“Mr. Billy, please come in!” Luciano Muir gestured invitingly as he approached.
“Alright!” Billy nodded.
“A month ago, I heard that Mr. Billy had arrived in Radiant City. I wanted to visit you, but I didn’t know where you were staying, so I missed the chance,” Luciano Muir said as they all took their seats.
“I didn’t expect Mr. Billy to honor us with your presence today. It’s a great honor!”
“You’re too kind!” Billy replied with a smile.
“Chieftain, is Howlin Muir still here or at the headquarters?” Stout asked.
“Since Mr. Billy saved him last time, the old chieftain has been in seclusion at the headquarters. He just came out a few days ago,” Luciano Muir responded with a slight twitch of his mouth.
“That old guy still owes my boss a life! When does he plan to repay it?” Stout continued.
Back then, Billy had agreed to help the Array Alliance rescue their old chieftain, Howlin Muir. Upon reaching the destination, Billy and Howlin Muir made a verbal agreement: Billy would rescue Howlin Muir, and in return, he would receive the Heavenly Xuan Array Compass. However, after Billy saved Howlin Muir, he reneged on the deal and almost let the Frost Palace people take the compass. Billy could have killed Howlin Muir but spared him, telling him he owed him a life.
“Mr. Billy, before going into seclusion, the old chieftain instructed that if Mr. Billy came to the Array Alliance with any requests, they must be met unconditionally,” Luciano Muir said to Billy.
“Really?” Stout interjected, “I didn’t see that old guy being so kind-hearted.”
“You’re joking!” Luciano Muir laughed.
“As far as I know, the old chieftain did it out of appreciation for talent. He wanted to invite Mr. Billy to join the Array Alliance and had no intention of breaking his word.”
Then he turned to Billy. “Mr. Billy, what brings you here today?”
“In the sixth-tier star domain, besides the Array Alliance, is there anyone who can create Array Talismans?” Billy asked.
“Array Talismans?” Luciano Muir was taken aback. “If it’s just the most basic red-tier Array Talismans, many people can do it. But if it’s orange-tier or yellow-tier…”
“What about green-tier?” Billy interrupted.
“Green-tier?” Luciano Muir was stunned again.
“It’s been a long time since anyone in the sixth-tier star domain could create Green Array Talismans. As far as I know, even our Array Alliance currently has no one capable of making them.”
“Are you sure?” Billy asked again.
“Eighty percent sure!” Luciano Muir nodded.
“Creating Green Array Talismans requires extremely high standards for array masters-not just in array skills but also in cultivation level, which must be above Holy Ancestry Realm.”
“In our Array Alliance, including the current chieftain, there are only a few people with Holy Ancestry Realm cultivation, but their array skills are not up to the standards required for Green Array Talismans.”
“If they were, our Array Alliance’s status in this sixth-tier star domain would be much higher than it is now…”
Before Luciano Muir could finish his sentence, Billy frowned slightly.
“Billy, what’s wrong?” Harleen noticed his unusual expression.
“Someone’s coming!” Billy replied.
“Someone’s coming?” Luciano Muir was puzzled.
Before he could finish speaking, a powerful oppressive aura swept in from outside the door.
“Who is it?” Stout frowned slightly.
“The incoming person has Holy Ancestry Realm cultivation. There shouldn’t be such powerful beings in Radiant City,” Billy said calmly.
“Chieftain Muir, have you offended someone?” Stout asked Luciano Muir.
“As far as I remember, no…” Luciano Muir shook his head.
“They might not be here for the Array Alliance!” Billy interrupted.
“What do you mean?” Stout looked at Billy. “Boss, do you mean they’re here for us?”
“Mr. Billy, come out! We know you’re in there!” Before Stout could finish speaking, a woman’s voice came from outside.
“Billy, are they from Enchant Realm?” Ivy asked.
“Most likely!” Billy nodded.
“Enchant Realm people?” Stout frowned again. “How did they find us so quickly?”
“You should ask Chieftain Muir!” Billy said again.
“Damn it!” Stout cursed at Luciano Muir. “Did your Array Alliance ally with Enchant Realm?”
“Mr. Billy, there must be some misunderstanding. The Array Alliance would never…” Luciano Muir frowned as well.
“We’ll see if it’s a misunderstanding when we go out!” Billy said as he stood up.
A moment later, they walked out to the courtyard and saw a dozen women in black landing in the central square.
Leading them was a woman who appeared to be in her forties but still retained her charm.
The dozen women behind her were all equally beautiful and graceful.
Billy quickly assessed their cultivation levels: the leading woman was third-rank Holy Ancestry Realm; two behind her were eighth-rank Entering Ancestry Realm; and the rest were Breaking Emptiness Realm.
“Emilie greets Mr. Billy!” The leading woman immediately recognized Billy and walked up to him with a slight bow. “I’ve long heard of Mr. Billy’s great name. It’s an honor to meet you today!”
“Enchant Realm people? You arrived quite quickly,” Billy said calmly.
“Mr. Billy is famous; finding you wasn’t difficult,” Emilie replied.
“If no one from the Array Alliance tipped you off, you wouldn’t have found us so quickly,” Billy continued.
“Mr. Billy, you misunderstand the Array Alliance; they had nothing to do with this,” Emilie said again.
“Is that so?” Billy narrowed his eyes slightly.
“Friends from Enchant Realm, Mr. Billy is our honored guest at the Array Alliance. Please…” Luciano Muir began to speak but was interrupted by Emilie with a cold voice from one of her subordinates: “If I were you, I’d keep quiet!”
Luciano Muir opened his mouth to say more but eventually closed it.
“Mr. Billy, Lady Jordyn invites you for a discussion. Please oblige us!”
“And if I refuse?” Billy asked.
“Mr. Billy, please don’t make things difficult for me,” Emilie smiled again. “Lady Jordyn means no harm; she just wants to make friends with Mr. Billy.”
“Is that so?” After a moment of thought, Billy turned to Harleen. “Harleen, you and Ivy and Stout go back to the inn first; I’ll go with them.”
“Billy, it’s too dangerous for you to go alone…” Harleen was worried.
“It’ll be fine!” Billy gave her a reassuring look.
“Alright then,” Harleen agreed after some thought and left with Ivy and Stout towards the inn.
“Lead the way,” Billy said to Emilie.
“Mr. Billy, please!” Emilie gestured invitingly.
Then they all took to the sky and left.
