Stella POV.
My wolf has finally did it, she decided to make connections with me, I think she was forced to, James wasn’t very nice to us, and so she took control and answered him, the biggest problem was the fact that she wants and tries to take control around James and he ends up being mad at me and not her.
“Wolfie, stop it,” We agreed on calling her Wolfie, we couldn’t agree on a better name, I suggested brat, and idiot, and meanie, but she hated all of them, so I call her Wolfie.
‘Stop what? Daddy James can suck it,’ Wolfie answers me through a bond we share together, she talks to me from my head, I’m hearing voices and everyone is too happy about it, very proud of it.
Theo was still MIA, he’s not answering me, or the two alphas, we all tried talking to him, we tried connecting to him, but the feeling of being left behind, of being abandoned never left me, it hurts, a lot being ignored and forgotten.
“Sister, you should start learning to talk to your wolf in a low voice, a much lower voice,” Finn says coming into my room, I’m having hard time deciding on what to wear, the winter has passed and now we have went in the summer clothes category, I’m loving every minute of my life in here, except for Theo, I’m still missing that jerk.
“I’m happy like this,” I answer Finn, I’m happy talking to her out loud.
“Dad is going to hear you,” he warns me but I just shrugged, so what if he hears me, he already thinks that I’m his crazy daughter.
“He thinks I’m insane, I’m just adding to his doubts,” I answer him.
“Stop it before I give him the number of the nearest psych wards,” Finn warns me.
“Whose side are you even on?” I ask him, we’ve been fighting a lot lately, I don’t know what happened but we turned form being sibling that love each other to ones that keeps on fighting.
“I’m on the side of not having you thrown in a room with padding for walls,” he says.
“Fine, what are you doing here?” I ask him next, he never comes into my room anymore, only to fight mostly.
“I’m here to offer peace,” Finn says.
“What kind of peace?” I ask him with a pout on my face, I didn’t want to keep on fighting, but he’s the one who keeps on pushing me to the edge.
“There’s this party, I’m sure the alphas told you all about it,” he says with a shrug.
“What party? No one tells me anything Finn, you know that,” I whined, no one tells me anything, not at home, and not at the pack house, I’m still avoiding the other royals, they don’t like me and I don’t like them back.
“Really Stella? You’re the soul of two wolves, the two alphas, how come no one tells you? Bailey tells me everything and we’re not even friends, but I guess she likes having someone to listen to her, she talks a lot,” Finn whines.
“Who’s Bailey?” I ask him, I had no idea which one that was.
“The girl with blue hair, she’s my age,” he says, I have seen her in the pack house before.
“She doesn’t tell me things,” I say with a shrug, she tells my brother, but not me.
“Well you should get to know her, and the others, she’s not the only one that loves talking,” he says making me roll my eyes at him.
“The pack doesn’t like me much,” I whined.
“The pack is scared of us, soul of two alphas, we’ll bite them,” Wolfie took control and she talked through my mouth.
“Wolfie, how nice of you, now I know why everyone is terrified of you,” Finn says with an eye roll.
“You should be scared too,” Wolfie says.
“Nah, I’m her brother, she’d take control before letting you hurt me,” Finn says, and that’s the reason we fight too often lately, I’m not in charge, Wolfie takes control and she’s trying to start a war or something, she likes starting fights.
“She’s a weak bitch,” Wolfie says and I finally managed to take back my control, pushing her back was hard, although I hold three souls inside of me, plus my own, Wolfie feels soulless, she doesn’t obey, she doesn’t hold back, and she’s always out for blood.
“I’m sorry Finn,” I apologize to my brother.
“It’s okay Stella, and I’m sorry I’ve been keeping my distance, but Wolfie doesn’t like anyone much, and Cici thought it’s better to give her time to get used to this life,” Finn says.
“What life?” I ask him, it’s my life and I’m getting used to it, I’m the one who should be acting out not my brat of a wolf.
“Calesti says that wolves who are souls, when they come in, they need to be taught the rules and shown who’s in charge, and since you have more than one wolf, they need to show her who’s in charge, hence why they tell you it’s easier to get in headspace,” he says.
“What’s your headspace?” I ask him.
“Little, sometimes a puppy, and others just me,” Finn says with a shrug.
“And your wolf?” I ask him.
“Oh we named him froggy, and he’s the nicest but Wolfie scares the hell out of him,” he says, another reason why we’ve been keeping distance from each other.
“Wow, I wanna meet him now,” I whined.
‘No!’ Wolfie yells in my head, I ignored her.
“Sooo about the party, you wanna come?” he asks me again.
“You have to explain it to me first,” I beg him, I still have no idea what party we’re talking about.
“Remember the bonfire we went to?” he asks and I nod my head yes.
“Yeah,” I say that was a fun night, the wolves loves to celebrate.
“They have a party every season, including the summer celebration, so it’s a big party that’s going to happen, and everyone would be there. They should’ve told you,” Finn says.
“I don’t know why they didn’t tell me, I’ll have to ask,” I say with a big pout on my face.
“Probably worried of Wolfie, she’s a bitch you know,” Finn says.
“I know,” I groaned.
I still had to pick my clothes, I’m having terrible time picking, I want something to make me look pretty, but also something that would be comfortable, Milo and James are taking me out, they do that very often, but they’re not taking me to the said party, are they too embarrassed about me?
‘You should wear the bikini as a top, or maybe the shortest short with just a bra,’ Wolfie chimes in again, those weren’t anything that I could wear they aren’t my style or my preferred clothing.
“We’re going to get lunch, I don’t think that would work,” I say out loud.
“Who are you talking to?” Finn asks me.
“The bitch,” I groaned and then get back to my closet.
“Wear your baby blue dress then, you always look pretty in that one,” Finn says.
“Thank you, what else would I do without you?” I say making him chuckle.
“You’d suffer,” Finn teases me.
“Thank you very much brother,” I say with an eye roll.
I finished getting ready and Milo picked me up from the house, he complimented my clothes as always, he always says I looked good and I believed him, James on the other hand, he’d say I look nice even when I’m wearing Milo’s hoodie and having my hair all messed up, so I say he’s lying most days.
“Where’s James?” I ask him.
“He’ll meet us there,” he answers me.
“Okay, I need to ask you something,” I say wanting to talk to him without James, since he’s the nicer one who’d be nicer to me no matter what.
“Ask away baby,” Milo says with a big smile on his face.
“I was told that there’s a party, a summer party,” I say, hoping he’d elaborate.
“We love partying, and the season changing, we love to party, shift, and how to the summer moon, they say the summer’s moon is the one where some souls shift,” he says.
“Uhhh…and we’re not going?” I ask him.
“We can go if you want to,” he answers me.
“But you don’t want me to go,” I say accusing him of refusing to let me go, is it because I have no control over Wolfie?
“No, Lil-star, it’s not like that, I didn’t even think of the party, it’s just going to happen, if you want to go, we can go, and if not we can skip, there’s not much behind the story,” Milo says but I was very pissed at him, so I stayed quiet during the rest of the drive.
“Are you okay,” he asks me and I just shrug, we joined James and we all went inside the restaurant, did I mention they’re taking me on a date, Milo thinks it’s best to court me so we’d have a relationship.
“What’s the pout for? What did you do?” James asks, then turns to Milo with a raised brow.
“I didn’t do anything, and you can ask her,” Milo says with a shrug.
“What’s going on?” James asks me again, and I have made my mind not to tell him anything.
‘You should tell them that they’re idiots and need to treat you better,’ Wolfie scolds me.
‘I’m not going to ask them to take me to a party that they don’t want to take me to,’ I say trying to think the words so only she could hear me.
‘If you’re not going to tell me, I’ll tell them,’ Wolfie says and I tried to pull her back to make her not say anything.
And our inner fight got worse, she made me shake and shiver as I’m trying to hold her back and she’s trying to come out, the fight got worse, and then all I saw was blackness.
“Let her go you brat!” I heard James order in a cold voice.
“She’s too shy to say it, so I’m gonna be taking charge,” Wolfie says from my mouth.
“Let her go, we don’t deal with her like that,” James scold again.
“Right, we just hide things from her, we hide the party because you’re too embarrassed of her,” Wolfie says and I agreed with her.
“That’s not true,” Milo says right away with a big pout on his face.
“Save it pretty boy, you didn’t even tell us about it, instead her stupid brother told us,” she says, she didn’t have to offend Finn.
“Wolfie, let Stella back in charge so we can talk to her,” James says.
“No,” Wolfie growls.
“You act like you have her possessed,” James says with an eye roll at us, not nice, both me and the brat agreed on that.
