Olivia’s POV
I woke up with a terrible fever. My entire body shook, and I was covered in sweat.
I buried myself under the covers, determined to wait out my symptoms. I wanted to be certain that the medication worked yesterday, and it wasn’t I who waited it out.
Seconds turned to minutes, and minutes turned to half an hour. I was still lying on my bed, shivering and sweating. My whole body ached and my eyes stung and were more watery.
My thighs clenched together under the covers, and I could feel my juices gushing out of me. My libido was over the roof, and I was craving Andre.
I turned my head to the bedside table and saw the box of syringes lying there. All I had to do was take one and stick it into my arm or thigh, and all my symptoms would go away. I didn’t want to. I was determined to wait for it all to be over.”
Thirty minutes turned to an hour, and I saw that there was no hope in sight. I had waited much longer than this when Andre came in the day before and told me about the medication and helped me administer the injection.
“This was proof enough that the medication worked.”
I was so weak that I could barely drag my body up from the bed to reach for the bedside table and grab the syringe.
“Suddenly, the door burst open, and Andre rushed inside.”
“Olivia?!”
He looked at me in fear and shock and dashed to my side.
He hissed in pain but didn’t let go.
“Olivia, you are burning hot. Is it the symptoms again? Have you taken your medication?”
In a panic, he made a grab for the books, but I stopped him.
“Olivia, what are you doing? You need to take your…”
“No, Andre.”
I was weak and tired, but I smiled at him. He looked at me with wide eyes of confusion.
“Olivia?”
“Andre, the doctors only gave us 20 shots. We can’t go wasting them every time I have my symptoms or feel like this.”
I cupped his face in my hands and pulled him closer to me.
My lips were sizzling hot, but I still kissed him. He groaned and pulled me closer to him. I felt his hands grip me tight, and our tongues made love to each other.
He pulled away, and I enjoyed his warm breath on my face.
“Olivia, you are weak. You look pale. You need to rest. I can give you the injection, and you can rest. We don’t have to…”
I grabbed his hand gently and took it up my skirt. I made him graze my soaked underwear. My bud was so sensitive that I had to stifle a moan.
“Please, I want you. I really do want you. Please, fuck me.”
He looked at me sceptically, but I pulled him into a kiss, and he groaned again. He pinned me to the bed and slipped my panties to one side. His fingers rubbed my bud softly, and I moaned against his lips.
“I’ve missed making you feel good, Olivia.”
He yanked my panties off, and I unbuckled his belt in a frenzy.
His phallus was in full view. I felt my cheeks fill with colour, and his hot cock rubbed my vulva and sent wild sensations shooting through my body.
“Andre, please take me…”
*****************************************
I woke up and saw Andre’s arm wrapped around me. My body felt better, and I felt a slight tingle in my pussy. I had missed Andre’s cock inside of me.
I turned to look at him and couldn’t help but smile, seeing him sleeping so peacefully. I stroked his hair and face, and he groaned and pulled me closer. I stopped and decided not to wake him. He had been so busy these last few days. He needed some rest.
I was gentle and careful and was able to wriggle out of his grasp without waking him.
I tip-toed to the shower, had a quick bath, and got dressed. I was happy that Andre was still asleep. It was usually impossible for me to take a shower without waking him up.
I crept out of the room and headed down to his study.
I understood that he had been working so hard, so I decided that it would be wonderful for me to help him finish some work.
I walked into his study and saw that it was empty, but his desk was an absolute mess.
I gasped and hurried to the table. I sat down and looked through the papers hurriedly scattered all over. There was so much to do, so many things to sign, so many things to read through and approve. Little wonder that Andre was always tired.
For the first time, I sent Pierre a mind link, and he appeared almost immediately in the study.
“Luna Olivia, what a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect you to call me here today.”
I gave him a polite smile. I am always fond of his mannerisms, and he seemed very polite.
“The Alpha is taking a little break and I have decided to stand in for him for today, or at least until he wakes up.”
Pierre stood by my side, and his eyes surveyed the messy desk.
“Wonderful. I suppose that we should be getting started. There seems to be a lot to do.”
I exhaled as I saw the workload in front of me. Being the Luna was going to be a big job as well.
“Alright”
Pierre grabbed all the documents on the table and arranged them into one new bundle. He then began to put the ones that Andre had already signed in the out tray and kept the ones that he hadn’t on the in the tray.
“I suppose this is a much tidier workspace. Let’s get started then.”
He picked up the first paper and glanced through it.
“The college seems to be making an application for new equipment in the gym. It seems that some students have broken some. If I am reading this correctly, they overused their werewolf abilities.”
I thought for a while.
“I believe we have money for that equipment in the budget, but I suggest that you write back to the school requesting a formal report on how the equipment was broken and if it was broken on purpose, I demand to know the culprits involved. They should learn to take better care of the equipment that they need for their training and should be groomed to be responsible.”
Pierre smiled at me, took out a notebook, and made a note to write a letter replying to the college Dean of academics.
He pulled out the next paper, and there seemed to be a housing issue in one of the residential blocks on the north side of the park.
“It seems that residents are evacuating the buildings. Their claim is that the rent is too high for them to pay.”
I looked up at him inquisitively.
“How much is the rent they are paying currently?”
“About 500 dollars a month, I think.”
“And what are the living conditions like?”
“I have gone on a tour of one of the residential buildings, and the living conditions are very much up to standard.”
“In that case, send a reply to the landlords to call for a meeting with the vacated tenants, those who intend to leave as well as those who are still staying, and we can have a meeting to discuss what should be done about the rent and see if we can convince them that the price they are paying is fair enough for the conditions that they have.”
Pierre smiled again, and he seemed very impressed.
“You surprise me, Luna Olivia. I didn’t expect you to have such a handle on these matters at such a young age.”
“I smirked and looked at him slightly.”
“Did you doubt my ability as Luna, Pierre?”
He smirked back, and I could tell that the banter was just beginning.
“Certainly not, my dear Luna. But I believe my job allows me to be surprised every now and then.”
I said nothing as my eyes stole a glance at some books that were piled in the corner on top of each other.
“What are those?”
He turned to meet my gaze, and he, too, saw the books that were piled in the corner.
“Oh, the Alpha asked me to find books on every topic concerning the Descendants of Selene.”
My mood fell slightly, and I assumed a more solemn tone.
“And how has the search been going? Has he found anything about them?”
Pierre gave a sigh and shook his head slowly.
“Progress has been slow, my dear Luna. But I am certain that considerable progress will be made soon enough. Things like this take time.”
I agreed with Pierre and sunk back into my chair. I was so anxious to find out about the Descendants of Selene. I glanced at the books again, and I could see how thick and voluminous they were. The search was definitely going to take quite a while.
Suddenly, my thoughts were pulled back to our trip to Elvis Pine, and I realised that I hadn’t spoken to Jonas about it.
I turned to Pierre and found him looking through the next documents that we were supposed to get sorted out.
“Pierre, would you mind calling Jonas to come and meet me in the office? I actually need to talk to…”
Before I could finish my sentence, the door burst open, and Jonas walked in.
I saw Pierre’s eyebrow furrow in anger, and a scowl was spread over his lips.
“Speak of the devil, and he appears,” he mumbled angrily under his breath.
He dropped the documents in his hand back on the tray and proceeded to walk to the door.
“I guess I shall leave you two alone for a while.”
He walked out of the room and I caught the dirty look that he gave Jonas just before he left.
Jonas ignored him and turned his attention to me. I stood up and gave him a nervous smile.
“Jonas, I am so glad that you are here…”
