Stella POV.
“We should take her home,” Milo says.
“Why? She needs to learn her boundaries and her brat’s boundaries, she can’t act out and expect us to just go with it,” James says.
‘Next he’ll want to spank us,’ Wolfie says to me and I tried really hard to push her to the side, but the bitch was strong, much stronger than me and here I was trying really hard to push her away.
“I’d really love to teach you a lesson brat, but it’s not going to be a physical one,” James says.
“Aren’t you going to help?” she asks Milo.
“Of course I’ll help you love, once he’s done with you, I’ll give you all the cuddles you want, make it up for you,” Milo says with a wink.
“Now little miss, eyes on me,” James says and I did everything but looking at him, I looked around the place we’re in, are most of the people here human or wolves? Can they hear our chat? I don’t want anyone to hear, if they hear I will bite their heads off.
“Stella, eyes, on, me,” James says each word after a small pause, making me look at him with a frown.
“What do you want?” I ask him with the same frown on my face.
“I want you to look at me,” he says and I looked down at his nose, his lips, everywhere but his eyes, but I’m looking at him, I’m being very smart here.
“Smart, but my eyes are up here, look me in the eyes Stella,” James says in a very firm voice, I like calling it daddy’s voice, it’s nothing like the alpha voice, it’s ten times worst, it’s the voice that makes me obey him every time, he keeps telling me that he’s not an alpha anymore, since he doesn’t have a pack any longer, but he’s my daddy.
“Now what?” I ask with a pout, I’m looking him in the eyes.
“Now you listen,” he says and I shrugged, I’ll listen sure, but that doesn’t mean that I’ll obey him or do whatever he’s going to tell me to do.
“Who told Stella about the party?” he asks me.
“Her stupid brother,” I say.
“One, now I’m gonna ask again, who told Stella? And if you keep on being rude to me you’re not going to like the outcome,” he warns me.
“Fine, Finn did,” I say and he smiles.
“There we go, good girl. Now tell me what’s about the party that got you so mad?” he asks me.
“You freaking liars,” I spit at them.
“What do you think Milo count this as two?” James asks Milo, who looked very amused, looking at our chat.
“She didn’t really swear, call it half,” Milo says, I didn’t understand what they were counting for, but Stella wanted to hide and knew nothing is going to come out of it, while Wolfie loved the challenge.
“Now again, why are you mad at us?” James asks me.
“You lied to us, you didn’t tell us about the party,” Wolfie says, with a giant pout on her face, she might be an angry wolf, but it’s still me, and I on the other hand have a pouty face, and I don’t like the way they are treating us.
“We didn’t lie, we just haven’t brough the party up yet, that’s not a bad thing, you shouldn’t be so mad about it,” James says trying to make it up to us.
“You didn’t tell me, which makes it a lie,” Wolfie says, it’s true, hiding is the equivalent of lying.
“We didn’t lie, we just didn’t tell you yet because we didn’t know if you’d be interested in going or not, Wolfie is hard to handle sometimes, and there’s going to be a lot of the pack members, and you don’t always agree with everyone,” James says.
“So you’re embarrassed of me,” I say, now that hurt even more, “You jerks!” I say hurt, ready to leave, I even got up, but Milo held my hand and pulled me back down.
“Keep it down,” Milo warns.
“That’s two and half, but then you tried getting away, another half, so three,” James says and I gave him a glare that said die.
“We’re not embarrassed of you, have no reason to and would never be, you’re Milo’s soul, this makes you the Luna, and a Luna is someone that show up and love,” James says.
“I’m Milo’s soul, and he’s an alpha, but you keep telling me you’re not an alpha, so I’m not your Luna, nothing to show up and love,” I say repeating his words after him.
“You’re also my soul, and I’m an ex alpha, do you know what happens to ex alphas?” he asks me and I shrugged, I had no idea what would happen to them, they become not alpha? Get thrown out?
“Guess,” Milo says, looking at me with a very patient look, he’s the one who could wait for me until tomorrow, until I finally calm down and talk back to him.
“They move into other places? Become ex alphas?” I ask them.
“That’s if we grew old and allowed our kids to take charge, that’s what alpha Jayden is going to end up doing, but that doesn’t apply to alphas like me,” he says.
“Alphas like you? You mean jerks?” I ask him.
“That’s four,” James warns me.
“Then what?” I ask him.
“An alpha who lost his whole pack, did you see what happened back there?” he asks me and I shook my head no, we only saw him, we went there to save him and we did it.
“Nothing, there was the evil people who followed us,” I say, remembering my trip with Theo, does he miss me?
“When vampires take over, they attack the whole pack, they don’t show mercy, and they don’t play fair, they shot people while they were asleep, they put me in a cage and made me run, they had me free only so they could hunt me, but you interfered.
“How bad of us, should’ve left you behind,” Wolfie spat in a hurtful voice, but she was happy that we saved him, she doesn’t imagine her life without him and neither do I.
“You should count that as five, she hurt my feelings,” Milo says.
“Nah, she’ll say sorry for that one,” James says and I rolled my eyes at them, that’s not nice, but whatever, we’ll deal with it later.
“Whatever,” I say.
“Back to me little one, when a wolf like me lose his pack and his whole world, we go down with our packs, I’m supposed to die,” he says and I frown, I don’t want him to die, I went to save him, well we went and saved him, I can’t let Theo out of it.
“I don’t want you to die,” I say with a big pout, even Wolfie doesn’t want him dead, we both like him, we want to be able to keep him for a while longer at least.
“I don’t want to die either, but you know the real reason I’m still alive, and I refuse to fall down?” he asks me and I shrugged.
“Because you’re a cocky jerk?” I say.
“Five,” he growls at me, which made me giggle, it’s really funny to tease him.
“Fine, what then, you don’t want to lose your progress in candy crush?” I ask him, which made Milo laugh.
“It’s you, idiot, I’m only alive for you, I’m only here for you, if it wasn’t for you little one, I would have let the vampires kill me, I don’t have a reason to be alive, just you,” he says which made my heart beat, then skip a beat, then beat fast again, that was nice of him.
“Thank you, but one for you, you called me idiot, that’s not nice,” I say counting for him for a change now.
“You can count all you want little one, but we’ll see who’s the one who’s gonna win,” he answers me making Milo chuckle yet again.
“He’s too happy, you should count for him too,” I say with a big pout.
“I’ll deal with him in private,” James assures me.
“Great, she won’t be the only one with a sore but by the end of the night,” Milo whines.
“Hey! I didn’t do anything,” Wolfie says, she’s starting to pull back, she’s ready to give me control back.
“So that put you in a place where you’re his Luna, and you’re the reason I’m alive, do you still think we would be embarrassed by you?” he asks me again.
“Then why didn’t you tell me?” I ask him again, still hurt.
“Because we didn’t know if you want to go, there’s going to be wolves around there, and not just us, there’s going to be ones that have shifted recently and they still learning control, same as you,” James says.
“So you’re worried I might bite someone’s head off?” I ask him next.
“I’m worried that you won’t obey us when we expect you to,” James says.
“I’m not a kid,” I say offended again.
“You’re not a kid, we agreed on that Stella, we both know that, but you’re a little, and being a little is a lot different than being a little, Wolfie, she’s only a puppy, like it or not, you’re a baby, and it’s our job to take care of your puppy,” James says in a firm voice.
“I’m not a puppy, I’m a big bad wolf,” I answer him.
“Of course you are, but when around us, you’re our little girl, and we love taking care of our little girl,” Milo says, his hand going toward my face, making me and Wolfie melt, we loved his touch. James tried to do the same, they had me sandwiched between them again, it’s how things usually are, I’m always stuck in the middle, when James finger’s got close to my mouth, I tried to bite him, I wasn’t playing nice.
“How come around him, you’re a nice puppy, and when I do it, you bite me?” he asks me.
“He doesn’t count when talking to me,” I answer him.
“Right, do you want to eat first then deal with your five? Or deal with your five and then eat?” he asks me.
“I want to eat, skip the five,” Wolfie says.
“Oh that’s not going to happen Wolfie, you’re getting the five, and I mean you not Stella,” James promises me, no it was more of a threat.
“Milo,” I turn to him, even Wolfie knows that he could save us from anything,
“Don’t you dare Milo,” James warn him.
“Sorry baby, but I did promise you a lot of hugs and cuddles later,” Milo says.
“Save them traitor,” those were my brave last words before I received five, and I mean five very painful, and I had to count them, five slaps to the bum, and I did run to Milo for hugs and cuddles afterwards.
