Stella POV.
“Where you going?” I whined as Theo was leaving the bed, he looked pissed, but it’s too early for him to be that pissed, no one had the time to piss him off yet, but who knows, maybe Theo had a bad dream and woke up pissed. He ignored me and went out of my window, it was too early for me to wake up and deal with his grumpiness, I went back to sleep, I closed my eyes and fell back asleep.
I woke up later to mom sitting on the bed next to me, I didn’t open my door, how did she come in? I looked at her confused, how did she make it in here?
“Your wolf unlocks the door when he gets out,” she says and my eyes went wild, how did she know?
“Mom?” I say it was too early for this.
“Your uncle..” she says.
“My uncle is a wolf?” I ask her, is that how she knows?
“No, idiot, that would make me a wolf too, your uncle is a soul of one of them, and so I know about wolves, I could see it, when I asked your alpha about it two weeks ago, he came clean, why else do you think that you’re allowed to sleep with them?” she says with a chuckle.
“You knew and didn’t tell me?” I ask her hurt.
“You didn’t need to know yet,” she says with a smile on her face.
“Anything else you’re hiding from me?” I ask her with a raised brow.
“Keep it down with your father,” she warns me.
“I didn’t do anything, he hates one of my wolves, and I’m not very sexual,” I say with a shrug, I wasn’t sexual at all.
“If you had wolf sex, we’d hear,” she says with a chuckle.
“How do you know?” I ask her.
“Your uncle,” she repeats and I blush, I didn’t need to know that about my uncle, I loved him, but now I’m looking at him with another view, one that I didn’t need to.
“Noted,” I say turning fully red, “Why did you tell me?” I ask her next.
“I thought you should know that I know by now,” she explains to me and I nod.
“Thank you mom, how bad is it with dad?” I ask her just to be sure.
“Sweetie, you’re forever his number one girl, since the day you were born, I lost the number one with him,” she says with a chuckle.
“You mad at me?” I ask her to be sure.
“Nah, I don’t mind sharing, you’re part of me, and Finny is my number one boy,” she says with a smile.
“Thanks, mom,” I say to her, as she leaves my room, I checked my phone and saw that Milo had a couple messages sent to me, inviting me for breakfast over their place.
‘Dad is mad at me, better not.’ I answer him.
‘We’ll wait,’ he finally messages me.
I decided to have breakfast with my family, trying to smooth things with my dad who was pissed still, I gave my best kitten eyes at James has put it trying to get him to be a bit less angry and it worked, I even offered to make him his favorite breakfast along with coffee.
“I trust you Stella, but don’t run around with older boys,” dad warns me.
“Of course not dad, I’ll just spend time with my brother,” I assure him, my brother is where Cici is, and where she is, is where Milo is, it’s a full circle.
“Good, I want you two to be safe,” Dad orders, and we assure him that we’ll both be safe, I wanted to check on James, I wanted to talk to him again.
“We’re always safe dad,” Finn assures him, of course he’s safe when he’s around Calesti, she’s like a mommy to him and she refuses to let him go, she’s worse than Milo and Theo combined.
“Finny, I have a question,” I ask him when it’s just the two of us, we’re waiting for Cici to come and get us.
“Yes?” he answers me.
“Did mom tell you?” I ask him, if she told me, she’s most likely has told my brother as well.
“Yeah, she did,” he says and I looked at him with a raised brow.
“And?” I say waiting for the rest, I hoped he’d told me some extra, some more.
“She only told me so, two days ago, we agreed on telling you, when I told her you have two wolves, she was terrified but I told her you’re not sexual, she was relieved, her own words were ‘Now she has three fathers to worry about her,'” Finn says and laugh at me, he laughed so much, while I rolled my eyes at him, that’s not funny.
“Not funny,” I say with a big pout.
“Your pout makes it even better,” Finn says happily.
“When is Cici coming?” I ask him, or I could call Theo and ask him to come and get me.
“She’s on her way,” he answers me.
“You’re not even texting her,” I say noticing that he didn’t use his phone even.
“We’re good in the bond, it’s very easy to talk to her there,” Finn says with a shrug.
“Show off,” I answer him with the same pout.
“Not my fault, you need to focus more,” he says and I glared at him not funny.
“I heard you saved the hot alpha,” Cici says as I got in her car.
“We did, me and Theo,” I answer her.
“Why did you do it?” she asks me next.
“For Milo of course,” I answer her.
“Of course, is it true he’s as hot as everyone says?” she ask me, making Finn growls, it’s the first time I hear him make that kind of noise, he’s jealous, it’s funny.
“He is very handsome,” I answer her which made her smile and continue driving.
“I’ll kill him,” Finn threatens from behind, he has never threatened anyone, not until now.
“Calm down, I’m only messing with you,” she says with a chuckle, but that wasn’t the nicest way to mess with anyone, especially my brother.
“Careful Cici or you’re gonna have a long time trying to make it up for him,” I warn her.
“He loves me, we can fangirl together over the new alpha,” she promises him.
“Fine,” Finn says, it’s so easy for him to forgive her, but hard for him to forgive me for eating the last pancake. How is that fair?
“You coming with us? To Theo’s? Or the hot alphas?” Calesti asks me next.
“Alphas,” I say deciding to go over their place.
“You got a deal, send us hot pics so we can watch them later,” Cici says dropping me over, I walked right in, as always I was praying to find the luna, alpha, or even Jasper, anyone but the royals in the house, no luck today.
“What are you doing here?” a girl from the royals asks me, her name is Abigail, and she’s my personal worst nightmare, she told me numerous times that she hates me and I believe her.
“I’m here for Milo,” I say although I didn’t have to give her any explanation, but she acts as if she owns the house.
“You got the alpha and Theo, what else do you want? James?” she growls at me.
“I didn’t…” I start but she cut me off.
“I know you’re going to try to get him, so don’t you dare,” she says, and I looked at her with wide eyes, unable to to answer or say anything, my mouth opened but no words came out of my mouth.
“And do you always talk to your future Luna like that?” James asks coming from behind me.
“She’s not my Luna,” Abigail says in a cold voice.
“And does Milo know that? That you don’t respect his soul? And does Theo knows? From what I saw he has a temper, I’m sure he won’t be too happy once she goes and tell him the truth,” James says from behind me.
“Alpha James,” she says looking at him with wide eyes, trying to pretend to be innocent, but it wasn’t working too well.
“I’m not your alpha, that means I shouldn’t be holding back, I could just beat your ass and let Milo work with the rest,” he says getting closer to me, pulling me behind him now.
“Alpha James, I didn’t…she didn’t…tell him Sarah,” she says.
“Who’s Sarah?” I ask her the same time as James answered her.
“Her name is Stella, you better learn your luna’s name before words go out to her wolves,” James growls at her, she nods and run off, she actually ran off.
“You didn’t have to do that,” I tell James, I should be able to fight my own fights, I shouldn’t be waiting for help, for everyone to stand up for me when needed.
“I had to do that, and if she ever talks like that to you again, tell Milo, or Theo, fuck tell me, and I’ll be there for you,” James promises me.
“Thank you but you don’t have to,” I say again.
“I don’t mind doing that, I’ll be here for you Stella, little princess,” he says making me turn bloody red.
“Where’s Milo?” I ask him, deciding to go hide in his arms, or maybe Luna Amelia’s hands.
“He’s in his room, still sleeping,” he says with a smile on his face, I went toward Milo’s room, as James stayed in the kitchen, I went right to his room, I don’t have to knock, Milo keeps saying that I’m welcome inside his room.
I opened the door and walked in, Milo was still in bed snoring, so I went to annoy him and wake him up, I jumped on top of his giving him a hug.
“Hey, Lil-Star,” Milo says both hands going around me hugging me tight.
“Why you’re still sleeping?” I scold him.
“I had a long night,” he answers me.
“Do you wanna wake up or I go spend time with Luna Amelia,” I ask him, I could go.
“I want you to stay,” he says kissing my cheeks all over making me blush.
“What are we going to do today?” I ask him.
“We’re going to have a chat,” he says, making me pout.
“What about?” I ask him.
“You’ll find out soon,” he assures me kissing the top of my head again.
“Close your eyes,” he says.
“Okay,” I obey right away, he pulled me off him, placing me on the bed and he went toward the bathroom, I didn’t understand why the eyes closing, but I did what he asked me to.
Milo got ready and James joined us in his room, they had me sitting in the middle between them as they shared a look, what’s going on?
“What’s going on?” I ask them out loud.
“We need to tell you the truth,” Milo starts.
“Okay?” I say looking at them with worry, are they giving me up?
“I think…no I’m sure of it,” James says.
“You’re sure of?” I ask him when he stops.
“You hold my soul…” James says.
“Am I a soul bank or something?” I say unable to believe them.
“You’re special,” Milo says.
“The goddess Celine has you as her favourite,” James says, but I didn’t believe either of them, but I couldn’t deny the feelings I’m having toward James, I didn’t even know him, and still I wanted to go and save him.
