Days flew into week and our camping day finally arrived.
Wearing high waste jeans and a flowery embroidered pink top, I dragged my pink box downstairs going into the dining-room where I met my parents already seated and eating.
“Morning mum and Dad” I greeted and my mother pecked my forehead smiling at me.
“Are you ready for your trip? Dad asked and I smiled widely. “very much ready Daddy” I giggled making a little happy dance shake and they both laughed. I sat down to quickly finish up my food.
“Since the announcement of the camp, the school had been bustling with life even Jayden hadn’t disturbed me for a week now and I’m so grateful I haven’t seen him after that day at the hall.
Well I guess he was busy with his girlfriend preparing for the camp.
I soon finished my meal and just then the door opened revealing Luca who was wearing a black pant and navy blue shirt.
“Good morning sir, Good morning ma’am” he greeted my parents and smiled at me.
He had been coming every morning to pick me up and bring me back after school since he was no longer going to the silver pack for errands.
“Lets go Luca I’m done” I said happily and he nodded and carried my bag.
“Be careful angel” mom yelled and I turned back and quickly pecked her “I will mom, don’t miss me too much” I whispered to her ears and she laughed.
We got outside and Luca came with a driver today, I guess to take back the car home. He open the door for me and I entered and off we zoomed to school.
We soon arrived at school and I smiled seeing the two long busses that were to convey us to the airport.
Reign jumped happily on smelling Rose and I laughed. “Reign can you stop being dramatic for once, you see Lana everyday so I don’t know why you are always excited each time you come to school” I said and she grunted loudly. “Leave me alone lady”.
Rose opened her arms and as usual, we rushed into it; Reign and I of course.
“Are you ready for this trip!!! She yelled and I laughed happily. “Very much ready!!!” I yelled and most of this student stared at me wierdly. I do not care because I’m super super excited about this trip. Cain island, here Rhoda comes!!!!
Max soon joined us and together we all matched to the bus which the students were already boarding.
I didn’t see the J3 and I hope they won’t show up. well who was I deceiving they did show up when we arrived at the airport.
They stood outside waiting for the principal to give the final Go-Ahead order and when he did, they boarded their private jet. Jayden didn’t spare me a glance all and I was grateful.
Don’t want anyone to spoil my mood.
Few hours later, we arrived at Barbados and boarded a train which took us to Cain island. Student whispered among themselves happily.
Everyone was happy but I guess Reign was the happiest as she made me promise to allow her come out and explore the island which I agreed because I missed shifting and it had been a while I shifted.
We arrived at the open field of Cain island and I gasped “this place is so beautiful” Rose exclaimed happily, holding my hands as we both jump excitedly.
The grasses were green and beautiful flowers laid on them making the environment beautiful and green.
A waterfall that flows down to a river which lay at the far end of the island. It could barely be seen but my eyes been sharp enough, I saw a little glimpse of it and it made me more Happy. I would spend most of my time there.
The birds chirped and sang happily.
Tent were set beautiful on the large opened field and bright lights adorned the environment lightening up the field.
A podium was set where our recreational teacher and game master who followed us were to announce tasks and give instructions.
I looked at the far end of the field and was happy to see a path which I guess would be leading to a forest. Reign can explore here” I thought.
“Everyone should gather here” the recreational teacher called out and we all began to gather.
“We are going to call names and assign you all to your tent partner and you would be 3 in a room” she said and just then the J3 entered and the students squeaked on sighting them. I rolled my eyes at those students who would always behave as though the J3 are not the same as them.
“So I would start with the boys” she said looking through a long paper which I guessed contained list of names.
“Listen to your names and Know your partners as I won’t be repeating myself twice” she said.
“Jayden, Jordan and Jake she called out the first name and I scoffed. They mustn’t be first in everything. This school is giving them too much special attention which was beginning to irritate me.
“Luca, Max and James” she reached my boyfriend’s turn and I smiled.
She called and called until she was done with all the boys names.
“Now to the girls” she said and the girls squealed. I prayed to be paired with Rose. Rose held my hand as we stood listening to names been called until it got to our turn and she called Lisa Rose and I. “Woah!!!!, She did paired us together.
I squeaked and hugged Rose as we were paired along side with… Wait Lisa “isn’t that Jayden’s girlfriend? I whispered to Rose and she nodded.
“Does that mean he would be visiting our room often to see his girlfriend? I asked and Rose shrugged.
“I don’t know about that Rhoda, Jayden is not someone who stays with one girl and I doubt he cared about her to be coming to our room often”. He doesn’t do love” she said and my eyes widened.
“Does that mean they are only having s*x which each other?” I asked not very surprised because the Jayden that worries me is a man-slut. “Certainly”she replied and I twisted my fingers.
Manslut I muttered and gazed at him only to find him looking at me. I rolled my eyes and looked away.
“You can all go now to unpack your luggages and freshen up. The bell will indicate your needed presence here” The game master chirped in and we all left going into our tent.
Wow!!! This year’s camping is going to be fire!!! Rose clapped and I smiled.
I’m enjoying it already. Our tent is so spacious and beautiful.
Three beds laid on the floor and a wardrobe to keep our luggages.
Lisa sat on one of the beds operating her phone not minding our presence.
“Hi” I greeted her, she looked up at me and scoffed.
Because we stay in the same room does not give any of you the right to speak to me, I am not your class and I’ll appreciate if you just shut up and mind your business or you can aswell pretend as though you didn’t see here” she scorned and I rolled my eyes.
