It’s late midnight and I couldn’t sleep, I kept turning around the bed unable to sleep. My stomach kept hurting me, biting the hell out of me.
I had taken some drugs to relieve the pains earlier but it seem it didn’t have any effect on me instead it seem to worsen, I kept enduring it till I could no longer take it then I screamed out when a powerful one held me.
“Aarrrrggghhh!!!” I screamed out as it felt my intestines were going to pop out at any time due to the massive turn I was receiving from it.
“What’s going on? Jayden sprang up and held me worry written over his face. Are you okay?” He queried and I let out another scream as a reply to his questions.
He could see I was literally in pains and I can’t believe he’s asking if I’m okay, ofcourse I’m not okay, my stomach is hurting me so badly that I feel I would die” I exclaimed weeping.
It’s okay, you would be fine, give me a sec” he said and stood up walking out if the room, he soon returned with a can filled with warm water, he placed it on my pelvic and started massaging my waist and slowly the pains subsided and I soon fell back asleep.
I opened my eye to see a figure bent over my face, I jerked and his hands slipped thereby making him fall on me and his lips landed on mine but instead of him getting up, he deepened the kiss nibbling on my lower lips and seeking for entrance.
My heart hammered against my chest as my blood went hot making me let out a little moan. He seized the opportunity and slipped into my lips sucking and nibbling on them. He tried raising me up but I gathered courage and pushed him off.
I inhaled trying to catch my breath as I rushed into the washroom.
Fvcking bond!!! I exclaimed as I sat on the washroom cabinet breathing in.
Fews minutes of sitting in the bathroom, my butts were already itching because of the hard surface I sat on, so I stood to go back in and face whatever I see. On getting back in the room, Jayden had gone.
Wheeeww!!!!! What has my life become recently. This is one thing about being a werewolf.
You can’t choose who to love by your self and you are being mated with a stranger by the moon goddess whom you are not allowed to denounce else, you become a rogue. Except the moon goddess had mercy on you and give you another mate but that happens on a rare occasion.
My stomach still hurts a little though and after breakfast, I took some medicine and decided to rest for a while.
I woke up to whispering voices. “What is happening” I thought as I squinted my eyes to see 3 servants whispering among themselves. I closed back my eye so they won’t notice I was awake and listening to them.
“She’s so beautiful!!!”
“She suits the future Alpha!!!” The other said
“Our future Alpha is so mean and don’t deserve such Beauty!!!. The last girl said and I giggled internally.
“Let’s wake her up before the future Alpha gets mad at us all”
“Can we just watch her for a little while?!!”.
They were still talking when I opened my eye| and they all drew back.
“Go… od mor… ning ma’am” one of them stuttered bowing.
Morning? I had just slept around 11am and they are talking about morning, how could this be morning or did I.. what!!! I exclaimed on sighting the wall clock, I can’t believe I slept till day break.
“Mhmm!! What is the problem? I asked peering at the three of them wondering what they were doing in my room by this time of the morning.
Well after the kiss incident, I insisted on having my own room as I do not want anything that we lead me into letting him have me and at first, Jayden refused but I threatened to reject him and face the consequences if he wasn’t going to allow me have my own privacy and he agreed after a hesitating for a while.
So I have my own room right opposite Jayden’s.
“Ma’am, we are here to prepare you for the morning” said the one who happened to be their spokesman because she had been the one replying while others nod.
“Prepare for the morning, how? Do I tell you I needed anyone to bath me or can’t I bath myself? Please leave my room, I do not need any help”.
“Ma’am we can’t do that, the Alpha would have our head on a platter if we don’t take care of you. Please ma’am allow us perform our jobs to avoid the Alpha’s wrath”.
“Please ma’am!! they all knelt, begging when I insisted I didn’t need help and I had no other choice than to oblige.
“Arrrghhh!!!! I hate this so much!!!! I screamed standing up on my feet and throwing the pillow at the door.
My life is messed up all because of Jayden.
“I hate him so much!!!!” I exclaimed stomping into the bathroom while they followed suit.
“Ma’am please step into the bath so we can wash you” one of the servant whom I later found out her name was Anya said and I sighed as they peeled my clothes.
They added some oils and rose petals along side milk into the bath and I stepped in, loving the feeling against my skin and the nice scent of the water.
The two other servants scrubbed and washed my body as Anya washed my hair applying different types of products on my hair that I felt tired and sleepy within few minutes of been in the tub.
I had never had such a long and soothing bath in a long while, that only happen whenever I go to the spa with my mother and it had been long I went for one.
After several hours of washing and prepping me, they finally left and I heaved a sigh of relief. I glanced at the mirror and awed at my look.
Woah!! I could barely recognize myself. My skin was glittering and my hairdo super dope. They did a great job after all but what’s the use of all this beauty when am not happy been here.
I glanced at the mirror one last time before getting up and existing the room going downstairs to the dinning table where everyone was already sitted.
All eyes turned to me as I climbed down the stairs. I internally rolled my eyes as a particular pair of eyes followed me around till I got to a sit and pulling it, I sat down and greeted the entire table which consists of the Alpha, Luna, another man whom I guessed to be the Beta, Jayden and surprisingly, Lisa who was glaring daggers at me.
I really do not blame her, finding out your boyfriend found his mate and you had to let go. But that doesn’t mean she should be glaring at me as if it’s any of my fault.
The servants served the food and I began eating ignoring her glare and Jayden’s stare. I don’t care about them, I only want to eat quick and leave for school as I had no business with them.
“So Lisa you are here to go to school with Jayden if I guessed right” the Luna said out loud and I glanced up to see her nod with smiles plastered on her face.
“Yes Luna. My father was coming to the park house and I decided to come with him so I would have a little discussion with Jayden before going to school” she replied still smiling and I glanced at Jayden who rolled his eyes.
Why was he rolling his eyes? Wasn’t he supposed to be happy to see his girlfriend or had he suddenly dumped her because he thought I would let him have me? If that is the case then he must be crazy to think such.
I hurried up with my meal and clutched my backpack; slowly getting up, I thanked them and tried walking out when the Alpha’s voice stopped me.
“Dear, won’t you wait a little for your mate and Lisa to be done so you all could go” he said and Lisa let out a light gasp staring wide eyed at me and rolled my eyes turning back my gaze to the Alpha.
“I would prefer going alone as I had things to do early at school and wouldn’t want to be late while waiting for them” I muttered and Jayden quickly stood up wiping his mouth and grabbed his backpack.
“Let’s go”, he said and held my hands heading towards the door.
“My dear future Luna, be careful and Jayden take good care of her for us” the Luna uttered and I blinked.
Lisa still sat dumbfounded gazing absentmindedly and was brought back to life when the Luna cried out her name for the third time.
“I’m so sorry, I zoomed out” she apologized and stood up hurrying after Jayden as he had already gone outside.
