Chapter 83

Book:Damian's Demon Clan Published:2025-2-8

Damian’s POV
…….
Standing in my kitchen holding little Draco in my arms. I still can’t believe it has been two weeks since he was born.
Willow has been in a coma. Since she went to labor at the resort.
The cause of her coma is our son. He was in such a hurry to be born, that he wasn’t aware of how much demonic power he was releasing, or how much pressure it was adding to Willow’s body. He broke several of her ribs, snapped her back in half, and caused internal injuries. She was in so much pain that sent her body into shock. I had to stop killing hybrids and put Willow into a deep sleep. I than had to use my demonic power to force our son to lower the amount of demonic energy he was forcing out. If I didn’t It would have caused Willow’s body to explode from the inside out.
Once he had calmed down. I lifted up Willow’s dress and pulled her underwear down just enough to see her lower abdomen. I had Kristin give me water, and some other stuff to clean the blood and guts off my hands, before I made a cut along the lower abdomen just below her panty line, with the nail on my index finger. I than reached my hands inside of Willow and pull Draco out head first. Within seconds Kristin was taking off her sweater, and giving it to me to wrap Draco in. While Virgil was closing up Willow c-section wound by healing it.
Hearing hybrids growling outside the barrier and ramming into it. I stand up and start walking out of the barrier. Just as I was going to start killing them again. A blast of bright blue light shoots throughout the resort killing every hybrid in sight.
Once the blinding light disappears. I realized the one that killed all the hybrids was Dean’s grandfather.
All the screaming and crying was making it impossible for him to enjoy sex. So, he finally got off his ass to help us.
I didn’t stay long enough to know, if they found out who set those hybrid loose inside of the resort. I had to get Willow home quickly and get all of her wounds treated.
Along with getting Draco and Jasmine situated back at the house. Going home was the best option for everyone.
Jasmine still has nightmares about what happened, and will wake up screaming and crying. She has been sleeping in the bedroom with me since we got back.
While Draco has been a very easy baby. He sleeps throughout the night, and only cries when he needs something. Not to mention his powers are growing stronger everyday.
He is able to keep a barrier over Willow no matter how far away he is from her. It is healing barrier, but it is healing her slowly. So, I go into the guest room from time to time to help heal her. I can’t heal her too fast, or it will throw her body into shock.
Hearing a knock coming from the front door. I walk out of the kitchen, and head down the hallway. Once I get to the front door I unlock it, to see Dean standing in front of me. He was holding a bunch of flowers in his right hand.
” Is Willow awake yet?” He questions me.
” No, she isn’t fully healed yet. If she was awake she would be in extreme pain.” I tell him.
” Good, this make it easier for me.” I hear a older males voice say.
Turning my head towards the male voice. I realizes it was Dean’s grandfather.
Why is Satan in my territory?
” What do you mean? And why are you here?” I question him with a raised brow.
I watch him move past me without a word. I stare back at Dean with a raised brow. ” What the fuck is going on?” I whisper to him.
” My grandfather likes to help those he finds useful. Even though Willow is human. Your child has shown signs of being a powerful half demon.” Dean tells me.
” Still doesn’t explain what that has to do with me? I’m not even in your clan.”
I watch Dean nod his head, ” Yeah, I know. However, he is going to ask you to merge with our clan to make us more powerful. It would be a befit for both of us.” Dean says stepping inside.
” I don’t want to merge with your clan. I don’t mean it in a disrespectful way. I just want to stand on my own two feet, and show the world that I am powerful without anyone’s help.” I tell him.
” That’s just the thing Damian. I have been helping you for a long time, and I am part of the Blood Clan. My family and yours have been friends for centuries. I’m not suggesting you move in with us. I am saying that this would be more of a partnership between our clans.” Dean explains.
He isn’t wrong. I have been relaying on him a lot to help me things.
” So, all my stuff will still be separate from the Blood Clans businesses?” I question him.
Dean nods, ” Yeah, it will all remain the same. Only difference this will bring, is that you will have full access to our men for back up. Incase you ever have people invading your territory like you have had in the past. We can help you. Along with you helping us.”
” I might need time to think about this.” I tell him.
” That is understandable. I did just tell you something pretty big.” Dean says with a smile and pats me on the shoulder.
” So, how is this little one?” Dean says staring at little Draco.
” He is fine. I just expected babies to cry more.” I tell him.
Dean laughs, ” I think it just depends on the child. Luna cried all the time as a baby, but my little brother never cried.”
Hearing footsteps I turn around to see Dean’s grandfather coming back from down the hallway. ” I need your son to remove the barrier he has around his mother. So, I can heal her.” He tells me.
Why does it need to be removed?
Can he not heal her through the barrier like I have been doing?
I give him a confused look, ” Can you not heal her with the barrier still being in place?” I ask him.
I watch him shake his head, ” No, I can’t heal her through the barrier. My powers are a lot powerful and stronger. If I try to heal her with the barrier still in place. It will cause backlash, and destroy that bedroom.” He says to me.
Yeah, I can understand why he wants the barrier removed. I had forgotten that if someone that isn’t family tries to heal Willow. The barrier will think it is under attack and start fighting back. Even though Draco can’t talk. He does stare at me like he understands.
” Draco, I need you to remove the barrier that you have over mommy. So, this man can heal her.” I tell him softly.
I would tell Draco what Satan actually name is, but he is so young. That I don’t think he would remember it anyway.
Draco stares at me, before puffing his cheeks out.
Guess he doesn’t want too.
” Mommy will get better faster. If you take your barrier down.” I tell him softly. ” You want mommy to hold you right?” I add.
I watch him tilts his head slightly, as If he is considering it. After a few seconds I see Dean’s grandfather suddenly disappear back down the hallway.
Huh?
Walking down the hallway I see Dean’s grandfather now standing over Willow. His hands were glowing jet black, and a black mist was surrounding her body. I watch the black mist lift Willow into the air.
” You should let him do his thing. He will be done in a few hours.” I hear Dean tell me.
I nod my head and shut the bedroom door, before following Dean back down the hallway.
” I didn’t even sense or notice when Draco removed his barrier.” I tell Dean honestly.
Dean laughs, ” Don’t feel too bad. I didn’t notice when he removed it either.” He says sitting on my couch.
If Dean didn’t notice it either, than I guess it is fine.
Sitting next to Dean with Draco still in my arms. I look over at him to see he is turning the tv on. ” So, how did you manage to kill all of those hybrids. We left you with?” I question him.
I watch a grin form across Dean’s face, ” I got help from Alex.”
I can’t help but to laugh.
Dean always asks Alex for help.
I knew there were too many hybrids for him to kill on his own.
