Paying back the devil, Sophia is in pain

Book:A NIGHTSTAND WITH THE BILLIONAIRE ALPHA Published:2024-11-9

“That serves you right!” Sophia said and kept laughing at Grace, who was fumming inside of her. Sophia was really taking her for granted so much, and it was really annoying.
There was no need to call the chef and question why she had used a trailer or sat in frying just an egg; she knew it was Sophia. It was just very obvious for someone who was sensible enough.
“You added a lot of salt to the egg, right?” Alpha Nelson asked Sophia who just kept on laughing and laughing.
“Proudly, yes, I did! And that for the audacity she had to lay her stinky hands on my face yesterday.”Sophia said and sighs as she continues eating her food.
“Is that why you have to come here? causing troubles and all of that? You know I can have the security to never ever allow you in here any longer, but I am considering this because of my parents! You have really taken my kindness for a joke.
“Can you listen to yourself?” Sophia asked Alpha Nelson, who looked at her in anger.
“I don’t get what you are trying to say!” Alpha Nelson mouthed.
“How in the entire world would you get what the hell I am always trying to say huh?” Sophia said, Now she has dropped her cutlery.
“You! You! I mean you!” Grace was saying this and was pointing at Sophia, but she kept turning her head backward as though she had no idea that Grace was referring to her and no one else.
“What the hell, and why are you pointing fingers at me?” Sophia asked Grace when she wouldn’t stop doing that.
“You want war, right?” Both Alpha Nelson and Sophia were a little bit shocked when Grace had asked such a question.
“I am very sure you do love war; it is very obvious and clear, dear and dear, I would give you, mark my words! You both can now enjoy your breakfast.” Grace said her voice was bland; one couldn’t even understand if she was happy or angry.
She left the dining room and descended upstairs, leaving the two to go on with their breakfast.
Even staying with her mother, who goes drunk every day, was better than staying with Alpha Nelson in his estate; it was hell! Not even an estate.
And now he was given silly reasons about considering his parents, and that is why he had not sent her away yet. What kind of silly and weak excuse is that? Or does he love Sophia but pretends to love Grace?
“That is the only thing you are good at! What else are you good at if not violence and war?” This was what Alpha Nelson said to Sophia.
“Don’t make me upset right now, for the fact that you dared lock me out last night and I decided not to even make you suffer for that doesn’t mean that it would always be like that!” Sophia squeezed and pulled a strand of her hair behind her back.
“The maids will arrange a room for you and enjoy your breakfast!” Alpha Nelson said, and just then he also climbed upstairs to cool his head; he had lost appetite already.
“My bags and luggage remain in your room, and I will continue to spend my night there and nowhere else.” Sophia yelled at Alpha Nelson’s back before he could disappear out of her sight.
Alpha Nelson’s parents had given her the go-ahead to do anything and everything to make sure she got married to their son and that she would do it!
Sophia couldn’t just leave her food at the dining; even if Alpha Nelson had left, she would still finish up, though she had cleared that thought of signing the deal with Alpha Redford after all she had heard from Alpha Nelson.
She knew Alpha was someone Alpha Nelson’s parents wouldn’t want her to mingle with, and so she tried her best to fight her heart when she was pushed to sign the deal.
She knew Alpha Nelson parents were the ones benefiting from her dad in some areas, though; she heard he was her dad that saved their company from being taken away from the other country, Alpha.
She really didn’t know more about it since she had schooled in a faraway country and had just come back.
She had no idea that Alpha Redford was the son of the Alpha that was an enemy to Alpha Nelson’s parents and their companies too.
Sophia was done having her breakfast, and before she could go into the room to go bathe and dress up for she was going out the very day, she was shocked by what she heard.
“Good morning, ma, Alpha Nelson had told me to inform you that your room had been arranged and you can now occupy the room peacefully without anyone having to disturb or bother you.” The maid said and bowed, leaving almost immediately.
“Hey you! Come back here!” Sophia yelled at her, and she had no other option but to also follow Sophia’s command.
“Yes ma.” The maid said and bowed.
“Was that message for me?” Sophia asked her, pointing at her chest.
“Yes ma!” The maid said and also bowed, and just then Sophia gave her a very unaware slap, causing her to stagger at the call to the floor holding her chin and was crying already.
“The next time you dare to pass such a damn and silly message to, consider yourself dead and gone.” Sophia scoffed.
“Sorry ma!” The maid said, still on the ground.
“Now hurry up and get out of my sight before I spank on you! Dummy!” Sophia sneered at me.
The maid quickly stood up and ran so quickly that one would think she was doing a marathon, and just then Sophia bit her lips, tasting a metallic taste of blood; she had no idea Alpha Nelson would dare do what he had said earlier.
She knew the room Alpha Nelson had arranged for her to stay in. She didn’t even bother going to his room but went straight to the room. She was going to get her bag and move it to Alpha Nelson’s room whether he likes it or not; she doesn’t care, not at all.
Just as she was about to enter the room, she slipped badly and fell heavily to the floor!
Damn! Someone had poured a full rubber of groundnut oil, and that was the reason for her fall.
“”Arrggghhhh!!!!” Sophia screamed as she whimpered in pain, but no one in particular was there, or rather, no one came to help her get out of the mess.
Who the hell dares to do that to Sophia? Sophia was really not going to let this slide, not for any reason.
The estate will damn be on fire! Sophia is back!
