Alpha Damian was greeted with a standing ovation and bows from various individuals.
Dressed in a long, flowing cloak made of the finest silk.
The carefully embroidered rubies added sparkle, luxury, and royalty to the cloak.
Each of his steps oozes confidence and authority.
He walked to the stage with a healthy smile, greeting the Elders and priests before taking a seat to await the arrival of his mate.
Within a minute, a young man entered the Hall, holding a staff.
Hitting the ground staff, his eyes came into contact with Alpha Damian’s, prompting him to bow in respect.
“Permit her to enter,” he said, raising his staff and head.
The large hall door opened, and the elegant future Luna of Silverado Pack entered.
Her strapless gown, made of rich satin fabric, exuded wealth and luxury. The smooth, luminous fabric hugged her curves in the perfect places.
As she moved, the satin fabric rustled softly, sending a whisper of luxury into the air.
With each step, she exuded poise, confidence, and power – the very essence of a Luna.
She walked slowly, nervousness nearly overpowering her steps towards the altar.
Everyone was curious about who she was, attempting to capture a glimpse of her face beneath the veil.
When they reached the final step to the altar, Alpha Damian stood up from his seat and approached her, extending his hands to help her up.
With a gentle pull, she climbed up onto the altar, smiling.
The first priest grabbed a microphone and smiled, “The first agenda of the day is for them to accept themselves,” he announced.
Alpha Damian was the first to speak, clearing his throat and looking up with a serious expression.
“I, Alpha Damian of Silverado Pack, accept you, Mavana Far, as a mate.”
When Mavana’s name was mentioned, a young man in the audience raised his head in surprise.
” Mavana Fae, Alpha Carlos’s rejected mate? It can not be true; I heard it wrong.” He muttered to himself and sat up straight to listen; it was clear that he was a member of the Crest Pack.
Mavana’s emotions were jumbled as she stood there, unable to speak. She was surprised to find that she could still stand on an altar and be accepted as someone’s mate.
She was lost in her thoughts, and her hands were sweating as she tried to pull herself away from the consuming and low self-esteem thoughts.
All eyes were on her, waiting for her response.
A quick nudge on her shoulder snapped her back to reality, and her lips broke into a smile as she parted them to speak.
“And I, Mavana Fae of…..” Her voice was stuck in her throat, and her heart was racing at an abnormally fast rate.
“Which pack would she mention? Crest pack?” She was afraid that the audience would reject her, leaving a stain on the royal family’s reputation.
“I, Mavana Fae of Wonder Pack, accept Alpha Damian as my mate and Alpha,” she said, letting out the deep breath she had been holding.
The previously silent hall erupted into a joyful scream as everyone in the pack rejoiced. They were overjoyed that the Moon Goddess had finally blessed them with a Luna who was also their Alpha’s intended mate.
“Now for the opening of her face and crowning her as our Luna,” the first priest said. The audience rushed back to their seats, anticipating something.
Alpha Damian approached Mavana, his hands holding the veil’s helm. He sensed Mavana’s nervousness, but his soothing voice reassured her.
“Be calm,” He said, pulling off the veil at once. The veil fell off, revealing her radiant smile and sparkling beauty.
The audience was in awe. Their future Luna is the epitome of beauty. Her beauty was one-of-a-kind, and it caused the pack members to rejoice.
The young man whose face had sprung up earlier could not believe his eyes. His hands flew to his eyes, and he scrubbed them vigorously with the heel of his palm.
Unable to believe what he was seeing, The Luna was Mavana, who had been exiled from the Crest pack for stabbing her step-sister.
“I can not believe this, the almighty silver omega was here all along, Alpha Carlos will be overjoyed to hear this,” he thought as he pulled out a piece of paper and a pen from his bag. He scribbled some words on the paper before folding it.
“The fight will happen earlier than expected,” he muttered as he sneaked out of the hall. He was at the far end of the hall, so he could easily escape without being seen.
“Our Luna is so gorgeous!” A voice came from the crowd, and others agreed with a nod and a series of laughs.
Mavana’s tensed body relaxed as she saw the amount of love shown to her by the pack members until someone in the crowd spoke up.
“Is she not the rogue who was apprehended at the pack’s borders?” Confusion has taken over the joyous hall, and everyone is murmuring for answers.
Mavana felt a sense of deja vu, her steps moving backward, her head banging in horror as she felt the judging eyes of the people on her.
This was exactly how she felt when she was kicked out of the Crest pack. Her breathing became ragged, and she quickly dropped her gaze to the ground. Her entire body was quivering.
“What if she was the rogue captured? She is still my son’s mate; the Moon Goddess can not be playing tricks on us.” The Alpha’s mother’s voice erupted from the entrance, drawing all eyes to her.
“The most important thing is that our pack will finally get a destined Luna. Letting go of the past is one of the reasons why Silverado Pack is progressing,” she added, and the crowd’s confusion turned to joy.
They jubilated like never before, directing the priest to continue crowning her as their Luna.
Mavana’s trembling body relaxed as she walked back to her original position to be crowned.
“With the power vested in me as the eldest and first priest of this time, I crown you, Mavana Fae, as the Luna of Silverado Pack.” He proclaimed, then placed the silver crown on Mavana’s head.
The audience erupted in cheers and applause, and their faces were lit up with delight.
“It is time for the feast,” Beta Frank announced. The cooks and maids filed into the hall, carrying trays full of various dishes.
“Should we, Luna?” Alpha Damian smiled as he extended his hands towards Mavana.
“Yes, Alpha,” she said, taking his hand. They both went down to greet their guests.
