“Master told me to pick up a few important stuffs from the mansion.” Jill answered weakly. Her body was shaking. She was still kneeling with her thighs covered in blood. Since Sirius left her here, Jill had not been given any treatment. She was treated like an enemy. Before, She was one of Sirius’ right-hand man. But now to him, she is a snake. Yes, just like a snake in the grass.
Hearing that weak voice, Ashley intended to look back. However, Sirius held her head, and kissed Ashley’s head gently. “Be a good girl, baby. Don’t move.” His voice was still cold and flat. Ashley didn’t dare move anymore.
“Then what’s my next order?” Sirius asked Jill again. The woman took a deep breath and stammered answering Sirius’s question honestly.
“Master told me to get the ring right away because you want to propose to Miss Ashley as soon as possible…” Jill hoped Sirius would forgive her if she didn’t do any mistake again. Even though the chance is really small, but she still hoped that Miss Ashley could calm Master down.
Ashley who heard those words opened her eyes wide. She was stunned. So that ring is for her?
Her beautiful face, before flushed with fever, was now even redder because of her happy feelings. Bubba wants to propose to me?! Ashley smiled a little. Her sweet expression was not missed by Sirius who was staring at her beautiful face.
“That’s right, princess. I ordered the ring, especially for you. Haah… My plan has been exposed. I wanted to do it as a surprise though.” Sirius closed his eyes tightly. If Ashley wasn’t here. He would kill Jill right away with his hands. You damn woman, Sirius cursed in his heart.
Ashley looked down in shame. She had wrongly accused Bubba. Turns out the ring she designed was ordered by Sirius himself and he’s about to propose! Ashley became very happy. She hugged him tightly and rubbed her head against his chest.
Sirius chuckled, he stroked Ashley’s back gently. This girl could be happy at a time like this because she didn’t see Jill’s bloody state.
“Baby, what did she tell you about the ring?” Sirius asked again.
“Hmmm.. she said Bubba proposed to her and gave her the ring. You guys are getting married and I need to know my place so I don’t bother Bubba again.” Ashley said it while pouting. She lightly hit Sirius’ chest because she was still annoyed at Jill’s words at that time. Luckily that’s not the truth. Ashley quickly hugged Sirius again. She didn’t want him to be away from her.
He smiled crookedly at his girl’s cute behavior. If only the two of them were here. He wouldn’t wait to eat the girl who was holding him tightly. His gaze then turned back to Jill.
“You lied to my girl. Said things that would never happen. Are you that desperate to get into my pants?” Sirius mocked her.
Hearing Sirius’ vulgar words towards other women, Ashley pouted and pinched Sirius’ waist hard. She was warning him not to talk to other women like that. Sirius felt the pinch, but he didn’t budge.
“Sorry… I-I’m sorry Master. I won’t do it again. I promise… Miss Ashley, I’m sorry.” Jill’s weak voice was heard but Sirius cut her off.
“Throw her out.” He say it shortly. Jill was stunned, was she forgiven? Is it because Miss Ashley is here that she doesn’t get punished? But she didn’t dare say anything else. She should be grateful that Master was willing to let her go.
Two Sirius men carried Jill out of the mansion. Just then, butler Ben, came up to them to tell Sirius the doctor had arrived. Sirius nodded and told Ben to take him to the master bedroom.
“Bring the food too.” Sirius’s orders were immediately carried out by Ben.
As they climbed the stairs, Ashley asked about Sirius’ long mission.
“Baby, I’m really busy because of my work. I’m sorry, princess. But I also found something and I think you should know too.” Sirius answered. Ashley was curious.
“What is it Bubba?” she asked. “I’ve found out who was behind our parents’ accident.” Sirius stated. His tone turned colder as he brought it up. Ashley gasped and was stunned. Yes, Bubba once said, the accident that killed their parents had been planned by people who wanted to harm them.
Sirius opened the bedroom door with one hand, and led Ashley inside. He laid her on the wide soft bed and immediately covered Ashley with warm blanket.
“Why did they harm our parents?” Ashley’s eyes filled with tears. Sirius sighed and wiped her tears that were about to fall to her cheeks. He kissed Ashley’s forehead affectionately.
“They did it because my father refused to sell his property. They wanted to take the land by any means because the location was very strategic. Don’t worry, baby. They’ve already got their punishment.” He hugged his baby, trying to calm her down.
“They already arrested by police, right Bubba?” Ashley innocently asked.
“Of course, baby.” Sirius lied through his teeth. Of course, Sirius punished those people in his own way. He never like the police and the law. Even the police in this country are submissive to him, he doesn’t need those slackers to carry out his mission.
But he didn’t want Ashley to know that. He wanted this innocent girl to remain with her kind and gentle personality. She was an angel of his life and he didn’t want to tarnish that.
Before long, there was a soft knock on the door and Sirius told them in. Butler Ben, a maid that carrying the tray of foods, and a young woman in a doctor’s coat came into the room.
Sirius stared coldly at the doctor, making her nervous.
“Sir, this is Miss Naomi. She is temporarily replacing Mrs. Bert, as she is on maternity leave for her third child.” Ben quickly explained, seeing the aura on Sirius’s face change at the sight of this new doctor. Their family’s female doctor is on leave, Ben doesn’t want to call a male doctor instead. He didn’t want his head to fly from calling a male doctor to treat Miss Ashley.
Ashley who saw the doctor immediately curled up in Sirius’s arms. She doesn’t like doctors or hospital. Doctors always carry painful syringes with them. The young doctor then examined Ashley who was still comfortable in Sirius’s arms. Sirius seemed to let Ashley hug him, he didn’t let go of her embrace because Sirius knew Ashley was scared.
“Miss, can you lie down for a while? I’ll put your IV in.” Said the doctor as she prepared her equipment without being indifferent to Ashley’s state who was increasingly curled up in Sirius’ arms.
That woman did show how great she was at her job, simply because she wanted to attract the attention of Lord Sirius. He knew that he was a handsome, crazy rich, man full of power. Confidently, the young woman was sure that Sirius was attracted by her beauty and perseverance in her work.
Unfortunately, she was absolutely wrong. Because Sirius really doesn’t care about anyone except his baby. It was then realized by the young woman when she turned around and looked into Sirius’s eyes that were glaring at her. Sirius looked at her coldly and piercingly.
“Don’t force her.” Sirius’s deep voice was threatening. The young doctor swallowed her saliva with difficulty and nodded.
Finally, after giving prescriptions and all other medical advice, the doctor finished and was ushered out by butler Ben.
“Baby, let’s eat. After that take the medicine.” Sirius stroked the arm of his sleepy-looking girl. Ashley was already lying down but still holding Sirius’s hand tightly. She missed her Bubba so much.
“No, I want to clean myself first, I feel very sticky.” Ashley shook her head slowly. Sirius nodded in agreement and he started to open Ashley’s blanket and wanted to pick her up. Ashley knew immediately what Sirius was doing and she struggled, walking away.
“I can do it myself, Bubba!” She screamed and went straight to the bathroom. Sirius just looked at her back with a blank expression. Actually, he was a bit annoyed because he wasn’t allowed to help clean her body. However, he didn’t say anything, he didn’t want to make Ashley uncomfortable after just calming her down from her anger.
Not long after, the bathroom door opened again, popping Ashley’s head from behind it.
“Bubba! Get changed quickly!” Ashley told Sirius shyly.” Sirius got up from his seat and walked over to her.
“What’s wrong, baby?” he asked confusedly. Did she change her mind?
“Uuh… It’s… I was sitting on Bubba’s lap for a long time… Turns out I’m on my period… Hurry up and change.” After saying that, Ashley immediately closed the bathroom door. Leaving Sirius stunned for a moment.
No wonder, he smiled.

Meanwhile, outside the backyard of the mansion. Some of Sirius’s men were carrying long black plastic the size of a human body into a car. Rio was watching them. “Bury her wherever you can. She didn’t say anything about it.” His short words were immediately obeyed by his subordinates.
Yes, it was Jill’s lifeless body. She was gravely mistaken when she thought Sirius let her go. Sirius never let go of people who betrayed him or even wanted to hurt Ashley. He had only hastened Jill’s death with ease, as a reward for serving him for years.
Rio, shot her in the head, after asking Jill, where does she want to be buried. Jill just shed a tear, without saying a word. She was very sorry for acting stupid and reckless. Now, her life story has come to an end.
