***JAYDEN’S POV***
I Ignored the ranting fool who was stupid enough to talk to me in such a manner. I would just spare him because of Rhoda but the next time he does that, I don’t think I would be sparing him.
“Imaging that fool touching what was mine” I growled and the twins laughed.
We were all sitting at our private room as I explained things to them starting from how Rhoda turned out to be my mate and how she now stays with me.
How her weak boyfriend talked back at me and how I decided to spare her because of my mate.
They had became surprised with the news going round the school on how I came with Rhoda who happened to be my mate and the kiss.
“Dude you finally won” Jake said and I smiled. “Ofcourse the moon goddess was on his side bro” Jordan chirped in and I grinned.
“Yup, absolutely on my side” The weak dumbass doesn’t deserve her and I won’t let him touch what was mine again.
“Have you eaten the fruit?” Jake asked and I rolled my eyes at him.
“Told you I wasn’t going to force her, now that she is mine, I would take my time to let her come to me herself” I said and they all gazed at me dumbfounded.
“What’s with the look? I asked looking confusedly at them as they both started laughing.
“Mehn are sure you don’t already love this girl” Jake said raising his brows at me and I laughed out loud.
“I don’t knowp what that means Jake” I exclaimed standing up and moving closer to the window where I looked down from and saw Rhoda standing with Luca as they seemed to be discussing.
My blood went dry as anger surged through me. How dare that fool!!!.
I punched the glass, shattering it and they both looked up to beheld my angry face.
The weak boy stomped after saying whatever he said glaring at me which I do not give two shits about.
“Rhoda get up here” I shrieked at her and she nodded hastily disappearing from my sight. She wouldn’t want to disobey to avoid my wrath.
My wolves is quite possessive and won’t allow anyone touch our mate. The only reason I haven’t eliminated that fool was just because of Rhoda.
Even if I don’t love her, that doesn’t mean I would let anybody touch her because she’s my mate and as long as I own her, no motherf***er dare touch her especially that Luca.
I turned back to beheld the shocked twins. What the f**k is wrong with this dudes. They were both looking at me with widened eyes and opened mouth.
I just ignored them and walked back to an empty couch and slumped down, my heart still boiling as I check my time. Five minutes gone yet she’s not here.
I was about to go fetch her myself when the door opened and the sluggishly entered. Dried tears on her beautiful face which got me calmed a little.
“Step closer Rhoda” I called out as she stood metres away from me. She nooded and advanced closer.
“Rhoda why are you ridiculing me?” I asked, my gaze fixed on her as she fiddles with her cloth.
“I would just go straight to the point. Stay very far away from Luca or any other man Rhoda because next time I see you with any, that would be the last day the person breathe” I dropped the bomb and her shoot up immediately as she glare hatefully at me.
“You can’t do that Jayden, No you can’t stop me from seeing Luca” she yelled and Jake chuckled, I turned to him and he immediately looked away.
“Well I’m sure you don’t love him as you claimed because if you truly do, you would adhere to my instructions and stay very far away from him if you want him alive”.
“And let me make this clear to you Rhoda, I know what your plans are but I tell you, wipe them away from your thoughts because you are mine and no one else will have you as long as I breathe”.
She stood there, glaring at me angrily. I looked down to her fisted hands and chuckled.
“Sugar were you planning on using those tiny fist of your on me?” I laughed and she growled lowly dropping her fist.
“I would take my leave now” she said and I frowned.
” You won’t leave yet, sit down because soon the recession bell would sound and we all would be going to the cafeteria together and you would be eating with us.
“I’m not hungry Jayden and I don’t wish to go with you please just let me return to my classroom” she said, her eyes pleading.
“Don’t disobey my words Rhoda, you don’t know me and I bet you wouldn’t want to see the stuff am made of, so I’ll advise you to keep calm and sit down” I growled and she immediately sat down.
***RHODA’S POV***
“Arrrghhh!!! Such a b*****d!!!!” I stomped my feet as he walked out with his friends, locking me in to avoid escaping not like I would though but must he always show superiority all the freaking time?
Must I go to the cafeteria with him?. I know he was just going there to show me off and also annoy Luca.
“Jayden!!!! You are a devil!!!!!” I yelled angrily, my voice echoing round the room.
After the morning incident, I had gone to talk to Luca in his classroom only for him to ignore me and walk away.
I chased after him till we got to a place where there are few students and I quickly ran to his front hugging him and stopping him from moving further.
“Luca listen to me” I tried touching him but he dodged my hands.
“You can go to your Jayden Rhoda” he said and my eyes flew up. What’s the meaning of that Luca? What do you mean by that?” I asked tears threatening to spill from my eyes.
“Don’t pretend Rhoda!!!, You loved his touches and kisses, you melted in his hands while he was ravaging your mouth, I even heard you moan. Who knows if you have had sex with him and here you are pretending. You girls are all the same, bunch of sluts and gold diggers ” he yelled and I slapped him with all my strength.
“Yes I have done it with him and I do enjoyed his kisses and touches, my heart beats Everytime he is around me and you know why? Because he is my freaking mate and there is nothing you and I could do about it.
If you believe I have fallen for him and I was just pretending then so be it because I would not force you to believe me or trust me. No wonder Mudy…. I was still talking when i heard a shattering sound and broken glasses fell on the ground close to where we stood.
I looked up to beheld the angry face of my nightmare as he glared daggers at Luca. I could perceive his anger from here and I sighed deeply turning back to Luca.
“I don’t want to continue this relationship with you Luca because it’s obvious you don’t love me enough to trust me” I muttered and he smirked looking up at me.
“That would never happen Rhoda, you think I don’t know you want to get rid of me so you could focus on that son of a b*tch but I’m assuring you that it won’t ever happen because you are mine and I would go any length to take back what was mine” he shrieked and stomped off.
I sighed and ran my hands through my hair looking up to still see him standing there. I rolled my eyes and tried walking off but his next word got me stucked and weak. “Rhoda get up here” He’d said and I felt tired all of a sudden. I do not want any more drama as all I want now is to go home to my pillows.
I can’t believe Luca could say such a thing about me. I mean we had been together for 9yrs and if anyone should know me better, that would be him but I guess I was wrong as he wasn’t different from those that scorn me.
I sighed, adjusted my uniform and wiped the little tears off my face and headed to Jayden’s private room.
I followed behind Jayden and his friends as they walked to the cafeteria. It was lunch break already and Jayden had returned, forcing me to go to the cafeteria with him.
I really do not want to go anywhere with him. I just wanted to go home and soak my self in a hot tube and think about the direction my life is heading to.
Luca had disappointed me and it’s so sad he let anger get to him. I know Iet myself melt in Jayden’s kiss but he should understand the mate bond was the one acting and not me. It’s really not my fault and I hope he comes back to his senses when he finally gets over the pain of seeing Jayden kiss me.
I love Luca and don’t wanna loose him. Not Jayden or any stupid bond could take my feelings away.
I would just let him be for now and later in school tomorrow, I would talk to him or just let him realise his mistakes and come to me.
I was still lost in my thoughts without realizing we had gotten to the cafeteria and nearly bumped into Jayden who stood at the entrance obviously waiting for me to get closer.
“Earth to Rhoda” he flipped his fingernails on my face and I blinked getting back to my senses. “What? Do you wanna injure me Jayden” I glared at him, walking past him and going into the cafeteria.
“It’s the J3!!!” Someone screamed and all eyes darted towards our direction.
“I can’t believe our Jayden had found his mate”
“Do you think he would care about her? You know he loves girls and tries new ones everyday”
“Yes he doesn’t even repeat girls”
“Doesn’t matter, as long as she remains his mate, she’s superior to other girls
“Can’t believe she’s our future Luna”
“Too bad for Lisa, I pity her”
“Well that serves her right. I do not pity her one bit. She’s so full of herself”
“You are right, she deserves what she got”.
They kept mumbling among themselves. I glanced at Jayden and he seemed to be enjoying their mumurs as he had his dirty smirk on. I shook my head and rolled my eye at the student who were smiling sheepishly at me. Arrrghhh!!!!!!!
Sitting at Jayden’s table, I glanced at my friends table to see only Max and Rose sitting there. Luca must have gone home or somewhere else out of anger.
Rose smiled encouraging at me and I returned mine weakly.
The twins and Jayden had been talking non-stop, making gest of girls and mentioning who they enjoyed and who wasn’t enjoyable. Making such disgusting comments that make me wanna puke so badly.
Lisa walked towards our seat staring dreamily at Jayden who was rolling his tongue on the spoon he held. He looked hot doing that but I do not want to admit that.
She glared at me and I shooked my head. I’m not the cause of her problem so I don’t see why she should bear grudges against me. I didn’t make myself Jayden’s mate and definitely do not like him one bit. So she should take her hate and frustration to somewhere else.
“Babe” she called and sat close to Jayden pecking him on the lips, he reciprocated and it turned into a hot kiss session. I rolled my eyes disgusted by their display and concentrated back on my food.
