“Hell no! I am done! I am freaking done!” Sophia walked upstairs to pick up her bags. She had thought Alpha Nelson would rethink his actions and maybe try to stop her from leaving.
But she was really so hurt when he made that statement, his voice laced with a mixture of happiness and anger.
“A very good decision, Leave!” This statement said by him made her want to go mad. The fact that Alpha Nelson was damn in love with Sophia this much was really mind-blowing.
“I will leave; yes, I will, Nelson!” Sophia blurted out, still climbing the stairs; the anger and frustration in her steps were very palpable, and it could be sensed.
Sophia was out of sight, and now Alpha Nelson and Grace were the only ones in the sitting room.
Alpha Nelson couldn’t even bear to look at Grace in her eyes; he was really so angry with himself that he had to let her go through all this stress from Sophia.
Grace didn’t even give a damn about Alpha Nelson; she was just thinking of her little brother Elvis. She couldn’t wait to show Cindy and Victor a lesson that her brother doesn’t come out anytime soon.
The maid whom Alpha Nelson had told to pack Grace’s bags was doing her job; she was packing the clothes, and Alpha Nelson was waiting for her to be done before he could talk to Grace.
“I am also so sorry, my love. I am so sorry. I have no idea things would turn out this way. I apologize on behalf of my parents and the bitch Sophia.” Alpha Nelson said, even as he mentioned Sophia’s name, the irritation in his tone was really intense.
“I can’t understand the reason you are apologizing; I have no problem with you or anyone-not even your soon-to-be wife, Sophia.” Grace said and picked up her file as she left his presence.
He tried to hold her back, but she roughly shoved his hands away and sighs, going upstairs without even giving him a spare glance.
Sophia was out with her bags after some minutes; she was struggling to drag them down from the stairs.
“I can help you with that, if you don’t mind, dear,” Alpha Nelson said to Sophia as he tried to grab one of the bags she was holding.
“Asshole! Get the fuck out of my way, Nelson; I don’t blame you!” Sophia yelled and pushed him out of her way.
“My regards to your parents.” Alpha Nelson said with a heave of relief that he was damn tired of her and was happy she was leaving finally.
“We shall see. If you think you can make it without me by your side, then you are just playing… My regards to your gold-digging wife; it is not yet over.” Sophia said and dragged her bag out of the house while Alpha Nelson’s lips curled into a very thin line smile.
He climbed upstairs after he was sure she had left; he just wanted to go make his wife forgive him.
He strode down to the direction leading to Grace’s room, his heart beating in fear. He had thought he had lost her trust and love due to the circumstances and challenges they were facing.
He was at the door of the guest room he guessed Grace would be in. Taking in a deep breath, he gave a slight knock on the door and waited patiently for her response.
*Knock knock* He knocked again for the second time and still no response.
“Please open up the door; I have something very important to tell you.” Alpha Nelson tried to make her open up, but still Grace was adamant.
Just then Alpha Nelson received a message from Cindy.
At first he had no idea she was the one who had sent the text message until he had to open the text message.
“How dare you send your wife to me? I guess you had already told her the night we would spend together and had used her to trick me, right? Since your wife is aware, I am very sure you would also want the world to be aware. I will damn sure release the sex tape tape videos on the Internet! Bitch!” This was the text messageCindy sent to Alpha Nelson.
Cindy sometimes could be very manipulative; even after the threat from Alpha Nelson, she still dares to threaten him. Laugh out loud; it was really funny.
Yh, I know you might be asking if she tries to leak the video, won’t Victor see it, and then it would lead to another problem?
But the truth is that she had the mindset that Alpha Nelson would get married to her instead of allowing his name to go to the mud.
She was done with Victor; she had succeeded in starting to make him bankrupt.
Alpha Nelson’s mouth opened agape as he read the text message; he had no idea that Grace was aware of the moment he had with Cindy.
Not just that, Cindy talked about tricking her; he really had no idea what she was talking about, not at all.
Alpha Nelson walked back to his room; Grace wouldn’t open the door for him; he had been standing at the door for minutes now and yet.
Now he was contemplating how Grace found out about what he had with Cindy; he had not told her anything yet, even if he planned on doing so.
He switched off his phone immediately and got into his room. He had nothing to say to Cindy at first, but he was sure he would have something to say to her soon.
Alpha Nelson was really not thinking straight; he was damn distressed; he just laid on the bed and used his fingers to comb his hair in frustration.
For the fact that Grace was aware of the moment he had spent with Cindy, her own enemy, he doubted if she would ever forgive him, coupled with the other things his family and Sophia had made her pass through.
It was really very heartbreaking that he couldn’t fulfill his duty well as a husband to her, and now she would feel she has nobody.
“Damn Damn Damn nnnn!” He yelled and slapped his forehead in frustration.
