It’s been two week! Two weeks of Rex avoiding me, two weeks of The drama at the coronation and two weeks of having Hawk watch me like a fvcking hawk.
The morning seem bright, like the mid morning. I woke up late, staying up all night, thinking about Klaus and how I hate that my mate keep controlling me.
Lazily, I walked out of bed and head straight to the bathroom. I sat in the bathtub before putting on the tap and let the cold water soaked my skin.
Refreshing. I head the door open but I ignored it.
Slowly, I began to sink, letting tye water cover my face until I was completely covered. I held my breath for the first 15 seconds, then continued, hoping to get to 30 or more.
‘That’s silly, stop it’ Ashina scolded me.
I scoffed inwardly.
I hate been told what to do, just all of th want to control me. Rex, Ashina, Hawk, even Mira sometimes.
‘Luna! Luna?! Rain?’ I heard someone call but ignored.
35, 36, 37, 38…
Although I was beginning to feel so distressed. I was feeling like I had done too much but something in me still wanted me to stay down.
‘You will drown us, Rain!’ Ashina panicked but before I could retaliate, I heard something drop and shattered.
I sat up in a hurry and found Mira staring at me in shock. Her face showed total horror and worry as she glared at me.
“You are not being careful, My Luna” Mira snapped.
I have never heard her talk to me like that before. Not even when she knew me as a slave and new captive from my previous park.
“Please don’t scare me like that again, Alpha Rex would kill me of anything happen to you or your baby” Mira said as she bent down and began to pick the pieces of glass from the floor.
“I thought you drowned out committed suicide so I already called the Alpha” she said casually as she continued.
Drowned, suicide?
I sat up and glared at her head but she didn’t look up. She just remain cold, as if she was intentional avoiding my gaze. Seeing she doesn’t want to face me, I rest back, but this time, I didn’t cover my face.
“You feel like I would drown?” I asked her and she just shurgged.
Soon, she have gotten reed of any sign of the broken glass from the floor.
“I don’t know why the Alpha had been so paranoid about you getting yourself hurt or something, so he ordered us to keep an eye on you, Alaric placed you back on your drugs to…” she shurgged “I don’t know what the drug would be for and Sean is at the door because Hawk is having a meeting about killing someone named Klaus…”
I sat back up.
Water dripping from my face, hair, my eyes red, I stared at Mira who had paused to look at me with a smile on her face.
“You seem tensed, I will get your medicine back from Alaric, I am sorry I spill the first ….”_
“You were talking about Klaus” I interrupted her “What meeting are you talking about?”
Mira Shurgged with a smile.
She looked at me for a few seconds before getting my soap, Sponge, and began to scrub my body.
“You know I like to eavesdrop” She started “I was going to get get your drug when I saw Alpha pissed and yelling over who let Someone in the bother and… you believe the person could hide his scent” She said in amusement.
As she was scrubbing my back, she bent to take a look at my face and raised her brows.
“Remember when you could hide you scent?” She asked.

Without thinking, I moved my shoulders to get Mira off my body. I don’t care if doesn’t want me to see Klaus agian, I just need to settle my curiosity and see Klaus.
I would ask him about me and what he knows.
“Relax Luna, Rex said we would not be leaving the room to he said so- so you don’t need to worry about Klaus” Mira gently pushed me back to the tub.
She raised my back as she put the finishing touch to my hair she was washing.
“He has being so protective and I wonderef what we would be doing in door all day till Klaus leave” she got to to get my wrapping towel.
Till Klaus leave?
I can’t let this happen to me.
Quickly, I stood up.
I waved my hand to get water off before getting to rub my stomach and bringing one of my leg off the tub at the same time.
“Rex can’t control me! I have as equal rights as he has” I snapped.
Mira walked back to me, with a smile on her face.
“The Alpha would be mad if he…”
“Fuck the Alpha” I snapped.
I can’t let him kill Klaus.
Grabbing the towel from Mira, I head to the door. I haven’t even finished wrapping it around my body when I yanked the door open.
“Please don’t do this, Luna” Mira ran after me “If anything happens to you, Your mate would kill me”
I stopped for a few seconds.
My gaze looked at Mira, from head to toe, seeing how much I have grown bigger than her, I scoffed and walked away.
“Fuck my mate” I said again as I continued walking.
Getting to the hall I expected the to be, I found it empty. With Mira behind me, I growled and asked;
“You lied?”
“No!” She exclaimed “I am sorry the Alpha is coming here to get you because I told him”
I smiled.
I took deep breaths, watched my bare foot and how water kept dripping from my wet hair.
I walked into the hall, took the nearest seat and tried to catch my breath. Damn, getting angry and rushing off can be so exhausting.
I couldn’t believe I was so heavy on my sixth months!
“Let Rex come, I will…”
“What the heck, Rain” Rex interrupted.
Well, I wasn’t expecting him that early so I just sat still and watch him. The anger I had in me subside when he rushed to me and hugged me.
“Babe, you know I want to do anything to protect you” He said.
I hugged him too and smiled.
I wasn’t smiling at my mate’s huge, I was smiling at Klaus now on the room with Hawk following immediately.
“It’s funny how Your mate want to protect you from your brother because he knows he isn’t supposed to have you” Klaus said with a sly smirk on his face “Tell her, Rex, You know what I am talking about”.
