and whispered into Killian’s ears.
“Your Luna, Sara.”
Killian’s eyeballs suddenly turned bloodshot red and fiery as the words escaped Zayne. He just casually talked about his mate, who was the Luna of his pack, and he won’t for sure take it lightly with Zayne.
“Sara is my mate and my Luna. What right do you have to regard her as a thing?” Killian roared, and all the guards nearby assembled in front of the meeting hall. There was no doubt that things could get bloody if Zayne was not careful.
“Do you think I will fear your guards?” Zayne asked with a mischievous smile, while Killian returned to him the exact mischievous smile.
“They are all guards above the earth grade level, which means they are currently at the heavenly grade level. Try them and you will know.” Killian replied with sarcasm.
Zayne rolled his eyes over the guards and knew the best thing for him to do was to retreat. A heavenly grade level would take him a lot of trouble to defeat, not to talk of ten of them staring into his soul right now, coupled with Killian’s might.
“Sara is my mate, and I will come back to claim her. You can hold on to her as long as you want, but you should always watch your back, as good things don’t last forever.” Zayne roared in laughter before exiting the throne room.
One of the elders rushed to Killain and bowed before him.
“Since we have him at our fingertips, why don’t we detain him and eradicate any future trouble? I am sure he didn’t just drop an empty threat.” The elder said, and two other elders supported him.
Killian sighed and crossed his arms behind his back.
“I am very much aware of that, but there are some things we have to consider also.
For him to have boldly entered into the blue moon pack means he has some strong connections within us. Moreover, it might be a trap laid for us, we shouldn’t just jump into the pit dug by our enemy.” He replied.
The elders bowed, and they all appraised Killian.
“You are wise, my Alpha.” All of them chorused, while Killian walked back to his throne. He thought of Zayne’s threat and he knew he had to take extra precautions against him. Especially since there were spies planted around him, which means that they knew him better than he knew them.
Suddenly, a huge force swept across the whole room which sent everything flying around.
The elders tried to resist the force with their wolves’ power but it wasn’t strong enough to oppose the challenging force.
Killian swiftly jumped into the front and exuded a powerful aura that countered the opposing force.
Zayne suddenly appeared out of nowhere and exchanged some moves with Killian.
It was a very interesting fight as each of them put up their best fight. Killian did all he could to save his territory, he spared no moves as he knew for sure that Zayne was a worthy opponent. Zayne also channeled all of his strength into the fight. Sooner or later, they would meet at the battlefield and this was a great moment to test each other’s strength.
Killian unwields a great deal of power, which hits Zayne’s mask and splits it into two.
The mask fell and Killian’s eyes opened wide in shock.
“What? What’s happening?” The elders in the hall all chorused simultaneously.
