“Get your filthy hand away from me!” Daniel screamed and bit the hand of a guard who attempted to help him up.
“Banishing me from this pack will not be the end of my journey; I will make sure I win this fight.” He yelled, hitting his body against the door; with a loud creak, the door opened wide, and he stepped out, both his hands and legs cuffed with chains.
He had trouble getting past some of the pack guards stationed at the grand entrance leading to the pack house passage.
His mumbles and curses were cut short when he was kicked in the stomach. He staggered backward, and because his legs were cuffed, he was unable to stand upright, causing him to fall and hit his head on the ground. He let out a painful yelp.
He fell not far from Alpha Damian’s room, and as Luna Mavana and Alpha Damian stepped out of the room, Luna Mavana was the first to notice Daniel on the ground. A sly smirk curled on her lips as she strode straight towards him.
She looked back to see some guards come to a halt as she stepped out and parted her lips.
“Help him up!” The guards immediately obeyed, ignoring Daniel’s struggle to free himself from their grip.
“Go get his mother; they are to leave the pack as a duo, the way they came,” Luna Mavana ordered, her voice exuding power and authority, just like her steps.
Two of the guards nodded and bowed in respect before proceeding to carry out the orders.
Daniel’s eyes widened in disbelief as he snapped his head up, an expression plastered on his pale face. He folded his fist and sucked his lower lips tightly.
“Just because you have been crowned as the Luna of this pack does not make you a normal human. You are still a slave who dubiously sneaked into this pack. Do you think banishing me will end the torment I will cause? It is only the beginning,” Daniel said, his brow furrowed in mockery.
Luna Mavana changed her steps and chuckled softly, parting her lips slightly before moving closer to him.
“I went from grass to grace, but you went from Grace to grass. A royal family reduced to an ordinary banished traitor, I guess your plan backfired, or perhaps your downfall is part of your plans.” She smacked her lips several times before moving away from him.
“I would have committed suicide if I were you. You are no different than a trash can.” She snapped and walked back to her Alpha’s side, her lips curving into a long-lasting smile.
“I am amazed,” Alpha Damian, who had been stunned by Mavana’s action, muttered.
“I realized that being soft does not make you a compassionate person; my title comes with a lot of responsibilities, so I have to be strict and disciplined.” She smirked and motioned to the guard who went to bring Daniel’s mother forward.
“We have to be quick so they do not spend another hour in this pack,” Alpha Damian said as he strode towards the entrance, the others trailing behind.
After what seemed like an hour, they reached the pack’s first border, which resulted in a distinct pack. Alpha Damian, who was at the front, was the first to change his steps, followed by others.
“For clarification, I, Alpha Damian of Silverado Pack, banish you Daniel from this pack and its surroundings,” he repeated, placing his hand on his chest as if he were making a vow.
“I will not let that happen; you can only banish him from your pack, not from your surroundings. Who the hell do you think you are? You are as evil as your mother.” Clara, Daniel’s mother, yelled from the back. She dashed towards her son and snatched him into a hug.
“You are wicked. A scumbag and liar. Every single one of you” She ranted, tears streaming down her cheeks, and even though her tears were considered fake, they were convincing enough to be considered.
“Most people who are pitiful are evil. Judging from the tears that flow from your eyes, you will be deemed an angel without proof. Stop making a fuss and get the hell out of here with your rapist of a son,” Luna Mavana said slowly, gesturing for the guards to push the two of them out of the pack.
“This will not be the end of me!” Daniel yelled before being pushed out of the pack, along with his mother.
************ Alpha Carlos was informed that someone was waiting for him, and he suspected it was the spy he had sent to Silverado Pack.
He walked into his office and saw the man sitting comfortably on a chair. His head banged in disgust as he wondered how the guy dared to sit in that particular chair.
He folded his fist to calm his growing rage and sat down, ready to listen.
“I was so surprised throughout the entire event, Like,” the spy muttered with comfort, oblivious to the fact that he was in front of their pack’s Alpha.
“I only needed one thing from you: a report on the situation I sent you to monitor. Stop going off-topic and tell me what I need to hear.” Alpha Carlos yelled, unconcerned about the spy’s conversations.
“You can not believe what I saw; it is going to be shocking news.” The spy smirked and stood up from the chair he was sitting in earlier. He approached Alpha Carlos and pulled out a chair beside him to sit in.
Alpha Carlos glared at him as he twitched his lips in disgust while sucking his lower lips. The next sound was a heavy thud on the ground.
Alpha Carlos kicked the spy off the chair, folding his fist in rage as he stared at the man on the ground.
The spy quickly stood up and composed himself. He bowed his head and apologized for the disrespect he had shown.
“Alpha, please accept my deepest apologies for my hasty actions. I was extremely excited,” he said.
“The report?” Alpha Carlos asked, not listening to the excuses.
He revealed the astounding information, saying, “The destined mate that eventually became the Luna of Silverado Pack was Mavana, the same mavana that was banished from this pack.”
Alpha Carlos’s head shot up. He was taken aback because he never imagined Mavana could have joined the Silverado Pack to the point where she became their Luna.
“That is not possible!” With an angry grip on his hair, he screamed and let his fist drop onto the wall, not caring that the pain it produced was radiating.
“That bitch! I have been looking for her while she is been living the high life like a Luna.” He yelled, “I need a plan, a war, or anything.”
The spy saw the warning sign and hurried outside to call on his beta. He knows that Alpha Carlos’s rage can be dangerous. He had to escape and call the vital person who knew how to manage the angry Alpha to save his head from being served on a golden platter.
