Chloe instinctively glanced at Seraphina and Leo before lightly stepping back and leaving the Moon Viewing Platform.
After Chloe left, only Leo and Seraphina remained on the platform.
Seraphina’s beautiful eyes shifted towards the two swords embedded in the ground, shining together like a pair of lovers. Her expression changed slightly.
With a gesture, the Skywater Blade returned to her hand.
“You promised me you wouldn’t draw your sword against me again,” Leo reminded her, instinctively taking a few steps back.
Seraphina shot Leo a glance and sheathed the Skywater Blade.
For some reason, facing this man with whom she had shared an intimate moment, Seraphina found it hard to maintain her usual calm demeanor.
Knowing she couldn’t defeat him, fighting would only let this scoundrel take advantage of her.
Seraphina silently practiced her mental techniques to suppress her inner turmoil.
Seeing Seraphina put away her sword, Leo also sheathed his Dragon Sword.
“Leave,” Seraphina waved her hand, no longer looking at Leo.
“I don’t want to leave yet,” Leo said, moving to stand in front of Seraphina. “Is the young master of the Runecarver Sect who Chloe mentioned your suitor?”
Seraphina deliberately turned away from Leo, saying coldly, “It’s none of your business.”
“Your business is my business,” Leo said earnestly, thick-skinned.
Leo’s serious tone made Seraphina’s heart skip a beat. “Why are you so domineering?”
“It’s not domineering. That day I already pledged myself to you, so you have to take responsibility for me,” Leo joked, enjoying teasing this beauty.
“You…!” Seraphina was speechless with anger.
“Of course, taking responsibility is a mutual obligation. If that young master wants to pursue you, I naturally have to meet him,” Leo said matter-of-factly.
“The Runecarver Sect is not like the Bloodsoul Sect. They have Spirit God-level elders, and more than one!” Seraphina turned to face Leo seriously.
Leo smiled. “You know about my dealings with the Bloodsoul Sect. It seems you pay quite a bit of attention to me.”
“Don’t flatter yourself. Who cares about you?” Seraphina retorted.
Initially, she hadn’t intentionally sought out information about Leo.
But with Falling Blossom Palace, Broken Blade Gate, and Bloodsoul Sect in a three-way standoff, the Bloodsoul Sect’s loss of four Spirit Saint-level experts was significant news that Falling Blossom Palace naturally paid close attention to.
Moreover, her fellow disciples often discussed it, making it hard for Seraphina not to know.
After returning from the Azure Dragon Mountains that day, she found her previously serene mind unsettled. She wanted to bury that incident and came to the Moon Viewing Platform to train continuously.
“You know about my matters, so you should also know about Starfall Shop. Actually, my main purpose in coming to Falling Blossom Palace today wasn’t for cooperation,” Leo said, looking into Seraphina’s eyes.
“If not for cooperation, then why are you here?” Seraphina had already guessed Leo’s intention but was unwilling to admit it.
“I told you earlier, my main purpose was to see you,” Leo said seriously.
Hearing such words that sounded like a confession and that she had never heard before, Seraphina’s face under the thin veil changed slightly.
“Don’t flatter yourself. Who asked you to come?” Seraphina snorted coldly.
Leo chuckled. “I didn’t just come to see you; I also brought you a gift.”
Leo reached into his Storage Sack and pulled out a crystal-clear blue flower.
The blue flower had seven petals, each carved like blue jade, exceptionally beautiful.
As soon as the blue flower appeared, a refreshing fragrance filled the Moon Viewing Platform.
The fragrance resonated with Seraphina’s spiritual energy.
Staring at the blue flower in Leo’s hand, Seraphina’s eyes narrowed.
“This… is this a King-level spirit flower?” Seraphina asked in surprise.
When a Spirit Herb reaches the King level, it gains spiritual properties.
Leo nodded. “This flower is called the Blue Spirit Flower. It can gather water spiritual energy from heaven and earth. Additionally, its fragrance can stabilize the mind. You can place it in your room; it will be beneficial for your cultivation.”
Leo had obtained this Blue Spirit Flower from Peter Barker’s Storage Sack after defeating him.
When he first discovered it, Leo was quite shocked.
“It’s for you,” Leo said, handing the blue flower to Seraphina with a smile.
Looking at the blue flower in Leo’s hand, Seraphina’s heart inexplicably started to race.
“This flower is too precious; I can’t accept it,” Seraphina said softly, shaking her head.
Seeing her refusal, Leo released his grip and used his spiritual power to envelop the Blue Spirit Flower.
The Blue Spirit Flower floated quietly in front of Seraphina.
“If you don’t accept it, I’ll be very sad,” Leo said, staring at Seraphina without blinking as if he would keep looking at her until she accepted it.
Under the blue glow of the Blue Spirit Flower, Seraphina’s veiled face looked extraordinarily beautiful.
“Whether you’re sad or not has nothing to do with me,” Seraphina remained unmoved.
Leo was speechless. This beauty was too stubborn and didn’t give him any face at all?
“If you don’t accept it, I’ll have to destroy it,” Leo sighed, raising his right hand as red flames danced in his palm.
Then he flicked his right hand, sending a flame towards the Blue Spirit Flower.
Seraphina’s expression changed. She raised her right hand and extinguished the flame with water spiritual energy before it could reach the Blue Spirit Flower.
Leo waved his hand, and the Blue Spirit Flower flew into Seraphina’s hand. “Take it.”
Staring at the Blue Spirit Flower now in her hand, Seraphina was stunned.
“The flower is beautiful; you’re even more beautiful,” Leo complimented with a smile. “Let’s go meet that young master of the Runecarver Sect.”
With that, Leo turned and walked down the Moon Viewing Platform.
Watching Leo’s back, Seraphina’s expression changed several times before she finally bit her lip and put away the Blue Spirit Flower.
Fine, this guy had taken advantage of her twice; she would consider the Blue Spirit Flower as his apology gift.
Seraphina comforted herself with this thought.
Falling Blossom Hall
Gracie and Willow sat in the main seats. Several elders of Falling Blossom Palace sat on one side below them.
On the other side sat three people.
A young man in purple clothing sat in the guest seat of honor.
Below him were two elders in white rune robes.
The young man in purple had handsome features, star-like eyes, thin lips, and a smile that made people feel like they were basking in spring sunshine.
