And also threw my bag on his bed.
He gave out a slight frown. “You knew?”
“Hmmm.” I nodded. “Did you think I was that stupid not to know about your escapades with Lily? She’s our nanny. I know her so well. So, of course, I would find out eventually. What were you expecting?”
“I can’t believe this,” He muttered under his breath and paced around for a moment. “So, you knew?”
“Why are you repeating the same words? Are you a dummy? Of course, I would know. Why wouldn’t I ever know what you were up to? You are the one that’s the dummy here and not me. You are my brother, for fucking sake.”
He sighed. “How long have you known?”
“Since you began touching her breasts at night. And then she would finger your ass and make you cum. I knew from the beginning. I just didn’t want to say anything.”
“Damn it.” He nearly yelled. “I can’t believe this.” His face was full of embarrassment. I could laugh my ass off because of his hilarious expression, but I just wasn’t in the mood.
How could he think I wouldn’t find out about his illicit affair? Does he think I’m so dumb to not find out?
Then, he must be delusional than I thought.
“Be in your wonderland all you want, Anderson. I knew from the beginning and that’s it. Okay. Chill and stop being so silly around here, okay?”
“Listen, no one must…”
“I don’t care about whatever you are doing with Lily. What I know is that you should keep your relationship to yourself and not let mom and dad find out about it. Or you will be a deadbeat and a loser once the clan finds out about your little secret.”
“Alright.” He sighed. “No one’s gonna know about it.”
“And also the fact that you once fingered me when I was asleep a couple of years ago. Did you seriously think I would ever forget that?”
“Hey!” He exclaimed. “Seriously. Stop it. I didn’t know it was you. I thought it was Lily.”
“But don’t tell me you didn’t sniff my pheromones to know it was me.”
“Listen, I was out of my mind on that day and I didn’t know what I was doing, okay? I was in a rut. Just thought it was Lily because she told me she was gonna get this expensive perfume for herself. I just simply thought she was the one when I came into my room.”
“Okay! Okay! Fine. I don’t care anymore.” I rolled my eyes and hung my left leg on my right leg. “So, why didn’t you tell me that Violet’s wedding was in seven days?” I switched to a different topic.
I didn’t want to recall the moment he did such things to me. How he fingered me and put his cock inside my ass. I didn’t wish to remember any of it.
“It didn’t come to mind.” He sauntered up to me and sat down beside me. “Tonight is the right moment.”
“I want to help you guys to-”
“No, Willow. You need to stay here and watch over the mansion and alert us to anything suspicious. We can’t fail. This is important.”
“Alright.” I nodded. “What are we going to do once he is here? Do you have any plans on how you are gonna wake him up?”
“No.” He shook his head. “I don’t have any plans about how I am going to wake him up. Storm and Jinx are still thinking of ways to wake him up. He’s in a deep sleep. In a coma. So, we don’t know how to wake someone who has been sleeping for three years.”
Anderson was right. How are we going to wake Ash up?
It’s been three years, and it is going to be hard to wake him up.
“We just have to find a way to make it happen.”
“I hope we do.” Anderson agreed with me.
I stood up from the bed and stood in front of him. “We must rescue Ash tonight. We are gonna do what it takes for him to get here.”
“Ha! You seemed determined.”
“Yep!” I smiled and walked out of his room. “See you when I see you, brother.”
I got to my room and prepared for the night. Whatever happens…no matter what it takes…Ash must get rescued.
Storm and Jinx moved him to the guest room, and we kept him on the bed.
“I can’t believe this is Ash.” I muttered as I got close to him and couldn’t take my eyes off him.
“I’m just glad we rescued him.” Anderson added.
He…looked way handsome and mature: I never knew he would be this gorgeous.
He didn’t look like someone who was asleep for three years.
“I miss you so much, Ash. Please wake up. Everyone misses you. Violet is getting married tomorrow.” I announced, hoping that sort of lie should wake him up.
“I heard the wedding will still go on with or without us rescuing Ash.” Jinx broke the moment and we both looked at him when he walked into the room after getting a glass of champagne for himself.
“What wedding?!” I asked as I got up on my feet away from the bed and faced Jinx. “What are you talking about?”
“The wedding got shortened. It’s happening tomorrow morning. We best prepare and put on our best outfit.”
“The wedding is tomorrow?”
Jinx’s gaze curiously fell on me. “Aren’t you her best friend? Didn’t you know the wedding wasn’t seven days anymore? Shortened to two days. Which also means her wedding is tomorrow. Everything has been fucking prepared.”
“That’s a lie. Maybe you got the wrong information.”
“You think I got the wrong information?!” He laughed and turned solemn. “Don’t make me laugh, Willow. I’m trying to be serious and not play mama with you.”
“I thought we were all serious here. You are not the only one-”
“Who’s the ‘We’? Don’t say ‘we’. You are giving me goosebumps.”
“What is wrong with you?!”
“You heard him.” Storm walked up to us with his hands in black jeans pockets and a white shirt. He had his ponytail hair neatly packed up.
He still wore his large silver earrings. And his black eyes were scary to look at.
“Violet will still marry James. We rescue Ash or not, she will still marry him for his safety and her wedding is tomorrow. He has gotten no wrong information. He is right. You can call Violet and verify this information.”
“I don’t understand.” I shouted and walked over to Storm. “You are her cousin. You have more power than her. Why don’t you help her? Why can’t you stop this madness? The Alpha she is getting married to is not the person she loves. James only loves her, but she doesn’t. Why can’t you help her? She has suffered enough already?”
