It’s been two weeks since I was discharged from the hospital.
I go back to my duties, and my people’s disappearance is irksome.
I contacted the other kingdoms and packs about the kidnapping incidents for more help, and it turned out that it’s not only my pack members that got kidnapped; some of their members are too, and it’s maddening not to know who’s behind that.
Then my parents’ murder case had no development.
I was thinking about the nightmares I’ve been having since I was a little girl. Maybe they’re more than dreams; they’re memories from my inner consciousness.
If the little girl in my dreams is me and the man and the woman are my parents, then what did they witness and who was after them?
I think the mad wolf who killed them was sent by someone and covered up like it was just a rogue attack.
I need to dig up more to know the main culprit behind my parents’ death.
Suddenly, my office door opened, and my kids came in running to me, and they hugged me.
“Mommy, Daddy will take us to Disneyland today.” Angie happily jumped.
“You will come with us, mommy.” The twins asked
“No, baby, Mommy has to work; you go and have fun with your Daddy.”
“Okay, Mommy, we love you.”
I kissed them goodbye, and they left. I never saw him after the incident; he’s been avoiding me like the plague; he only comes to visit the kids or take them with him; and we’ve never interacted with each other.
I need to stop thinking about him and move on with my life. Maybe I should give Theo a chance; he’s a nice guy, and he will make me happy. I should think about accepting his proposal.

Today I am taking my kids to DisneyLand. I have never been this happy since the day I found out that I am the father of triplets.
It’s the best thing that ever happened to me. I love my babies to death, and I will sacrifice my life for them in order to protect them.
I was parking my car when I saw that bastard Theodore heading to the palace.
He’s getting on my nerves and making my blood boil by flirting with Gina and trying to pursue her. I went after him and faced him.
“What are you doing here?”
“Your highness, I don’t think my presence concerns you.”
“Stay away from my mate.”
“I believe you’re mated and marked to another woman; you’re no longer her mate; and stop acting like you care about her; you almost killed her when you marked another woman when you were still mated to her.”
“That’s impossible; we rejected each other; how could she feel the pain”.
“No, apparently, during the rejection you spelled her name wrong, and the rejection didn’t happen. However, she’s not your business anymore, and she will be mine soon; you lost your chance.”
I lost my composure and punched him in the face. His bodyguard was about to attack me, but he stopped them.
“This is the last time you will do this; I am doing this for the kids; next time you will regret it,” he threatened me.
“You wish, fool. It was my mistake to reject Gina, and I regret it, but I will definitely get her back to me. So stay back or you will have to face me, and you know you’re no match for me.”
I can’t believe that Gina almost died because of me. I can’t imagine my life without her.
I have to deal first with Jessica and my mother, then I will beg forgiveness from Gina and make it up to her.
“You better not fucking mess up this time, you idiot.” Xavier threatened.
Theodore
Fuck, he’s got some nerve to threaten me.
He thinks Gina’s a fucking toy to play with. I will not back down from pursuing Gina, and I will achieve my goal of making her my mate. She’s mine now, and no one will take her from me.
I make my way to Gina’s office, and I knock on the door.
“Come in.”
“Hi, Gina.”
“Oh hi Theo, how are you?”
“I’m doing fine. You called me to tell me something. What is it?”
“I wanted to tell you that I am ready to date you.”

I gathered my courage and called Theodore to tell him about my decision to date him.
I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing, but Theo is a good man , he likes me and he treats me like I’m the only one who matters to him; he makes me feel special, unlike Xander, who never failed to show me how much he loathed me.
A tear slipped down my cheek, and I closed my eyes to shut his face out of my mind.
I believe Theo will erase him from my heart and mind; he’s the perfect man for me, the perfect mate that I always dreamed about.
He will make me a happy woman .
After an hour, I heard a knock on my door.
“Hi, Gina.” Theo greets me.
“Oh hi theo, how are you?”
“I’m doing fine. You called me to tell me something. What is it?”
“I wanted to tell you that I am ready to date you.”
A broad smile popped into his face.
“Omg, Gina, you made me the happiest man now; you will not regret this decision ever. I promise you that I will cherish you and love you for the rest of my life.”
And he pulled me closer to him; his arms tightened around me in a bear hug, and I felt awkward being in another man’s arms.
He pulled out of the hug and said:”Will it upset you if I kiss you?”
I was about to answer him when my beta mind linked me.
“Alpha, we are under attack by rogues.”
“Are there plenty of them?”
“Like twenty of them, and they are attacking our man.”
“I’m coming. Secure the kids and women in the safe house.”
“Something wrong?”
“We are under attack; I need to go and join the fight.”
“I will go with you.”
Grandpa is on a business trip, and he takes Belinda with him, so I’m alone.
I took some weapons with me; a shotgun and a sword and knife .
We left my office and headed out to the border.
and the scene in front of me shocked the hell out of me. They were not normal Lycan rogues; they were bigger with horns, big tails, and wings with a monster appearance .
They killed a number of our men; I shifted to my lycans and Theodore to his dragon.
I aimed a gunshot at one of them and shot him in the head, but nothing happened.
What the fuck!
A sinister smile covered his face, and he flew toward me, grabbing with his giant hand my neck and trying to snap him, but Calli managed to slash the poisoned sword in his heart with a wrenching scream, and he fell on the ground, and I succeeded in killing him.
Theo’s dragon flew above them and blew his orange flames at them, setting their furs on fire, and they cried in agony as the fire consumed their bodies.
We managed to kill the majority of them. The chest was ripped open, and the throat was slit.
Blood was everywhere, and the smell lingered in our noses.
One of them surprised me by lunging at me from the back, causing me to fall to the ground. He expanded his razor-sharp claws and cut my back, and I screamed in pain, but I was able to recover soon enough to stab his leg with my knife. I flipped him on his back, kicked him square on the chin, and gave him an elbow to the throat. I extended my claws and cut into his torso, ripping his heart from his chest. He screamed in pain and lay lifeless on the ground. I stared at him, and warm blood blanketed my hands.
The fight is over. I scanned the battlefield.
The lifeless bodies lying on the ground belonged to our warriors and our enemies.
I felt sorry for the loss of our best men.
I noticed a rogue’s body still moving in his human form.
I mined linked my beta to take him to the dungeon so we could interrogate him and find out who was behind the attack and to
arrange a funeral to bury our dead warriors.
I can’t shift back to my human form in front of Theodore, even though nudity is a natural thing for us. I hide behind a tree and shift back to my human form.
I grab a tank top and shorts hidden in the tree and put them on. Then I grab another man’s shorts for Theodore and hand them to him.
“I can’t thank you enough, Theodore, for helping me defeat the rogues.”
“It’s my duty to stand by your side; plus, I’m your boyfriend now; you don’t have to thank me for it.” He winked at me, and I blushed at his bluntness.
“But I can’t worry about these sudden attacks and who wants to hurt me, and those are not normal rogues; they are monsters; they look like a mix of werewolves and lycans with demons.”
“Maybe if we tortured that rogue, we could know who was behind this plot.”
“I will handle that later; I need to call Xander and check on the kids.”
“I will escort you to one of the rooms to get yourself clean and change your clothes.”
“Not if you joined me,” he teased, and I slapped his chest playfully.
My cheeks turned crimson red, and he let out an amusing laugh.

“That bitch is still alive; you’re telling me that some of our best soldiers couldn’t murder her, and none of them made it alive and turned back!”
“That Mutt the Fucking Dragon was with her; he was very strong and powerful.”
He let out a harsh laugh. “So our soldiers-they were built to be a killing machine, so fearless and merciless, no one can stand against them,” he roared.
“Use her kids as pawns to get her; then we kill her and her kids in one shot.
