Adrian finally relaxed his stern expression, quickly downed the drink in his cup, and then turned to Brandon, saying, “Don’t worry, both of you are here. If Miss Ruell really gets too drunk later, just take her home.”

“You’ve been drinking.”

“Yeah, a bit! But it’s okay, I’m still clear-headed. Tell me where you are, and I’ll direct you.”
She was determined to be helpful to the end.
“… A young lady shouldn’t go out drinking with men.”
Rosalind chuckled, “Thanks for your concern, but it’s okay, my male colleague is here, he’ll take me home.”
Her male colleague?
That would be Brandon.
But it wasn’t necessarily safe for him to take her home!
“I have a friend in Jingtown, I’ll ask him to pick you up.”
“No need! Tell me where you are first, I need to sneak back soon.”
During their conversation, Natalie had already started looking for her.
Rosalind knew it must be because Zenith’s boss had inquired, so she quickly told the driver, “Um… you should ask someone else, I’ve got something here, got to hang up.”
