Leo laughed heartily, “Stop guessing and just stand firm.”
Kakumei and his apprentice were puzzled, not understanding what was happening. Leo punched the ground forcefully.
Instantly, the earth trembled, and the ground beneath the three of them sank rapidly.
Kakumei immediately understood and laughed, “So it’s the Earth Concealment Technique, brilliant.”
With laughter, the three of them magically disappeared within the valley.
Over ten minutes later, a large hole suddenly opened at the entrance of Whispering Valley, and three people jumped out-it was none other than Leo and his companions.
Zephyr looked around and couldn’t help but laugh, “Your Earth Concealment Technique is indeed very convenient.”
Kakumei gathered some stones and set up a small illusion array at the valley entrance to conceal Whispering Valley.
Taking advantage of the night, the three of them hurried towards Mount South Village.
It was not until midnight that they finally returned to Mount South Village.
From a distance, as soon as they reached the village entrance, someone shouted, “Leo and the others are back! Everyone, come and welcome them!”
With this shout, a large crowd immediately surged out from the village entrance-police officers and villagers alike. Everyone had stayed awake until this moment.
Leo was surprised and greeted them with a smile, “Why is everyone still awake?”
An elderly man warmly replied, “Leo and the Taoist masters went to risk their lives for us. We mountain folks aren’t heartless; how could we sleep?”
The villagers echoed, “Yes, we couldn’t sleep.”
Leo and his companions were deeply moved by these simple people.
Harold then stepped forward, saying repeatedly, “Leo, Taoist masters, thank you for your hard work. So, how did it go? Please tell us quickly.”
Leo and his companions exchanged glances and smiled, “We’ll spare you the details to avoid scaring everyone. In short, it’s all settled now. You can live in peace from now on.”
The villagers were momentarily stunned before bursting into cheers, “Finally, we can live peacefully again.”
Harold let out a long breath, “Thank heavens this dreadful task is finally over.”
Leo and his companions smiled at each other.
As usual, a WONDER helicopter came to pick up Leo.
As for Kakumei and his apprentice, they continued their travels.
After returning to Langstel, Leo barely had two days of rest before he was called to treat the little princess of the Royal House of Albion.
After the previous incident, Prince George knew he had to show Leo enough respect, so he personally came to Nameless Clinic to invite Leo.
Leo boarded Prince George’s private car and headed to where the members of the Royal House of Albion were staying.
In the car, Prince George looked at Leo solemnly and said, “Dr. Leo, Brier, the vice president of the European Medical Research Society, is also here. He has been my sister’s primary doctor. You can consult him about my sister’s condition.”
Leo nodded slightly.
Prince George thought for a moment and continued, “Dr. Leo, I must inform you in advance that Dr. Brier has certain prejudices against Atrarian traditional medicine. If he says or does anything inappropriate, I hope you can understand.”
“To be honest, Dr. Brier is renowned in modern medicine and is very dedicated. He has taken good care of my sister over the years. After witnessing the competition between Atrarian traditional medicine and Korean Medicine last time, I told him everything when I returned home. However, he still holds deep-seated biases against Atrarian traditional medicine, insisting it’s pseudoscience and a scam.”
Prince George sighed deeply, “I’m helpless about this. If you can cure my sister this time, it might change his deeply ingrained views.”
Leo remained silent but kept a faint smile on his face.
Leo knew well that internationally, many people like Brier questioned and harbored hostility towards Atrarian traditional medicine. Monica was once such a person.
This was why Atrarian traditional doctors struggled to gain a foothold internationally.
Leo knew he couldn’t change the international status and recognition of Atrarian traditional medicine overnight. However, changing the mindset of a few modern doctors was within his reach.
Next, Leo asked Prince George about Princess Isabelle’s specific health condition.
Prince George told Leo that his sister didn’t have any major illnesses but frequently suffered from minor ailments such as diarrhea, dizziness, headaches, chest tightness with cold sweats, and limb weakness.
Particularly troubling was an intermittent weakness that left Princess Isabelle unable to move and even made breathing difficult.
After listening to Prince George’s description, Leo frowned in thought but couldn’t figure it out. It seemed he could only diagnose Princess Isabelle after seeing her in person.
The Royal House of Albion was staying at Hengshan Elegant Garden. To facilitate Princess Isabelle’s treatment, a luxurious suite had been specially prepared.
Upon arriving at Hengshan Elegant Garden, Prince George led Leo directly to Princess Isabelle’s suite.
Outside the room stood several people.
The most noticeable were a few foreign doctors in white coats. There were also maids and bodyguards in black suits with sunglasses.
Such a grand setup befitted the world-renowned Royal House of Albion.
Noticing Leo’s expression, Prince George smiled and explained, “Dr. Leo, Her Majesty the Queen dotes on the little princess immensely. That’s why so many people were arranged to take care of her in Atraria.”
Leo nodded and signaled Prince George to lead him into the room.
Entering the living room, they found it luxuriously decorated. Two maids were cleaning, and a faint smell of disinfectant lingered in the air.
Passing through the living room, they reached one of the bedrooms.
The bedroom was filled with a faint fragrance. Princess Isabelle lay half-reclined on the bed.
The little princess appeared to be around eleven or twelve years old, dressed in a pristine white dress that made her look very charming.
Beside the bed stood a woman in her thirties. She wore an elegant casual outfit and had a slim figure with an air of grace. She greeted Prince George and Leo with a smile.
Through Prince George’s introduction, Leo learned that this elegant woman was Princess Isabelle’s dedicated nurse.
Next to this nurse sat a foreign doctor in a white coat with graying hair. He was examining Princess Isabelle’s mouth.
Prince George introduced him next: “Dr. Leo, this is Dr. Brier. He is highly renowned not only in Albion but throughout Europe.”
“Dr. Brier, hello. I’m Leo,” Leo greeted Brier with a smile.
Brier merely glanced at Leo before returning his attention to Princess Isabelle’s mouth examination, completely ignoring Leo’s friendly gesture.
