Scarlet stubbornly said, “Who said that? I just want you to press it again, nothing else. After all, my body hasn’t recovered yet.”
“Don’t think about touching me inappropriately later.”
Flynn chuckled, eyeing Scarlet from head to toe: “I didn’t realize you were so bold.”
“Why be shy in front of my man?” Scarlet said with a smile.
“No, that’s not what I meant.” Flynn raised an eyebrow and smiled, his gaze fixed on Scarlet’s chest.
Whether it was an illusion or reality, he always felt that Scarlet’s chest had grown significantly.
Scarlet instantly understood Flynn’s implication and wanted to get angry, thinking she shouldn’t indulge him. She coldly retorted with a laugh, “Even with my boldness, am I as bold as Trusova?”
Seeing Scarlet’s smiling face, Flynn couldn’t help getting annoyed. Like a fierce tiger pouncing on its prey, he pulled Scarlet under the shower, positioning her back to him, and whispered naughtily in her ear:
“Do you know what ‘dragon crossing the river’ means?”
Scarlet’s face turned pale with shock, and she struggled to turn around and yelled, “You jerk, what are you trying to do! I just asked you to press it, and you…”
Flynn simply smiled and said, “Isn’t this pressing?”
After saying that, Flynn supported Scarlet’s belly with one hand and pressed down on her back with the other, leaning forward…
The next day, Flynn woke up to a text from Rose, agreeing to go together to Harriet Hamilton’s party.
Flynn stretched lazily, noticing the sunny and much cooler day, and began to practice his punches in the garden.
Each punch created a roaring sound, thunderously echoing around.
Centered around Flynn, waves of force swept through, causing the trees in the backyard to sway and the gravel to churn.
Scarlet stood by, eating an apple, admiringly said:
“My man is really fierce!”
“Are you talking about last night?” Flynn immediately stopped his movements and smirked, concealing his energy.
“Goodbye!” Scarlet rolled her eyes and went straight back to the kitchen.
After breakfast, Scarlet headed to the office, and Flynn went to meet Rose on the way.
Harriet Hamilton had stayed at Rose’s place and had gone to work upon waking.
After Rose let Flynn in, she went straight to the dressing room.
“Big sister, does it take that long to put on makeup?” Flynn complained while waiting on the living room sofa, and Rose hadn’t come out yet.
“Just wait!”
“I’m so annoyed! Why is it stuck?”
Her evening gown’s zipper was stuck about ten inches above her waist, and after yelling at Flynn, she muttered anxiously.
Hearing this, Flynn shook his head, went into the dressing room, and seeing Rose in distress, he said helplessly:
“You could have called me for this small favor, as if you’re afraid someone else might take advantage of you!”
“It’s not like it’s the first time.”
After saying this, Flynn brushed Rose’s hands away and pulled the zipper up.
Rose, of course, understood Flynn’s insinuation about the time a few days ago when he had carried her drunk to the bedroom and undressed her.
With a rogue smile, seeing the anger in Rose’s eyes made Flynn feel somewhat vindictive.
He had realized that since Rose wouldn’t believe his words, he might as well let her be.
Seeing Flynn’s smug look, Rose defiantly retorted, “I didn’t realize you were so energetic. Your face doesn’t show any fatigue, morning and night.”
Since Flynn embarrassed her, she would not let it go unreturned.
Flynn, unoffended, laughed and raised an eyebrow, “I still have energy now, do you want it?”
“Get lost!” Rose yelled, stepping back.
Yet Flynn chuckled slyly and stepped closer, lifting Rose’s legs and pushing her onto the chair.
“You… what are you trying to do? Flynn, you jerk!” Rose’s face flushed with panic, her heart pounding.
“What am I doing? Just what I did to Scarlet this morning.” Flynn grinned, waving two fingers in front of Rose.
Moments later, the dressing room echoed with Rose’s moans.
“Ah! Mm, ah, gently, it hurts a bit, but it’s quite nice…”
Half an hour later, they both emerged, Flynn playfully said, “How’s that for skill?”
Rose, her face slightly red, coldly responded, “Next time say the full sentence, don’t leave out the word ‘massage’.”
Fortunately, there were no outsiders in the villa, otherwise misunderstandings could have arisen.
Though unspoken, Flynn’s massage technique was indeed good; after a foot massage, I felt like I was floating.
“Now you know what I was doing yesterday morning, you were even louder than Scarlet,” Flynn chuckled.
He spoke normally, but Rose, hearing this, blushed and huffed:
“Even if yesterday morning wasn’t like that, it doesn’t change your true lecherous nature.”
“That way? What way?” Flynn asked, tilting his head.
Rose nearly exploded with irritation, rolled her eyes, and walked out the door in her high heels.
“Lock the door!”
“Huh?” Flynn was taken aback, feeling as if he was being treated like a servant.
Annoyed as he was, Flynn still locked the door and followed her out.
“Sharing a car?” Outside the villa, Flynn was surprised to see Rose sitting in the passenger seat of his car.
“My BMW isn’t as stylish as your Porsche.”
“My legs feel weak; I don’t want to drive.” Rose buckled up and started applying lipstick in the mirror.
Feeling taken for a driver, Flynn couldn’t help but feel a rise of irritation.
“You’re already beautiful, why put that stuff on? It doesn’t even smell good,” Flynn commented dryly.
“Did I ask you to smell it?” Rose snorted dismissively, “Harriet Hamilton works under me, I have to treat her seriously.”
Then something occurred to her, and she turned to Flynn:
“You aren’t planning on stopping Harriet Hamilton from going to Pelens, are you?”
“Such a good employee, of course I’d keep her for you,” Flynn said nonchalantly as he drove.
“Harriet Hamilton is polite, learns quickly, and doesn’t procrastinate. Honestly, I’m thinking about grooming her to take over one of the seven companies under my control.”
Rose knew Flynn was joking, or that wasn’t the real reason, but still commented with a hint of regret.
She then said sternly:
“I won’t deny you have strong connections, knowing people like Maximo, but Zion is not like your previous opponents; his network among practitioners is too strong.”
“These people don’t care about your business achievements; they have their ways…”
Flynn, having heard it all before from Scarlet and now Rose, was thoroughly annoyed!
Zion, Lysander King?
They’re nothing!
The thousands of beasts in Demon Island Prison’s Section A, any one of them could surpass him a hundred times!
“Enough already, why do women always nag so much?”
“Annoying, isn’t it?”
“Men should handle their business without women interfering!”
Rose, frustrated, chose to remain silent.
However, she wasn’t panicked; Flynn’s abilities were not to be underestimated, and he could handle a confrontation with Zion.
Rose harbored some hope; if Flynn could outdo Zion, probably no one in Shipmeda State would dare provoke him.
As the Porsche sped along the road, Madeline also arrived at the Imperial Hotel.
Today, Lysander King Zion was recognizing his daughter, having booked the entire hotel.
Three hundred tables were set for a grand banquet.
Invitations were sent out to wealthy families with assets over a billion dollars from all sectors in Pelens, and dignitaries from the surrounding six cities and eighteen towns arrived with gifts, making the event quite grand.
It was no exaggeration to say that today the Imperial Hotel hosted more than half of Shipmeda State’s elite, giving ample face to Zion.
The Kaur family didn’t qualify, but Madeline, unabashed, got an invitation from Layla and was thrilled.
This was a great opportunity to expand her social network, and she was ready to embrace Nathan’s confession with the fullest enthusiasm.
Thus, she arrived early at the Chateau Hotel, eagerly chatting with guests, hoping to join more circles.
However, her efforts were mostly fruitless; the wealthy did not even recognize the name of the Kaur family, much less spare Madeline a second glance.
“A bunch of snobs, just you wait, after Nathan confesses to me, two-thirds of you will bow down to me!”
Madeline thought bitterly, her eyes narrowing in anticipation.
She could hardly wait for Nathan’s confession!
