Merry filled the air, the pack hall has been beautifully decorated.
A chandelier made of purple crystals hangs from the ceiling, creating a purple glow across the hall
The music from piano and laughter of the pack members creates a joyful and beautiful celebration atmosphere.
The Male Weres holding their mates as they majestical walk into the pack hall.
The pack elders seated at the table beautiful decorated flowers and artifacts which represents celebration and authority.
Dimitri walked in with an aura that speaks of nothing but power.
Every wolf in the hall feels his presence and everything paused.
As he walked amidst them, they all bow to greet him and show their respect.
As he reaches his seat, he called for attention and everyone pays attention to hear what he is about to say.
He cleared his throat and begins to speak
This past month have been from one battle to another.
But in the end we are victorious,
All thanks to our Strong Warriors who fought the battle with all their strength and blood. He said
I appreciate our fallen warrior Sir Seth who gave his life to save his kinsmen, he will forever be respected and always be in our heart.
I also appreciate our wounded warriors who are recovering from the scar of the Battle.

As he finished his speech, howls filled the hall and everyone continues to enjoy the party.
He took his seat and greeted all the pack elders.
He turned to look at the chair which is meant to be for the Luna but was empty.
He then turned to Louis who is sitting beside him with his Diana his Mate.
He mind-linked Louis
Where is Kate, he asked furrowing eye.
She fell, Louis replied
She w-what, He asked with a shock written all over his face.
Yes she fell while she went for a run this morning, Louis said.
She got her ankle sprained, but she is fine now, he added.
Dimitri snarled anger filled his face.
Drey now panting and growling in his head.
Is this how you will let us lose our Mate again over your nonchalancy, he snapped.
You know she is weak and needs you to regain her strength,
But you refused to take responsibilities.

Dimitri growled hitting his hands on the table, before he realizes he isn’t alone.

Is everything ok Alpha, Gareth asked
Yes everything is fine, he said feigning a smile.
I haven’t seen the Luna, hope no problem Gareth asked again.
Oh she is bedridden, Louis said.
Or perhaps we are expecting our Cub, another member of the elder council said and everyone busted into laughter.
Dimitri and Louis joined them in.
Well the Alpha have been busy, he hasn’t even introduced the Luna to us officially neither have we done the Mating Ceremony properly, another elder said amidst laughter.
Oh yes, I’m sure with the Battle now over, everything can be put in place, Gareth said as they all continue feasting.

He said as he stood up and left the hall for his room.
On his way out of the hall,

It’s been 30 minutes since Dimitri came back to his room,
waiting for Louis
And then just as he was about to stand up from where he is sitting, the door sprang open and Louis stepped in.
What took you so long, he said.
Both of us can’t just leave the hall like that, Louis responded as he walks in.
So what is the information about, he asked without letting Louis sit down
So apparently, her mother died immediately she gave birth to her, Louis said as he took his sit across to the couch Dimitri is sitting on.
So when Kate was 3 years old, her father remarried to his Luna who has also had a daughter with her previous Mate, he continues.
And she has been maltreating her ever since childhood,
And then some days before her eighteenth year birthday, she forced her to take Wolfsbane, which makes her wolf weak.
And on her birthday when she was supposed to transform, she was only able to transform into a weak wolf which only lasted for 3 seconds.
And again she got a necklace as a gift from their head servant who lied to her the necklace was the last piece from her mother.
Unfortunately, the pendant of the necklace is made of Iron which suppressed her wolf, Louis landed.
Dimitri who has been listening to Louis attentively, growled .
Anger filling all over his face.
But how can her father can be so blinded, that his only child is being maltreated under his nose and he did nothing about it.
He stood up and paced around in anger,
I’ve always knew that Alpha is evil, he snapped.
Louis sits down silently and watch him pace around in silent.
What do we do, Dimitri asked.
Well, I suggest you help her recover her transformation ability.
Lia told me, she has been trying to transform but she couldn’t.
She needs her Mate.
You said she fell when she went for a run, how did that happen, Dimitri asked.
Lia said she requested to take a run this morning during their training sessions because she needed to clear her head, Louis answered.
And while they were running she stumbled on a stump and fell, which lead to her spraining her Ankle, he added.
Is she fine now, Dimitri asked.
Yes she is, Louis answered.
I’ve had her Maid keep an eye on her through out the day, he added.
That’s good, Dimitri said.
Inform Lia to reduce their training session in the morning, he said
And she shouldn’t bother about her transformation process, I will handle it myself, he added.
Alright then, Louis responded and stood up.

You should probably check on your Mate and stop being a terrible Mate, Louis mouthed and stepped out, closing the door behind him.
Few minutes after Louis had left,

both she and Ruby had already slept off.
Then there came a knock which jolted both of them out of their sleep.
The door opened and Dimitri walked in as though he owns the room.
Ruby stood up from the chair she was sitting immediately and bow her head.
Good evening Alpha, she greeted.

You can take your leave, he instructed.
Okay my Alpha, Ruby said and stepped out immediately.
Kate sat up on her bed, with her sleepy eye.
Good evening Alpha Dimitri, she greeted.

I was informed you fell down while you went for a run, he said.
You’re not allowed to go on for the run from now on without my knowledge, he continued without waiting for a response from her.
And also your morning training session will be reduced to 1 hour, he added.
You should just focus on exercises in the morning.
Transformation process will be continued in the evening and will be handle by me, he landed.
By you…? Kate asked with her eye widened.
Yes, do you have problem with that, he asked.
No…. Kate murmur.
Good, Good night then, he said and turned on his heel.
Kate rolled her eyes, and lie down back.
Dimitri stepped out, feeling all relieved.
Acting all cold, Drey murmured in his head.
