“Yes!” The old man nodded.
“Decadent City is an indispensable city in the Upper Realm, and also the most chaotic one, filled with all kinds of people!” The old man nodded again.
“But it is also the place where information is most concentrated. As long as the price is right, you can buy any information!”
“Get lost!” Billy waved his hand. “Go back and tell your Sovereign that we are heading to Decadent City. If he wants revenge, he can find us there!”
“Thank you for sparing my life!” The old man said before getting up and leaving.
“Boss, are we really going to Decadent City?” Azure Dragon asked Billy after the old man left.
“Let’s check it out!” Billy nodded. “Miss Sanaa and Miss Charity have no news. We need to see if we can find out anything.”
“Understood!” Azure Dragon responded.
“White Feather, come out!” Billy called into his consciousness.
“What is it?” White Feather emerged from Billy’s body as he spoke.
“You should know how to get to the Upper Realm, right?” Billy asked.
He had clearly thought about this question earlier; otherwise, he would have asked the old man how to get to the Upper Realm.
“I know!” White Feather nodded. “Back then, when my master and I descended from the eighth-tier star domain, we first arrived at the seventh-tier star domain’s Upper Realm.”
“You really know?” Judge exclaimed in surprise. “Is it also through a star domain filled with cosmic storms and black holes?”
“No!” White Feather shook his head. “But we do have to pass through a vast Death Realm!”
“Death Realm?” Everyone was slightly taken aback.
“Yes!” White Feather nodded. “Death Realms are common in high-tier star domains, and their danger level is no less than cosmic storms and black holes.”
“What exactly is dangerous about it?” Soul Chaser asked.
“The Death Realm is filled with chaotic space currents that can tear you to pieces if you’re not careful,” White Feather responded.
“Although it’s not as exaggerated as a black hole, for those below the Supreme Source Realm, there’s no way to resist it!”
“Alright then!” Soul Chaser paused before asking, “Can a seventh-tier starship withstand it?”
“No!” White Feather shook his head. “At least a quasi-eighth-tier starship is needed, and it must be fortified with a Supreme Source Realm expert’s defense barrier, otherwise it’s very difficult!”
“We’re doomed!” Stout smacked his lips.
“We should have kept that old man from Yama King’s Palace; they must have come on a quasi-eighth-tier starship.”
“I’ll go after him!” Azure Fang turned and was about to take off.
“No need to chase him!” Billy said, then looked at White Feather. “White Feather, you should be able to get through that Death Realm, right?”
“Although my strength hasn’t fully recovered yet, a small Death Realm in a seventh-tier star domain is no problem for me!” White Feather nodded in response.
“White Feather, are you sure? Don’t let us down!” Stout said, smacking his lips.
“Get lost!” White Feather glared at him.
“Everyone, pack up and get ready to go to Decadent City!” Billy instructed the group.
“Alright!” Everyone responded and started preparing.
Billy headed towards Bradyn Harmon’s residence.
He was about to leave the Lower Realm and had many things to arrange, including the arrival of the Demonic Clan in Skyreach City.
Yesterday, he received a message from Travis Clarke that the Demonic Clan had already set off.
The next day, after Harleen and Casey entered the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space, Billy once again sat on White Feather’s back.
White Feather formed a protective barrier and soared into the sky.
Next stop, seventh-tier star domain, Upper Realm!
Along the way, Billy witnessed what a Death Realm truly was.
The vast universe stretched endlessly with no stars, no light, and no living beings-only endless chaotic space currents.
Even inside White Feather’s protective barrier, Billy could feel the terrifying space currents outside.
Compared to these space currents, the ones in the transmission tunnel from Silent Ruins to The Wilderness were nothing; they were on completely different levels.
Even though White Feather’s current strength was at the Supreme Source Realm, it was still somewhat strenuous. Fortunately, they passed through without any major incidents.
Billy didn’t know how long it took before White Feather landed on an open mountain area.
“Billy, we’re here. Get off!” White Feather said after removing the protective barrier.
“Thank you!” Billy got off White Feather and said, “You should rest in the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space for a few days!”
“Alright!” White Feather nodded and continued, “Billy, I only know that this is within the Upper Realm’s range, but I don’t know where Decadent City is. There’s a small town not far ahead; you might need to ask around.”
“Okay!” Billy nodded.
After Harleen and the others came out, White Feather entered the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space to rest.
“This is the Upper Realm?” Judge took a deep breath and couldn’t help but exclaim, “The spiritual energy here is much denser than in the Lower Realm.”
Everyone else felt it too; it was at least twice as dense as in the Lower Realm.
Then they flew towards the small town ahead.
About a quarter of an hour later, they arrived at the small town White Feather mentioned and asked around. They learned that Decadent City was quite far away.
Even with a quasi-eighth-tier starship, it would take hundreds of years. Fortunately, they could reach it through several transmission tunnels.
Billy led everyone on a journey that took over a month before they finally arrived outside Decadent City.
During this time, everyone continued their cultivation without interruption.
With ample resources, everyone except Billy advanced by one small level.
Billy was stuck at a tribulation point and hadn’t broken through yet. However, with his accumulation, he could face Thunder Tribulation at any time.
“This Decadent City is huge!”
Seeing the city before them, everyone was shocked despite being mentally prepared. It was at least twice the size of Skyreach City-truly astonishing!
After entering the city and getting a general understanding of it, they learned that the largest intelligence agency in the city was called Heaven’s Tea House.
“Boss, should we go directly to Heaven’s Tea House?” Casey asked Billy.
“Let’s find a place to stay first,” Billy replied after some thought.
“Alright!” Casey nodded.
Half an hour later, they rented an inn in a relatively secluded area in the eastern part of the city.
Then Billy took Harleen, Ivy, Casey, and Stout to Heaven’s Tea House.
The others split into two groups to explore the city and gather information about the Upper Realm.
Soon after, Billy and his group arrived at a branch of Heaven’s Tea House in Decadent City’s eastern district.
It was a teahouse-like building with three floors. The first two floors were for business operations while the third floor was for internal staff only.
Upon entering the first-floor hall, they saw many people sitting around in groups of three or five, chatting over tea.
“Welcome! Please come in!”
A woman in a cheongsam greeted them and led them to a booth.
