The reporters looked at each other incredulously, with one thought flowing through their minds.
“Are they identical twins?”
“I don’t remember her having any twin,” said one reporter.
“From what I know, she doesn’t have a twin.”
“Why would she appear here and now? Is there a fake identity?”
All those inward questions wouldn’t be answered until he made a move to interview them personally. About half of the reporters went over to the new arrival, while the other half hurled another question to the other pair. A smile was plastered on their faces as they faced the reporters, so it was hard to tell what was going on in their minds at that moment. Normally in such a situation they expected to see hostilities between them, or angry expressions if they were unaware they had a replica of themselves. But their reaction was off the charts; it seemed there was a secret mind game going on between them.
“Is she your twin?” one of the reporters asked the checkered-dressed Ivy Hale, and her reply only intensified their curiosity.
“No.”
“Do you know who she is?”
There was no reply this time around; her gaze was fixed on her replica with a smile.
The speculations going through their heads were wild. Three articles wouldn’t be enough to spread the stunning news…
The new arrival stood in silence, staring at her image. Even when the reporters were pestering her for answers, she remained unfazed by the tons of questions.
“Why are you only making an appearance now? Is there a reason for this?”
“Are you the real Ivy Hale? Is that why you made a dramatic entrance?”
Despite their silence, the reporters kept pressing on. Ivy didn’t come to answer their questions; she was only there for a particular reason and she had achieved her purpose with her appearance to the public.
Her driver opened the car, and she strolled herself into the back seat, but not without sending a message across to Irene, the so-called only family member she had. Looking at the smirk visible on her face, Irene shook her head in realization. Irene wouldn’t stop until she ended up with nothing. And she didn’t plan on letting her win or attacking her directly; she was going to beat her in her own game without taking drastic actions, because there was a huge difference between both of their personalities.
“Who the hell is that imposter? She is putting up a facade in front of the media,” Susan was obviously annoyed. “And why didn’t you say anything to those reporters? I thought you came here to prove you are actually the real Ivy Hale. It looks as if you just came to share the limelight.”
Ivy chuckled. “Did you really think I showed up uninvited to prove I am Ivy Hale with just the word of my mouth, Susan? Why are your thoughts not aligned with mine?”
Susan thought for a while. If Ivy didn’t show herself to the media now at the press conference where the imposter would be making her first appearance, many would mistake her as the imposter when she finally made her comeback.
“I think I get it now. But what is your next course of action?”
“I need to secure a role; I don’t have time to flutter over an identity crisis,” Ivy nonchalantly said, scrolling through her phone.
Susan smiled. “This isn’t the same Ivy I remembered.”
The news didn’t take time before it broke out, leaving netizens agape.

[Terrifying resemblance to Ivy Hale: Who is the real Ivy of three years ago…]
The news brought a lot of speculations about their resemblance. Many assumed they were twins, while some believed one must be an imposter. After all, they knew Ivy doesn’t have a twin. Even if she does, why would the two appear at the press release, and which one of them was the real Ivy they knew?
Many of Ivy’s fans were left stunned by the two photos released by the media. They studied the two photos but couldn’t find an outstanding differentiation between the two.
“This is nerve-racking. I really can’t find the difference between the two of them.”
“Ivy has a twin!”
“Do doppelgangers exist?”
“We were celebrating her comeback, and now this. Is this a comeback for Ivy, or a new star aka ‘Ivy lookalike’ arising? This is confusion!”
It was indeed a swift turn of gossip.
[‘She is not my twin’; One of the Ivys denied they had no relationship. Who is the imposter?]
Immediately after this article was released, the gossip was turned up to another level.
“The imposter must be trying to use Ivy’s fame to create hype.”
“They need to carry out investigations; this will affect Dimple’s career.”
“I’m totally speechless. I was initially happy for her comeback, but now I don’t know if I should be happy anymore.”
“The competition in the industry is too frightening.”

“Sir,” Bryan, Zack’s personal assistant, showed him the new hot topic relating to the actress in his home.
“She is in the headlines again,” Zack said, not giving the phone a glance. He didn’t need to look at it to know who stirred up the netizens.
“Do you want to take legal actions on her behalf, Sir?”
“No,” Zack wasn’t bothered. He knew Ivy had her own way of dealing with any issues concerning her career, and it was also her family troubles that he knew she would like to solve on her own this time around.
When he arrived home, Ivy was busy on the phone with her manager. As she noticed him, she smiled. It seems she was taking the couple thing seriously.
“I’ll call you back. Welcome, hubby, how was your day?” She said as she placed her phone on the sofa.
“Very productive, and yours.”
“Also productive,” she said as she stood and helped him take off his suit.
Zack didn’t mind. If she wants to play a good wife, no problem.
“You mean the media aspect?”
“Hm um,” Ivy replied. She got the results she wanted, so it was very yielding.
Zack sat beside her and asked the question he would like to know the answers to.
“How do you plan on dealing with your sister? If I was in your shoes, the matter would have been resolved with the snap of my fingers. I don’t shy away from using extreme means…
