Uncovering Intentions

Griffon snapped back to his sense and patted her little head. “It’s okay. You go ahead and have your meal at the restaurant. I’ll go find Zack.”
Taya thought the organization had something to discuss with Griffon, so she nodded and said, “Then I’ll go first.”
Griffon made a sound of agreement and as she got up to leave, he knocked on the window. Zack immediately came in.
“Alpha, do you have any orders?”
“Johnny has been looking for Rosalie. Can you send someone to investigate why he’s trying to find her?”
Johnny’s mother, Alice, was Sumasa’s older sister, which meant Johnny was Rosalie and Taya’s cousin.
Since Johnny traveled far and wide to look for Rosalie, he must be aware that she was his cousin and that the Carmines had mistreated Sumasa and her two daughters in the past.
Since he had gone to such great lengths to look Rosalie, he must want to use her for something.
Griffon didn’t believe that the Brooks approached Rosalie fo reunite with her.
Otherwise, they wouldn’t have sent someone to chase after Rosalie and Taya, who was still a baby, back then.
So, Griffon had to figure out why Johnny had to look for Rosalie.
Rosalie had already pa*sed away, and the only person left alive was Taya.
If the Brooks wanted to use Sumasa, then Taya would be in great danger.
Although Johnny had erased all information about Taya, making it difficult to find her, it didn’t mean that she could never be found.
The paper could never wrap fire. It was important to thoroughly investigate Johnny’s intentions and then find ways to fight against him.
However, there was one thing that made Griffon feel a bit surprised.
Sumasa came to seek help with Rosalie and Taya.
The Carmines and the Brooks should be aware of Taya’s
But Johnny only looked for Rosalie, not Taya
Did the Carmines and Brooke both think that Taya was lost and cannot be found, so they had given up searching for her?
But if they wanted to find Sumasa’s daughters to use them, then they should search for both of them together.
Griffon thought about it and realized that there was only one reason why the Brooks didn’t look for Taya.
And that was, they all believed that Taya was no longer alive.
After Griffon figured it out, he took his hand away from his chin and waved at Zack.
“Check it quickly.”
Before Johnny could realize that Taya was still alive, Griffon must know the purpose of their search for her.
The reason why the Carmines and the Brooks mistakenly believed that Taya had pa*sed away didn’t matter. Griffon would just let them continue to misunderstand.
“Yes!”
Zack turned around and as he was leaving the room, his phone rang.
He took it out and found that it was a message sent by someone from Organization S.
“Alpha.”
Zack returned and reported on the situation.
“Last time you asked me to find out which domestic packs and companies rapidly emerged 30 years ago. Organization S has found the answer. I’ll forward the information to you.”
Griffon received a message from Zack on the phone he used to communicate with Organization S.
Griffon’s fingers tapped the screen, swiftly unlocking it, and he scrolled through the dozen or so pages of messages.
“Thirty years ago, there were many rapidly rising companies in a short period of time, making it difficult to pinpoint due to the wide range.”
Griffon nodded silently, his cold eyes quickly scanning past the list of company names as his finger slid across the screen.
When Griffon saw the words “the Thorin pack, Midwest Packs Corporation on the first line of the third page, he was stunned for a moment.
“The Thorin pack is a prestigious pack for generations, isn’t it? Why is it also listed in there?”
“Alpha, since you have never paid attention to Midwest Packs
Corporation, you probably don’t know that the Thorin pack went downhill thirty years ago.”
Zack took a step forward and explained,
“At that time, the Thorin pack was on the verge of bankruptcy.
If it weren’t for a large injection of funds, the Thorin pack would not have been able to make a comeback. That’s probably why Organization S included the Thorin pack in the list.”
The Thorin pack had made a comeback with a large injection of funding.
And when Sumasa got mated, she brought along a large sum of inheritance with her.
Tara and Taya did look somewhat alike.
Could it be that coincidental?
“Alpha, are you suspecting that Elder is the father of your wife?” asked Zack.
Griffon nodded slightly, but Zack looked a bit confused and scratched the back of his head.
“If Elder is Mrs. Knight’s father, how could he not know about it even if she had been working at his company for so long?”
Griffon put down his phone, leaned back on the sofa, and looked up at Zack.
“Didn’t the information you found last time say that Sumasa returned to the country after undergoing plastic surgery?”
Sumasa probably underwent plastic surgery to change her appearance and identity before meeting Elder, after having her face disfigured.
And Sumasa changed her identity because she didn’t want to mention her painful past anymore, and she would definitely
not tell Elder about it.
Elder had never seen Sumasa’s previous appearance and nor did he know about Sumasa’s past, so he naturally couldn’t
recognize Taya, who was considered an orphan.
After Griffon pointed it out, Zack also understood.
“So, does that mean Tara is Taya’s older sister?”
Griffon’s fingers froze on the sofa.
Was Tara Taya’s sister?
Impossible.
Tara’s mother, Eliza, had pa*sed away in a car accident ten
years ago.
However, Sumasa went to the Carmine pack for help with her two pups almost thirty years ago.
The mismatch in timing indicated that Eliza was not Sumasa.
There must be something else that they didn’t know.
“Ask Peter to immediately find out when Elder mated Eliza within five minutes. I need the information as soon as possible.”
Zack replied with a “yes” and went to call Peter.
Peter had just fallen asleep when he received a phone call. He had to immediately get up and check.
Five minutes later, the information was sent to Zack’s phone, and Zack forwarded it to Griffon.
