What the hell was that?
She immediately threw it away. Getting off her bed, she grabbed her phone and ran towards the balcony.
Sachin exited the bathroom. Seeing that she was running towards the balcony, he moved to stop her. However, before he could even speak up, she had already rushed to the balcony, closing the door in the process.
It was as if a giant monster was chasing her.
Sachin shook his head in laughter. He walked to the bed and noticed that there was a puddle of red on the grey bedsheet.
His arrow-like brows fell into a frown as he walked over. Focusing on the bedsheet, his eyes filled with amusement.
So that was why she had run away so speedily.
On the balcony, Rosiley roared at the woman on the other end of the phone. “Ying Xiaoxiao, what the hell was that gift?”
On the other end, Ying Xiaoxiao chuckled. “Why? I am quite thoughtful, right?”
“Thoughtful my ass!” Rosiley was angry and hence she chided her.
“What will Sachin think about me if he sees it?”
She didn’t want Sachin to misunderstand her.
Ying Xiaoxiao was nonchalant. “Never mind. He will thank us for being thoughtful.”
“Ying Xiaoxiao!” Rosiley roared out angrily.
Seeing that she was truly raging, Ying Xiaoxiao had to reply sheepishly, “Hurry up and hide it so your husband won’t see it.”
“Hide it? To prevent him from seeing it?”
Rosiley’s pupils widened in shock. Damn! It was still on the bed. She had been in such a hurry to scold her friend that she had forgotten to put the object away.
There was no time to chat with Ying Xiaoxiao anymore. She quickly hung up and rushed into the room.
Once she rushed in, she saw the man sitting on the bed, focusing on his laptop. Hearing the commotion, he raised his head and looked at her.
Rosiley smiled at him before glancing at the pile of bright red on the bed.
He must have already noticed such an obvious red color.
Then… should she explain herself?
As she was hesitating, Sachin closed his laptop and looked at her seriously. “Come over, Rosiley.”
Hearing that, Rosiley bit her lips before walking over slowly. However, she dared not approach him.
She felt that his handsome face seemed to be masked with a strange smile. He must have seen the lingerie.
Hence, she sat next to him and opened her mouth after a long moment of deliberation. “Xiaoxiao gave it to me. I didn’t know that she would give me such a thing.”
He smiled but remained silent. His dark pupils were hiding all of his feelings and thoughts.
Rosiley felt that he was like a crouching leopard, staring intensely at his prey.
She naturally felt nervous.
Rosiley swallowed her saliva before pretending that nothing had happened. “Let me put this away.”
As she spoke, she turned to the changing room.
After hiding the lingerie in the innermost place of the cupboard, Rosiley sighed before murmuring to herself. “Xiaoxiao, Yayoi, wait patiently. When the both of you get married, I will give you such gifts as well.”
As she closed the door to the cupboard, she turned around and fell into a warm embrace.
She yelled in surprise before raising her head to meet a pair of bright, dark pupils, which shone with a light that mesmerized her.
Her face turned red immediately as she stared at him with embarrassment.
She had no idea how tempting she was.
Lowering his gaze, he lowered his head and kissed her on the lips.
Lust filled the air.
