Katie POV.
“Can I ride with Uncle Dylan?” I asked daddy William since he hadn’t put me down yet, and I didn’t want to go in the car with them, not in the stupid car seat again, I wanted to go with my uncle, he’s a lot more fun too stay with him in the car, and he drives like crazy too which is really fun.
“Hell no,” William says in a cold voice.
“Why not?” I ask him.
“Because he drives like crazy and you’re not safe in the car with him,” he says making me pout.
“I’m safe daddy, I’m a vampire too you know, I won’t die,” I assure him.
“Don’t talk about dying, and stop arguing, you’re not going anywhere with him,” he says in a cold voice now.
“You’re mean,” I say hurt by his words, I wanted to go with my uncle.
“We’ll meet back in the house, don’t worry, we live together now,” Dylan assures me that we’ll meet back in the house.
“Okay,” I finally agreed to be placed in the car seat and then driven off, he drove so slowly, and so safely, I liked Uncle Dylan’s driving better, he’s a lot more fun.
“Katie, do you like the school?” William asked me as he drove.
“Yeah, I do,” I say with a shrug, I have fun at school and I like spending time with my friends.
“So do you think you’re still learning things at school? I think you should graduate, how do you feel about that?” William asks me.
“I don’t feel like she’s learning, she’s more of a teacher now,” Mommy says making me giggle and nod.
“I’d love to graduate,” I say happily, I never got to graduate before, I watched my friends graduate and I even applauded for them, but now it’s my turn.
“You know if she graduates you have to stand there with her as her daddy,” mommy says with a smile.
“And why won’t you stand with her?” William asks her.
“Because I’m a teacher, I’ll be there handing you your diploma, she earned hers but you’ll get a fake one for looks,” Mommy says with a smile teasing him happily.
“Wow, thank you, girls, can I put my fake diploma on the wall next to my presidential diploma?” he asks us and I couldn’t help but laugh at him.
“Sure,” Mommy says still laughing.
“Remind me why did I stay here with you? I should’ve been the one riding with Dylan, at least he doesn’t make fun of me,” William says fake hurt making us laugh all over again at him, it’s funny to tease him.
“See Kitkat, we should keep him around, so we can bully him,” Mommy says laughing again and I agree with her.
“Just wait till we get home,” William warns us.
“Baby, what do you think of hiding over at Uncle Dylan’s place until daddy calms down?” Mommy says giggling.
“I’m not mad girls, you don’t need to hide,” he assures us.
“I want to play with Dylan,” I whine, mad or not, I loved my uncle.
“You can play with him sweetie,” daddy assures me, I close my eyes and enjoy the ride, we’re not too far away from the school, well we are, but not that far. He parked the car and then opened the door for me, he had to take me out of all the straps he had over me, and finally, he set me down on my feet, Dylan’s car was back before we did, so he must be here as well.
“Uncle Dylan,” I call out, walking inside the house, but he doesn’t answer me.
“Your uncle isn’t around here, let me take you to his part of the house,” William says picking me up and carrying me to the other side of the house, he calls for his brother using other words, not-so-nice words, but Dylan answers.
“I’m busy with my brat,” he calls back.
“Brat?” I repeat as another voice says offended.
“Yes, Victoria, the resident brat, come on Katie, you can meet her,” Dylan calls from one room, opening the door wide for me to come in.
“Hello,” I say walking into the room, I saw Dylan standing near a girl who was just as short as me, she had blond hair and green eyes, and she was holding Tiger, my kitty, how did he end up here?
“Sorry Katie, Tiger has found some company while we were out, I hope you don’t mind it,” Dylan says worriedly.
“It’s okay,” I assure him, I didn’t mind sharing my kitty, he needs to have friends too.
“He’s a good kitty, he only attacks daddy when he yells at me,” the girl Victoria says kissing the head of grumpy Tiger.
“Hi, I’m Katie,” I say saying hello to Victoria.
“Hi, I’m Viki,” she says trying to shake my hand but Tiger jumps out of her hand and runs out of the room.
“Kitty,” Victoria says looking at him as he runs off.
“It’s okay, let the cat go, Katie meet my full-time brat, Viki,” Dylan says introducing us.
“Not a brat,” she says turning to him.
“Brat,” Dylan says.
“Nu-uh,” she says shaking her head no.
“Uh-huh,” Dylan argues with her.
“Nu-uh,” Victoria says again.
“Uh-huh,” Dylan says arguing still.
“Nu-uh,”
“Uh-huh,”
“Nu-uh,”
“Uh-huh,”
“Nu-uh, nu-uh, Uncle William tell him,” she says as they keep on going back and forth, just talking the same words over and over again.
“I’m not getting in the middle of you two again, never again,” he says shaking his head at them.
“Why? We’re not that bad, aren’t we Viki?” Dylan says pulling the little brat toward him.
“You’re great with each other, and away from me,” William says with a smile.
“Does Uncle Dylan have other littles?” I whisper to William.
“Yes, he has another pet, Viki being the loudest,” he says making her pout yet again.
“Why are you mean to me uncle William?” she asked him her eyes watering, yes why was he so mean, I turned to him with a big frown.
“Don’t be mean to her,” I say and she nods, coming toward me and standing next to me.
“Fine, Dylan can you keep an eye on them two, I need to do some work,” William says.
“Sure, they can play together if they want,” Dylan says and we both nod, I wanted to get to know Viki some more.
“We’ll go outside, bye daddy, bye uncle,” Viki says holding my hand and guiding the way to the outside of the house, we couldn’t really leave, but we could play in the backyard, it’s an open space with safe toys for us.
“You want to sit on the swings?” Viki asks and I nod, we both make it there and take our seats, I use my feet to push myself back and forward.
“How old are you?” Viki asks me.
“I’m two, and you?” I answer her telling her my little age.
“I’m three, I’m a princess,” she says happily.
“Then why did they call you brat?” I ask.
“Cause being good is boring,” she says giggling.
“But you share Dylan?” I ask her.
“Mhm, with another boy, but I’m his princess,” she says happily.
“That’s nice, it’s me and mommy, I’m the baby,” I say blushing.
“You’re just a baby,” she says making the blush worse.
“Yes,” I agreed and kept on swinging back and forth.
“Uncle William is mean,” she says all of a sudden.
“Nu, he’s not,” I say, he wasn’t mean to me, well he is, but he’s trying not to be mean to me.
“Uh-huh, he scold me all the time,” she says, and seeing how she’s acting so far, I bet she deserves it.
“Maybe you deserve it?” I suggest and she looks at me angrily.
“Nu-uh, I’m not, I’m a good baby, your daddy is evil,” she argues.
“He’s not evil,” I say, I wasn’t sure how evil he was, but I knew he was not that evil.
“He is, he’ll spank you in no time,” she says.
“He won’t spank me,” I say blushing, mommy did it a couple of times, but never too hard, she said I’m too young for that even.
“He will,” Viki says nodding her head yes.
“No, he won’t mommy won’t let him,” I say feeling sure that mommy won’t let him do it.
“He’ll spank her too, he’s the boss,” she says, she loves arguing, I have noticed that very soon and we have just met, and she lives for the love of arguing.
“You just like arguing,” I say with a shake of my head.
“It’s very fun, you should try it,” she says happily.
“I don’t like arguing,” I say with a shrug.
“It’s fun though,” she says again, still arguing.
“Won’t your daddy spank you for arguing too much?” I ask her with a raised brow making her blush this time.
“He… heyyyy…” she says looking at me with a big pout, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at her, the way her whole face turned, that’s very funny.
“Friends?” I ask Victoria, I need the loud approval to make sure that we’re really friends and I’m not just thinking so.
“Yes, we’re friends,” she says with the same pout on her face, she’s not arguing with me, maybe that’s why she’s pouting.
“Even if he spank me, he doesn’t do it too hard,” she argues, and I giggled, she just wants to argue and she’s right it’s really fun.
“I’m sure he doesn’t,” I tease her.
“I’m just a baby too,” she says blushing.
“Yes, you are a baby,” I agree with her, she’s my friend who’s a baby.
