The group continued running for a short while before a gust of wind, like a tornado, swept in from behind, shaking the surrounding mist.
“Get out of the way!” Tommy and The Scholar shouted simultaneously.
Everyone, including Billy, sensed the danger and quickly dodged to the side. However, the gust was not only fast but also had an incredibly wide range.
All of them, including Tommy and The Scholar, were thrown hundreds of meters away. Apart from Billy and Tommy, everyone else spat out blood and looked pale, clearly injured.
Even Billy and Tommy felt the impact, their blood boiling and their breaths irregular.
Purple Spirit and White Feather managed to avoid the direct impact due to their unaffected flying speed in this area.
“Is everyone okay?” Billy asked as he got up.
“We’re fine!” they replied, wiping the blood from their mouths.
They looked back but saw nothing but mist. Given the visibility, anything within three to four kilometers should be visible, but there was nothing.
This meant the attack came from at least four to five kilometers away, still carrying such powerful energy over that distance.
As they marveled at this, a thunderous roar echoed through the air.
Then came the sound of heavy footsteps, which stopped after a few steps.
Suddenly, a massive disturbance came from the depths of the mist, shaking the entire space.
Then, silence. The only sound was their breathing.
“What just happened?” Judge asked cautiously after a while.
“Who knows!” Azure Dragon replied.
“Was it that Divine Dragon chasing us?” Soul Chaser asked.
“Probably not,” Azure Dragon said. “That roar didn’t sound like a Divine Dragon.”
“True!” Soul Chaser nodded.
“Billy, we should leave this place. It’s too dangerous!” Purple Spirit said, still shaken.
“Purple Spirit, where’s that egg?” Ivy asked.
“Here!” Purple Spirit responded.
A colorful giant egg appeared in her hand, shimmering with light.
“What a beautiful egg!” Felicia exclaimed.
“Isn’t it? I think it’s really beautiful too, so…” Purple Spirit began.
“Hey, little girl, you can’t just take anything pretty you see!” Stout interjected.
“Chubby, are you itching for a fight?” Purple Spirit glared at her.
Everyone else: Is this really the time to argue?
“This might not be an ordinary egg,” The Scholar said. “I can sense immense energy within it…”
Before he could finish, an overwhelming pressure enveloped them, making it hard to move.
Above the mist, they saw the Divine Dragon they had encountered before.
“Huh?!” Tommy and the others gasped. It was their first time seeing a real dragon!
In the sixth-tier star domain, there were dragons, but none were true dragons-just dragon-like creatures!
“Mr. Billy, should we run?” The Scholar asked instinctively.
He couldn’t gauge the Divine Dragon’s level, but its mere presence made it hard for him to move. He knew they couldn’t possibly fight it.
He also suspected that the Nine Dragons Cauldron might contain more than one Divine Dragon!
The thought left him in awe. No wonder it was ranked first among the Ten Sacred Objects. Even one Divine Dragon could wreak havoc across the sixth-tier star domain!
“Do you think we can escape?” Annalise retorted.
She knew they were like ants before this Divine Dragon.
“Alright!” The Scholar shrugged.
“Thank you, Divine Dragon…” Billy began after taking a deep breath.
Seeing the Divine Dragon, he realized why the beast chasing them had stopped-it must have been the Divine Dragon’s doing.
He hadn’t expected such powerful beasts in the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space besides the Divine Dragon itself.
Judging by its strength, that beast was far superior to the one they encountered before entering this space!
“Didn’t I tell you last time that you could train here but must keep your people in check?” the Divine Dragon interrupted.
“Huh?” Tommy and the others were shocked by how fluently it spoke with Billy.
“Divine Dragon, it’s not Billy’s fault; it’s mine,” Purple Spirit said obediently. “I promise it won’t happen again. Please don’t blame Billy…”
“You think there will be a next time?” The Divine Dragon’s cold voice made Purple Spirit freeze. The egg floated towards it.
“Divine Dragon, she meant no harm; she just found the egg interesting…” Billy pleaded.
“If she had ill intentions, do you think she’d still be alive?” The Divine Dragon interrupted. “This is your last warning. Next time, face the consequences!”
“Divine Dragon, what kind of egg is that? Is it yours?” Stout asked curiously.
“You’ve reached the sixth-tier star domain and are still so weak. What a waste of a good body!” The Divine Dragon ignored Stout and looked at Billy disdainfully. “With your strength, you’ll barely make it to the seventh-tier star domain!”
Billy thought to himself, ‘Am I really that weak?’
“You three have lived longer than him, right?” The Divine Dragon asked Tommy and the others.
A millennium was just a few years to the Divine Dragon?
“We greet you, Divine Dragon,” Tommy and the others bowed simultaneously.
At that moment, three pill-like objects floated before them-half the size of a fist and milky white. Energy seemed to swirl within them.
Even Billy and the others could sense the powerful energy within these pills.
“Divine Dragon, what are these?” The Scholar asked.
“Refine them and then find a place to undergo tribulation. If you survive the Thunder Tribulation, you should break through to Supreme Ancestry Realm!” The Divine Dragon explained. “If you succeed, protect that boy. I don’t want to find a new master so soon!”
“Thank you, Divine Dragon!” Tommy and the others bowed deeply. “Rest assured, as long as we breathe, we will protect Mr. Billy!”
“Divine Dragon, do you have more of these pills? Can each of us get one?” Stout asked eagerly.
