“If one of them killed him, I will never forgive them.”
Mr. Derek’s death is tragic.
Who would have a deep grudge against him to kill him and push him off the window at the library?
And whoever killed him cleared off his pheromones and his scent as a werewolf away from the library.
I can’t say it will be one of those alphas: Ash, Storm, and Jinx, because they can’t do such a thing when the three of them never had an issue with him.
Who was the culprit? Who killed Mr. Derek?
And why was Violet so intense about Mr. Derek’s death when they weren’t even close?
He was only Ash’s favorite teacher.
Do we have unknown enemies in this school?
Tears dropped from Violet’s red eyes. “He was a boring teacher. I hate him whenever he comes to class, but he was a kindhearted Beta who minded his business. So why did he have to die? WHYYYY?!”
Violet fell to her knees and cried so bitterly.
“Violet.” I muttered.
“He was a good man from a good pack. He helped me when I needed him the most.” She shouted. “Why did he have to die?” Violet stood up in rage and James held her back.
“Let me go, James. I can’t sit by and…”
“Please calm down.” James hugged her and wrapped her hands around his waist.
We all heard a loud uproar and a tremendous blast behind us.
When the white dust from the floor settled down a little, the floor crashed into pieces, just like Mr. Derek’s.
We saw a body.
Someone was unconscious on the floor, with dark blood spilling from his eyes.
Bruises and deep cuts were all over the body. His uniform was almost off his body, and he had lost one of his shoes.
When we both ran closer to whoever had landed on the floor, my body froze to death.
Chilling breeze ran down my spine, and my head stopped thinking for a second.
My heart skipped a beat as I continued looking at what had just happened to him.
“Ash.” I gasped in horror with my hands on my mouth.
“ASHER.” Violet screamed and ran to Ash’s body.
She fell on her knees and carried Ash in her arms. “What happened to you, Ash?!” she screamed again and James ran off to go call the doctors.
“I will summon the doctors,” he announced.
I moved closer to Ash with shaky hands. “Don’t tell me…” I paused and Ash’s face made me nauseous.
He looked like a horrifying monster.
His eyes were dug out. Most of his silver-white hair was off from his head.
Ash was practically bald with a few strands of his hair.
His upper uniform was soaked in blood.
His eyes spilled out, dark blood flowing down his cheeks.
Violet let out a loud cry and tried carrying Ash all by herself, but she passed out instead.
“VIOLET.” I yelled and a couple of students came rushing in to know what was happening.
Ash’s sight horrified the students.
An hour passed. I sat down on the long upholstered brown bench with a back in front of the infirmary, waiting for Ash and Violet, specifically, to wake up.
The shock must have been too much for Violet to handle.
I hope she doesn’t get more traumatized than she is.
I know Violet so much like the back of my hand. If she wakes up and Ash doesn’t get better as time goes on.
Violet will never be the same.
I sat down and didn’t notice that blood had stained my hands and uniform. Yet, I didn’t care about anything.
What I was concerned about was for Violet and Ash to wake up. I want to know who did such a horrible thing to Ash. The bastard’s plan was to kill him.
Whoever the bastard was, planned to take his life in broad daylight.
And did such a gruesome deed to Ash, needed to pay for it with his life.
And also the murderer behind Mr. Derek’s death.
This school is nauseating, and these were the reasons I didn’t want to attend St. Victoria’s Academy, because I know most of the students here are monsters.
And bullies, to the wolves weaker than them. Everyone wants to seek validation and show their strength. But no one wants to help the other.
They all let the wealth and power of influence get into their head.
If not for my parents, who wanted me to attend this school with a threat, I would have applied somewhere else and lived peacefully.
And besides, my brother, Ash, and Violet are the only people who keep my sanity in this school.
I mingled with everyone doesn’t mean I love them.
I do it to seek connections and stay safe because people without backups in this school end up in one gruesome deed or the other and I didn’t want to end up like those wolves.
We are all animals.
And animals always hunt for their next prey to feast on and if a wolf is not part of a pack, it ruins everything and death will be the end of the tunnel.
If we want to survive in our world, we have to look out for each other and be part of each other.
I just want Violet and Ash to wake up and tell us who did such a beastly act to him
I’m getting scared and I don’t know who it is anymore.
It was Avery, James, Mr. Derek and Ash.
This is getting way more detestable than I thought it was.
It was other people dying in this school, and now it is the surrounding people.
What am I going to do and how will I survive if Ash doesn’t wake the hell up?
What if he turns blind? What if Violet never gets up on her feet again and gets depressed?
I can’t stand this anymore. This wasn’t how it was supposed to be.
We are graduating soon and this can’t be happening to us.
Not now when everything is perfect for us.
“What the hell is popping around here?” Jinx came with the others. “What I heard about Ash, is it true?!” His voice is a little broken, deep and smooth.
His voice speaks hope to anyone who is worried and listening to his voice makes me want to pull myself together.
I wonder what Jinx would do. He is a reckless alpha. An Alpha who is stubborn, brutal, spine-spilling, brooding, sharp looking who looks up to nobody but Ash.
He loves Ash like his brother and would do anything to not break the relationship between the both of them.
He is also loyal and committed to their friendship.
No matter how his attitude and behaviors reeks of flaws, people would scorn at him, but Ash doesn’t do the same.
He wouldn’t judge him and accept him for who he was. He would do anything as long as he was on Ash’s side and protect him.
Jinx doesn’t care if Ash is powerful than him. He values Ash’s life more than his life.
