Funny.
He had said fun.
Layan sat on the edge of the couch quickly and turned her around to lift her by the shoulders so that she was sitting facing him. He was careful not to further hurt the wounds on her arms with his grip.
-Priscilla, are your emotions returning?
The she-wolf was a bit dazed so she let her head fall on Layan’s shoulder. The smile on her lips did not disappear.
-Emotions? I don’t know what you mean- she rubbed her head on him inhaling his scent- I’m tired, let me get some sleep. My body was crushed by your beta, be considerate of me.
Layan blinked and didn’t push her away. The she-wolf could try to avoid his question but he had noticed an irregularity in her behavior. Also her smile was not her usual cold one. Without foreseeing it, his heart pounded. Though inside him there was an awkwardness that he couldn’t let go unnoticed.
Priscilla’s face was a more beautiful without the usual coldness was even more beautiful.
-Priscilla,- he shook her shoulder gently. He wanted to know more about it but apparently she had no intention of telling him much at the moment so he would keep on the sidelines to see what was really going on. But that she was smiling was a reality- You need to take a bath before you sleep- she pursed her lips before speaking again- You have Kei’s scent all over you- a slight growl came from her throat.
Her arms rose up until they dropped again like dead weights wrapping around his neck. Her voice came out almost in a whisper.
-Quiet wolf- she kissed the bare skin of the male neck- Jealous?
Layan didn’t answer but his brow furrowed sharply. Maybe yes, he could tell he was jealous. Who would he lie to. He was possessive, he couldn’t help it and Priscilla, the one who bore his mark, who slept with him, in her own bed, smelled like another wolf.
Her arms squeezed tighter as she shifted and sat on his lap settling in. The position he was in before was painful to his bruised body. At first she thought he would push her away, as was naturally the case, but the alpha was unusually calm.
-You don’t have to worry- he lifted his head and kissed her cheek- I can smell another wolf but I have no intention of being anyone else’s but yours- he kissed her chin- I told you, I only have eyes for you. Isn’t my word enough-?
Her silver orbs met his blue ones. The Layan’s face was serious. He didn’t speak, he was having an internal debate whether to give in or not. His back was in a cold sweat.
Did he have to wait until she was full of another wolf’s essence to realize that this pup who was always behind him could vanish from his side just like that. Maybe before that was what he would have wished for. But now that his feral side was clamoring to end the bond and have her tied to him, it kind of made the idea bizarre.
He sighed. Look how he liked to complicate himself with love problems. He ran his hand over his face and pursed his lips.
-Don’t let another wolf mark you with his scent-it wasn’t a request, it was a command.
Priscilla’s smile grew bigger on her face even though it made the bruise on her eye hurt a little.
-Then why don’t you mark me with yours? So everyone will know I have an owner,- she whispered in his ear.
And those words weren’t just words. If Layan wanted to mark her permanently he would have to do it from the inside out and that included sex in between and completing a bond.
-Sometimes I wonder who taught you those things- he tilted his head- You’re a puppy, you shouldn’t be thinking about what’s done in bed- he reprimanded her relaxed.
Priscilla kissed his neck again. She liked the alpha’s area especially because when she did it, the vein protruding from it throbbed more strongly.
-My brothers have always been very frank with their lessons and my father can be very explicit when he talks. I learned from them- she pressed her body closer to his provoking him- They are good teachers, so you don’t have to be teaching me the right way for you to finish the job you started- he referred to the bite on the back of her neck.
He held her by the hip and wrinkled his nose.
-Setting that issue aside, which is all you think about, let’s go to the bathroom. You smell disgustingly beta-he didn’t want to keep digging into what his family had taught him, rather he didn’t want to know. Or else the atmosphere was sure to get dangerous.
She pouted childishly and tiredly.
-Don’t mess with Kei.
Layan looked at her intrigued and raised an eyebrow.
-At what point did you two become so intimate that I didn’t find out? I only left them for an hour while they almost killed each other,- he got up carrying her in his arms since the state of her body would not be easy to reach. Kei hadn’t restrained himself and by the state of her hands, neither had the she-wolf.
-We? I don’t know what you’re talking about, but he’s my new best friend-
Layan growled helplessly and Priscilla patted his back lightly.
-You’re cute when you’re jealous, you know that,- she kissed his cheek again.
-I’m not jealous- the alpha ran his hand through his hair avoiding the gaze of the she-wolf hooked on him. She was so light compared to him. Her weight was perfect and she fit in a way that even impressed him.
She softened the features of her face.
-Can you bathe me,- she asked softly, -I’m pretty hurt and need a hand. Besides- she ran her thumb over the wolf’s lower lip- You can heal me like you know how and I know you want to. Don’t put up any resistance. It’s bad for your health. I promise I won’t do anything you don’t want-
Layan growled but the gleam in his eyes gave him away. Besides, there was something that was coming out of her and enveloping him and it wasn’t exactly Kei’s scent.
Priscilla knew it was only a matter of time before his instincts would bring him to his knees before her. And she hadn’t had to put much pressure on. She knew alphas were weak when there was a wounded wolf near them and more Layan given his ability to be able to heal, so he was quite cooperative.
It was not an easy task to have him in that docile state. But with the right encouragement, a treat with the beta to provoke him some more and the scent of someone on her, like results were coming.
Because Priscilla had no intention of letting Layan leave her side.

The sound of the water and the splashing inside her echoed inside the huge bathroom. A faint groan was heard accompanied by that of a gasp.
-That hurts,- Priscilla murmured against Layan’s lips. Hers were extremely swollen and slightly bitten by the alpha’s fangs.
-You wanted this, so don’t complain- his voice sounded too excited for even himself. His wild side had completely triggered and even his eyes had changed color.
The alpha sighed. He was supposed to help her bathe just that. But they both ended up inside the tub in the end. Priscilla had straddled him and wrapped her arms around his neck in an iron grip. Good thing she was weak because she wouldn’t let go and her lips had sought out his.
Layan’s hands had not been still either and as soon as the contact became intimate he held her rounded hip burying his fingers in her flesh. The soaked clothing was soon in tatters and Layan apneas was able to contain his beast inside him. Especially when he bit and pierced her lower lip with one of his fangs.
The taste of blood hit his palate hard and that was when he lost total control of him. He pressed her tightly against him and although he longed to heal her, on the other hand he wanted to destroy her to the point where she was his alone.
-You’re not putting up much resistance,- she smiled once she could breathe free of his lips, -your instincts are more sincere than you are,- he said.
She ran the edge of her finger recovering so fast it looked like the wounds had never been on her body, underneath the wolf’s golden eye. His cheeks were slightly red hinting at the excitement growing in the wolf.
Also the scent she was emanating at that moment was stronger. Kei’s had been completely erased, replaced by the alpha’s pheromones and something else. Something more raw and animalistic.
-You’re harder to stand than your mother– he dropped his shoulders somewhat dizzy from that delicious scent of lily that made him shiver. He noticed in his haze that the gleam that was in Priscilla’s eyes diminished a little. A pressure ran through his chest-does it bother you that I talk about your mother?
She lowered her head, wet bangs stuck to her forehead.
-What I don’t like is that you’re always thinking about her,- she said dryly.
She tried to get up but Layan’s hands on her hips stopped her.
-For not feeling anything, you’re quite volatile,- he sounded quite calm instead, although his expression was complicated. Especially since he couldn’t concentrate.
And now that she mentioned it, since when hadn’t he thought about Nebraska. Well, it had been quite a while. Priscilla occupied most of his time including in bed, so how could he think of anyone else.
He ran his hand over her temple and then caressed her cheek. Strangely her body was craving his closeness. It was nice to have her like this, where only the water around them separated them. Her body, completely naked was beautiful and now that he had her in front of him he was noticing that even though she was small, she was really appetizing.
-I’m not thinking about your mother- he snorted leaning his arm on the edge of the tub and leaning his head on his hand- I told you, you’re the one who makes me remember her every time you mention her, pleased- he felt the need to tell her that.
Priscilla dropped back into his lap and resumed her victorious smile when she felt something against her pelvis and lowered her head. When she raised her head again she blinked slowly.
-Yes, I’m really pleased. Especially for that-he pointed toward the erection the wolf had between his legs that in the haziness of his mind he hadn’t noticed-it’s good to know that you react that way like that. It’s good to know that you react that way-#I’m really pleased.
