Chapter 1515: The Death of Judge

Book:The Primus Of The Country Published:2025-2-5

Chris let out a cold snort, grabbing a member of the Hall of Valerian and using him as a human shield.
“Ah!”
A piercing scream echoed. The Hall of Valerian practitioner’s body was torn apart, disintegrating into a mist of blood.
The remaining members of the Hall of Valerian froze in terror, their faces pale with fear. They began retreating en masse, desperate to avoid being accidentally killed by Judge.
To Judge, the lives of the Hall of Valerian members were utterly insignificant.
With a furious roar, Judge launched another attack on Chris.
By this time, Chris’s strength had increased dramatically. Calm and confident, he evaded each of Judge’s strikes with ease.
Seeing this, Judge’s expression darkened.
Meanwhile, on the second-floor landing behind a glass window, Stephen Rivers observed the fight. A faint, meaningful smile crept across his lips.
“As expected of Primus,” Stephen murmured. “Such a resilient body. If he were developed into a super-soldier, he’d be a devastating weapon. When that time comes, it will make it so much easier for His Highness to seize the throne.”
His gaze turned predatory as he stared at Chris.
Elsewhere, members of the Hall of Valerian engaged in fierce combat with Tiger and his men. The sounds of gunfire and agonized cries filled the air, echoing throughout the Hall of Valerian’s headquarters.
Chris and Judge were locked in an intense battle. A few Hall of Valerian practitioners attempted to intervene, but Chris killed them effortlessly one by one.
Witnessing this, the remaining practitioners dared not interfere.
The clash between Chris and Judge was on a level far beyond what ordinary fighters could handle.
Judge’s face was filled with shock and disbelief.
He hadn’t expected that in just a few months of absence, Chris’s power had grown to such an overwhelming extent.
It now made sense how Chris had managed to kill Kameda Taro and wipe out the entire Taro family.
Compared to a few months ago, Chris’s strength was on a completely different level.
But Judge also knew that this battle between him and Chris could only end with one of their deaths.
Gripping his Judge Pen tightly, he unleashed another frenzied assault. Every strike of the Judge Pen left deep gouges in the ground.
Chris, however, continued to dodge nimbly, evading each blow.
Frustrated, Judge roared, “Chris, if you’re so capable, fight me head-on!”
Chris rolled his eyes and sneered. “Judge, if you’re so capable, then hit me!”
“Argh!”
Judge bellowed in rage, launching another vicious attack.
This time, Chris found himself cornered against a wall, unable to retreat further.
Judge smirked coldly. “Chris, let’s see how you dodge this time.”
He raised the Judge Pen and brought it down with immense force.
Boom!
The Judge Pen struck the wall, reducing it to rubble.
The sheer power of the strike was enough to shatter Chris’s skull had it landed.
Chris exhaled sharply, his heart racing.
Judge was truly deserving of his reputation as the world’s top assassin, his strength unparalleled.
But suddenly, Chris’s lips curled into an ominous smile.
Without warning, Chris drove his foot upward, landing a brutal kick to Judge’s most vulnerable spot.
“Ah!”
Judge let out a blood-curdling scream.
After all, for any man, that was a fatal weakness.
“Chris, I’ll kill you!”
Enraged beyond reason, Judge howled and launched another attack.
This time, Chris didn’t dodge. Instead, he fought Judge head-on.
Both men possessed incredibly powerful physiques, making the battle evenly matched for a time.
However, Judge’s earlier exertion had taken its toll. His stamina was waning.
In contrast, Chris seemed inexhaustible, relentlessly pressing the attack.
Panic flashed across Judge’s face. He realized that if the fight continued, he was bound to lose.
With this thought, Judge attempted to retreat.
Noticing this, Chris smirked mockingly. His speed increased, his strikes growing heavier.
Boom!
With a deafening blow, Chris slashed his weapon across Judge’s chest.
“Ah!”
Judge cried out in agony.
He glanced down, seeing a deep, bone-revealing gash across his chest. Blood gushed from the wound, painting a horrifying picture.
Desperate, Judge turned his head and shouted, “Healing Hand, help me!”
Bang!
Before Judge’s plea could fully escape his lips, the sound of a gunshot rang out.
Judge’s expression froze.
He looked down, only to see a bullet lodged in his chest.
With a thunderous crash, Judge’s body collapsed to the ground.
His eyes remained wide open, filled with disbelief and unwillingness.
Even in death, Judge hadn’t imagined that he would fall, not at Chris’s hands, but at the hands of his own ally.
On the second floor, Stephen Rivers stood holding a firearm, his face filled with disdain.
“Trash,” he muttered. “You couldn’t even handle Chris. What use is there in keeping you alive?”
Stephen Rivers was Daniel Williams’s true confidant, whereas Judge was merely a hired hand.
Daniel Williams had sent Stephen Rivers to oversee Judge, ready to eliminate him should he show any disloyalty or incompetence.
Chris looked up sharply, his gaze locking onto the second floor.
There, in a luxurious room, the source of the bullet was clear.
Chris frowned. Judge had been the world’s foremost assassin-who had dared to shoot him?
In truth, Judge could have dodged the shot with ease.
But he’d never expected Stephen Rivers to open fire.
Caught off guard, Judge had been fatally shot-a death both humiliating and unjust.
At that moment, an elderly man descended from the second floor.
He held a firearm in his hand and glanced at Judge’s lifeless body.
“I had thought you could help His Highness kill Chris,” the old man said. “But it seems you were utterly useless. Still, your body might be of some value. With a bit of modification, it could become a powerful super-soldier.”
Chris’s face darkened when he saw the old man. Shocked, he blurted out, “Healing Hand!”
Chris was the Amerosia Primus, and Stephen Rivers had once been a royal physician, tending to Master William’s health. The two knew each other.
Chris had never imagined that Stephen Rivers would betray his allegiance and join forces with Daniel Williams, aiding him in his research on super-soldiers.
Stephen Rivers smiled as he met Chris’s gaze.
“Ah, Chris,” he said with a chuckle. “You truly are full of surprises. Even Judge couldn’t kill you. No wonder you’re such a thorn in His Highness’s side.”
