Tomas.
I was getting ready to settle down for the night in the same suite as Jimmy, but sleep seemed elusive. I tossed and turned restlessly on the bed, feeling increasingly annoyed. No matter how I tried, I just couldn’t fall asleep.
“Hey Tomas, stop moving around! I want to sleep! If you can’t settle down, go crash on the couch or book another room for crying out loud!” Jimmy exclaimed, hopping off the bed and glaring at me.
“I don’t know what’s wrong with me! I’ve never felt like this before! I hate this feeling!” I exclaimed, raising my eyebrows in disbelief. It was frustrating and confusing.
“Huh? What feeling? Don’t tell me you’re actually affected by my charm and want to sleep next to me?” Jimmy teased, a playful grin spreading across his face as he pulled the blanket up to cover himself.
I shot him an incredulous look. “Of course not! It’s just that before I met Jennifer, I never missed any woman! Even when I thought I liked someone, I would just sleep with her and then crawl back into my empty bed!” I explained, my frustration spilling over.
Jimmy stood up, tucking his neck and turning his back to me with an amused expression. “So?” he smirked, clearly enjoying my turmoil.
“So why is it that now I can’t sleep without Jennifer beside me?! I want to hold her close! I feel so weak when it comes to her! How can a mafia man, a mafia king no less, be reduced to this?” I huffed, sighing deeply as I rubbed my forehead in distress.
“Exactly! You mean a mafia K-I-N-G,” Jimmy giggled, clearly finding amusement in my predicament.
“Exactly! This shouldn’t happen to me!” I huffed, nudging my chest in frustration. “It feels like I’m being pulled by a magnet, compelling me to run to her suite right now and wrap my arms around her with all my strength!” I muttered, feeling overwhelmed.
“Me too!” Jimmy mocked, his tone dripping with sarcasm.
“You want to hug your sister?” I spun my head to face him, incredulous.
“Let me tell you a secret!” Jimmy leaned closer, lowering his voice as if sharing something confidential.
“What is it?” I gasped, intrigued despite myself.
“I feel the same way about Olga! This girl has taken over my life! It’s like she dropped a bomb in my heart and now I can’t get her out of my head! I see her face everywhere I look!” Jimmy sighed dramatically, running his hands through his hair in exasperation.
“Man, this is not good! For heaven’s sake! Have they cast a spell on us or something?” I shook my head, my annoyance growing.
Just then, the phone in the suite began to ring loudly. Jimmy quickly sat next to it and answered, while I decided to take a shower to calm my racing thoughts and body. I barely paid attention to the phone call; after all, this was Jimmy’s private suite at the hotel, so any call would likely be work-related.
A minute later, I heard the bathroom door creak open.
“Hey man! I’m naked in here! What do you want?” I hollered, furrowing my brows in irritation.
“Jennifer called! She said…” Jimmy began, but then he paused, teasingly raising his eyebrows with a mischievous grin.
I threw a bar of soap at him. “Come on, just tell me what she said! You can’t just waltz in here and gawk at my naked body for no reason! This must be urgent!” I exclaimed, my irritation mounting.
“She said, ‘Tell Tomas that I want him now-in my bed!'” Jimmy raised an eyebrow, emphasizing each word for dramatic effect.
I jumped out of the tub in a hurry, completely naked, but Jimmy grabbed my arm and glanced down at my exposed body. “Hey man! You can’t just stroll around the hotel like that! The guests will freak out and report you! You could get in serious trouble!” he laughed.
“Oh, I guess you’re right!” I let out a breath, realizing the absurdity of my situation. I quickly threw a towel around my waist and dashed out of the suite, water droplets trailing behind me.
I knocked on the door of Jennifer’s suite, my heart racing. “Honey, it’s me!” I chuckled nervously.
She opened the door with a mad, distressed expression. “How could you do this to me?” she pouted, crossing her arms as she walked inside, clearly upset.
I shut the door behind me, trying to gauge her mood. “What do you mean, honey?” I narrowed my eyes, confused.
She frowned deeply, her arms still crossed. “How could you sleep in another room?! You don’t love me as much as I love you! Or have you changed your mind after what I said about the conditions?” Her voice trembled, and I could see tears welling up in her eyes.
I quickly sat next to her on the bed, pulling her close and pressing her head against my chest as I patted her back soothingly. “No, sweetie, I love you! I haven’t changed my mind! I thought you needed your space! You didn’t ask me to come to your suite!” I said softly, kissing her forehead gently.
She lifted her head and glared at me, her eyes wide with a mix of disbelief and hope. “Are you sure, Tomas?” she whispered, her voice barely audible.
I wiped her tears away with my thumb, smiling reassuringly. “I’m sure, baby! So I can sleep next to you now?” I winked at her, unable to contain my joy.
She shook her head defiantly. “No!”
I gasped in shock. “What? Why not?”
“Not next to me! But on top of me!” she winked mischievously, pulling me closer to her. We tumbled onto the bed, and she lay back, with me on top of her, kissing her passionately. She pulled the towel away, tossing it aside, wrapping her legs around my waist. “I love you, Tomas,” she whispered breathlessly.
I pressed my mouth against hers, biting her upper lip playfully, teasing her as I pushed my tongue into her mouth, igniting the fire between us. In that moment, everything else faded away, and all that mattered was us.
