Alpha Arthur;
I held my wounded Elara in my arms as I sat on the floor. Tears filled my eyes, and my blood boiled in rage. She wasn’t breathing. Elara had stopped breathing. I roar a lot of times, hoping for her to hear me, and open her eyes. But she is far gone, I can’t feel her pulse anymore.
“Alpha Arthur! Please, don’t tell me, my friend is dead. Elara can’t die,” the girl I believed was Malicia, knelt beside Elara, trying to revive her.
The wounds were too much on Elara, and she couldn’t stop bleeding. Her blood flowed through my fur.
“Alpha! You can’t hold that disgusting lady in your arms! She is filthy. Stained with adultery!” A woman screams out of the crowd.
The woman’s voice just reminded me of the first thing I had missed. Something I should have done a long time ago, as the Alpha of my pack. My mistake of letting people like her still dwell in my pack has finally come to haunt me. This law was made by my ancestral fathers, and I failed to abolish it in my time.
As I stare at the multitude of people mocking laughing at my dying Elara, anger coursed through my veins.
However, I wasn’t the only one who had made a mistake. These stupid people also did, by stoning an innocent woman to her death. The woman, who belongs to me. It’s time they feel my wrath. Now, they will understand why I’m addressed as the ruthless Alpha Arthur Rulzander.
With a smile on my face, I placed Elara in Malicia’s arms, and strolled toward the crowd. “I congratulate you all, for carrying out this punishment on a whore. She slept with a married man, right?”
“Yes! Alpha Arthur!” They all respond in unison, and I whiff in amusement. This was interesting, but what was to come, will be more interesting.
Nodding my head in agreement with their words, my face flashes with excitement. “Who is the leader of this great movement?”
“I am, Alpha,” a tall Beta Wolf steps forward.
Placing my left palm on his shoulder, I move closer to him with a smile on my face. “What’s your name?”
“Eric!” He had this fulfillment plastered on his face. He had done a good job, one he should be proud of. So he’s allowed to be proud of himself.
I softly cleared my throat inwardly, “You see, Eric, you did a nice job by organizing this set of dedicated people, and carrying out a great assignment. I have a fantastic reward for you all.”
“Yeahhhhh!” They cheer in excitement. Bastards.
I roar mightily, stretching forth my claws and digging them right into the chest of the bastard standing before me. My palm felt his heart, and I reached out for it, ripping out of his miserable chest.
His mouth widened, and he took his last breath, falling to the ground.
With his heart in my hand, dripping with blood. I move closer to the once happy crowd, who are now filled with fear and terror.
“This heart belongs to your stupid leader,” I let the heart drop off my hand and I smash it with my foot.
I heard screams of fear coming from the crowd, which only made me smile even more. I bring out my handkerchief from my pocket, wiping off his miserable blood from my precious hand. “You all love to carry out orders on your own accord, right? It’s time to pay for displaying this madness in my pack. No one dares to carry out an order that wasn’t given by me in my pack.”
I cock my head toward Loki, “Kill them all. Make sure none is left,” my face contours with wrath.
Loki drags out his sword, the same with my men, and they begin to slay every one of them. At this point, I don’t care if their numbers are hundreds or more. They are fools, and need to pay the price for their foolishness. The others in the pack will learn through them.
I pick up Elara from Malicia’s arm, and Malicia stands up from the floor, gazing at me in fear. My eyes scan through the faces of the two young Delta wolves standing behind her, and I can tell they are her siblings. “You all can follow me to my home. Your home is already a mess, and not safe for young people like you to live in,” I utter, and make my way out of the scene.
Malicia and her brothers followed behind me.
Where should I take Elara right now? I need somewhere she can get proper treatment. The hospital at this point will not be able to save her.
Her body is too damaged, and needs a different kind of treatment. I wish I could understand what is happening to Elara, and why she is facing all this. Who is this person after her, and what does this person want with her?
That stupid video has kept my woman in a coma. I just pray she survives this. I don’t know what will become of me, if anything should happen to Elara. My only source of happiness.
I placed her in the backseat of my car. Malicia and one of the brothers also sat at the backseat with Elara. I needed someone who would constantly check on her, while I drove. The other sibling joined me in the front seats. Just when I make to start the car, a car drives right in, and stops in front of my car.
My fingers fig through my hair in frustration, and I huff. There is always a fool that wants you to kill them, and this never ceases to amaze me. “Hey! You idiot, get out of my way,” I push my door open to step out, when Alpha Blade and his Beta, Bronson, come down from the car.
What the hell is he doing here? This is just the fucking wrong time for this fool to show up. I’m not ready for him to come to add to my frustration.
“Arthur! How is Elara?” Alpha Blade rushes toward my car.
My forehead furrows as I stare at him in confusion. The last time he addressed me in this form was years back, and that was when we were still friends. What’s wrong with his brain?
“This is not the right time to stand in a position, shocked. We have to save Elara’s life first before thinking about ourselves. I can’t feel her Wolf, or scent anymore. This only dictates that she is dead, or almost at the point of it.”
I move out of the way for him, and Alpha Blade goes to take a look at Elara. I notice as he struggles to look at her. His eyes flicker with anger and he makes to storm toward the useless people who did this to her. I hold back his arm, “Loki and the rest of my men are handling them. Let’s save Elara’s life. What should we do?”
He whiffs harder, nodding his head. The frustration in his eyes is still evident. “Elara’s health is very critical. No hospital can heal her, but I know of a place. Somewhere nobody dares to enter because of how evil she is.”
“She!?”
“Yeah! She!…. A mysterious old lady. Anyway, I can’t give details of anything yet. When we arrive, you will understand better. My fear is if this mysterious old lady would be able to save Elara because she is my only hope,” Alpha Blade informed, and I let out a deep breath.
I pray whatever plans Alpha Blade has, should be able to save Elara. I’m very scared of losing her.
Alpha Blade and Bronson walked back to their car. I entered mine, started the engine of my car, and drove behind them. As Alpha Blade led us to wherever.
