CHAPTER 125

Book:I Have Your Sons, Mr. CEO Published:2024-9-2

It was a moment of absolute silence, the two occupants of the room , both dazed, stared at each other briskly for the next few seconds but had followed.
For Antonia she was trying to Process it all at once and it felt so difficult as her soul was filled with so many questions at that moment, should she run?
It was most definitely the last thing she wanted to do but the more she stood there watching him, the more she felt that need to do something so badly.
“Antonia.”He called her name again.
This time it was crystal clear that she wasn’t thinking about it. In her head, his eyes were right there wife open and all she could think about was the blood running through her veins at an insane speed.
For the other -Christian, all of these were a bit harder to process, he was in a state of uncertainty confused of what to do or rather what to say.
He tried playing all the events at the back of his mind slowly, what could he remember?
It was difficult processing all at once when he opened his eyes to lol around most definitely he hadn’t expected to find himself in such a place and for the moment being all he did was try to understand why he was there on the bed
Antonia startled by the entire scenario that was unfolding right In Front of her had her heart in her mouth, she was most definitely shocked about it all, all she tried to do was take the situation much more slowly while thinking about what to do and the rest way to solve it at the moment, she could feel her heart ricocheting wildly, but if there was anything more … She was excited that he was alive!
Dashing out of the room in a manner that left him all startled, she returns with a doctor.
The moment was getting more crazy in his head, Antonia picks up her phone to call the last person on the list, one that had watched his bed all throughout the whole that he had paid there desolate.
She changes her mind and smirked hard, she might do a lot of crazy things but calling Laura was definitely something she wouldn’t consider
Antonia felt excited, does that mean she had him back?
The entire situation left her rather hysterical, her heart was racing wildly, her mind gave this bang on room that threatened to rip out the roofs if she screamed.
Yet she didn’t, all she did was watch the man who was being checked, who apparently didn’t understand anything in the room or didn’t even try to see if Laura was there.
She just takes the moment for it , her thoughts quickened at the endless possibilities of all these happening, she had thought it was absolute yet there could be something in it for her, she might have her Man back.
The doctor stands back.”Partial amnesia.”
She stood back while trying to process everything, probably wondering if it was a curse or blessing, she couldn’t make up her mind on which as it left her in a more absolute state.
Her mouth forms in a small ‘o’ as the words as the words hit her over and over again.
“I understand you are shocked but he is going to be fine, he just needs to be around people that understand him …He will get his memories back.”
She was still trying to process all that was being said. It couldn’t arrive at a point, she thought about it slowly as her soul felt as though ripped open by the unforeseen circumstances.
She was dazzled, dumbfounded into silence as well as she replayed it slowly in her head.
“But he called my name.”She muttered.
“Does that mean he can’t remember anything, like anything at all?”She questioned.
She couldn’t understand why she asked but it made perfect sense to the back of her mind, she enjoyed every thrilling feeling it left her in mind.
“Are you not going to call the other one that has been here, I am sure she’d be so excited to head down here.”The doctor adds in.
She had to be quick with whatever thought that was filling up her mind, she just wouldn’t let him call, with all the thoughts at the back of her mind the last thing she would want was a call that would put everything again in danger.
She cuts him off a she reaches for the phone
“Don’t.”
“Don’t?”He didn’t expect her response. He doesn’t even know why she decided to be quiet about all of this but except that it felt right seeing she just woke, he thought he would just let it slide and watch him more relaxed.
“Don’t ask too many questions.”The doctor muttered and walked out.
While trying to process all that was happening at once, she was left confused by the situation yet again.
After she was so brave to walk out of this the first time would it make any more sense trying to get back to it?
She was confused. More confused than the man that had started taking another nap as he felt too thrilled to communicate.
A Lot of questions was running both in their mind but there was most definitely one she was trying to keep In check..
And now, the devil at the back of her mind was whispering in her ear what to do, she had to act fast – her mind was more twisted than it had started the day.
A while back she was centered on getting out of town but now that she thought about it she didn’t know how to leave now.
As it was, the entire situation feels more or less like a puzzle and it was more layered and complex than she. imagined.
It’s a shame she doesn’t know he was thinking the same thing where he laid, Christian could feel that glitch even as he shut his eyes something was wrong but what?
She finally checks her phone after putting it off for so long, it did leave a stain of guilt in her mind when she saw that she had one missed call from Laura, and one new text from her as well that beeps as soon as she was about to drop It again.
Are you alright… Is everything fine?
I will be coming late…
She read the text again.
It’s stupid, really, how she could feel her heart beating so wildly again.
Should she just fucking tell her.
But the anxiety is short-lived as she reminds herself of who Laura was- a rival, a woman that had destroyed her home.
No matter how badly she may want to tell her, speaking about it was off limits.
None of this is fair, but such is life
Antonia drops her phone, she smirks hard again. If she wanted to do this, she had to do it right.
It felt evil and absolute but it was the best thing to do.
