“Alpha, let us handle this disrespectful scoundrel by ourselves!”
“We’ll make him pay. Just watch and see how we punish him!”
My guards spoke, showing their readiness to handle this madman on my behalf. But I don’t want their help! It will only make me look weak in their eyes.
“What going on outside?!” I heard voices coming from inside the house.
I looked behind the animal guiding the door and saw my Evolet rushing outside with her friend, her mother, and the other accomplice to this disrespectful dog.
They were surprised to see me.
“What happened?” Eve drew closer to her boyfriend, trying to get an information out from her.
He didn’t reply but carefully pushed her aside, looking at her with smiles on his face.
That’s my Luna he’s touching.
She’s my mate!
Annoyed, I called out loudly, “Evolet!”
They all turned to face me, including my Eve, who had her eyes locking with mine.
With boldness, I vowed before her and her mother, “Once I handle these ruffians, you will have no choice but to come back to the mansion with me.”
They kept staring, uttering no word to challenge my say. But the look in their eyes showed they doubted me, and that infuriated me even more.
Instead of her mother to show a sign of fear before me and beg this rude man to step down, she scoffed and said, “I’ve been waiting for this moment. I need to sit down and watch.”
No respect! No wonder Evolet is behaving this way towards a higher authority.
I will make them bow once I’m done here.
“Allen, it’s best you leave otherwise you’ll regret ever coming here,” Evolet warned, placing her hand on her boyfriend’s shoulder.
She was flaunting his strength to me, thinking those abs and muscles would scare me off!
I’m the Alpha here, and I am way stronger than any other wolf in this pack or even outside Wolf Fall!
“He’s the one who needs the warning, not me,” I mocked, taking my position.
Evolet swayed her head at me and said, “Fine, it’s your funeral.”
Then she drew her steps back while big man came forward, looking thrilled.
“Imbecile! He’s already celebrating before the fight even begins. Taking him out will be an easy cake for me,” I scoffed, drawing closer to the opened jackass, who came closer with no fear.
Once he was a few steps away, I attacked him with speed, launching a punch to his face.
All of a sudden, I found myself punching the air.
He… He moved!
I turned around quickly and met him standing behind me. His presence startled me, almost making me lose my balance!
“What’s up with this guy?” I groaned, creating a distance between us, just in case he was planning any nasty trick.
But he doesn’t look like one who’s up to something devious.
Not just that. Why is just opened freely?!
“It’s just an act. He’s playing some mind games to make me think he’s tough,” I believed, pushing that worry out of my mind.
Not wanting his face or stance to get to me, I made another attack on him, launching my strength at him.
Again he was smooth against my hits. He just avoided them with easily, using strange movements to mess with me.
Furious, I unleashed my wolf speed to use on this annoying fellow. But as soon as my hand came close to his cheek, he swiftly knocked my hand out of the way and landed a blow right in my face!
Goddess! The strike was… OUCH!!
“POW! That’s what I’m talking about!” I heard Evolet’s mother cheering out loudly. But it sounded like echoes in my head.
Even the voice of my guards rang from one ear to the other, causing me to hold the area I was punched in.
“Shit, he got me! He gave me a blow!” I muttered in pain, turning around to face my opponent.
He wasn’t in a hurry. He just stood before me and said, “Leave while you can, Alpha. Don’t blame me if you lose your teeth after this.” A smirk crept across his face as he took his position this time.
He’s making a mockery of me!
Raged, I went at him again, violently using all my combat skills on him.
He easily blocked them with his elbows, displaying a skill I’ve seen somewhere before.
When I tried one more strike, his fist came right at my face, landing three punches on my jaw, which immediately flashed my memory back to where I had seen that fighting stance before.
Evolet! She used that same technique against Fiona!
“Oof!” I fell to the ground, feeling something hard piling in my mouth.
On spitting it out, I was horrified!
“My… Teeth!”
Like three or four came out with blood, stunning me right in my spot!
If Evolet used this skills on Fiona and left her in that state, then this animal… “SHIT! Did she learn it from him?!”
“Alpha!” My guards yelled, rushing up to me to help me up.
They saw my bleeding mouth and began rushing me to the car. “We have to take him to the hospital!” They panicked, dragging me like some helpless man with no strength.
I heard cheers from behind and turned my head to see Evolet’s mother dancing around this beast. He just stood there staring at me, like he wasn’t satisfied with the damage he gave to me!
My hair came rising at the sight of the death stare he delivered to me.
Why do I feel this troubling vibe all around my skin?!
“Alpha be careful,” My men said, supporting me into the car.
With my aching jaw, I turned to look at Evolet, and found her swaying her head at me.
The shame!
After bragging that I’ll take her away after making her lover eat the dust, I ended up eating the dust with my own blood.
“Go! GO!!” I groaned out amidst my pain, unable to stand this embarrassment.
My guard drove off quickly, while the other tried to stop the bleeding with napkins.

“Please be careful next time, Alpha,” the dentist at the pack hospital advised, after attending to my teeth.
He was shocked when he saw my sorely mouth and bleeding gum. He asked what caused the accident and I lied that my food was laced with silver by an enemy.
“But we took him down. The Sorceress didn’t allow him to escape. She was the one who wiped the silver out of my mouth. But the damage was done.” More lies.
My guards stood there watching me cook up the whole tale of my brave survival. Their eyes lowered to the floor, unable to utter a single word.
Once the doctor was done, he warned me not to near a few drinks and meals, until my teeth grows back on.
“Lets say from now till tomorrow I think.”
Curse that monster! I swear I’ll get back at him.
It’s a good thing my generating cells are still intact. I’ll wait till my teeth comes back.
When the doctor left, I warned my guards not to speak of my humiliation to anyone. “If I find out that one of you disobeyed me, I’ll have your head!” I threatened, silencing them both.
They promised to stay shut, bowing at me.
Just then, my phone began to ring.
I ordered the guards to leave so I can answer the call. When they did, I checked and realized it was Fiona calling.
“Slut! She has started again.” I ignored, declining at once.
It came in for the second time and I declined once again.
Just as I was about to switch my phone off, a video appeared in my message box from Fiona, attracting my attention.
“Wait, is that… me?!” I exclaimed, seeing a full record of my whipping from beginning to end!
I was shocked.
RING!! Fiona’s line came in. And this time, I didn’t decline.
Answering the call, the first thing I heard was laughter. She cackled out so loudly and asked, “Did you lose all your teeth, my darling Allen?”
“You Bitch! How did you get this video?!” I sparked, holding my hurting mouth.
“Oh Allen! You poor thing. Why worry about the video? Think about your mouth, my love. It must be hurting so badly,” she whined, faking care.
“You are so stupid. Honestly, I feel like hiding your shame with my own hands. Just look at how a common man dealt with you like trash! You’ve become so weak!”
“Fiona, shut it!”
“Let the truth be told, Allen. You were beaten up by Evolet’s boyfriend, since you refused to stay in your lane. You finally met someone who placed you where you rightfully belong. The ground.” She busted out again, laughing so hard.
I became so mad and threatened to deal with her when I get out of the hospital.
Fiona continued to laugh and boldly threatened, “Try me and see what happens to your video. I’ll post it around and everyone would see what a weakling their Alpha has become.”
“Don’t you dare, Fiona. Don’t upload that video!”
“Hmm, I’ll think about it, my love. For now, take care of your mouth. Bye.”
“Fiona!” I yelled, but she already ended the call.
Where I sat nursing my aching jaw, I felt the troubling wave circulating my system.
I’ve messed up. Now Fiona has something against me.
“I need to stop her from posting it. She can’t post that video!” I vented, kicking a chair in my front.
