Anyway, Aurelia’s goal had been achieved, so she refused to admit it. “This is not Callum. I’m hugging my boyfriend!” She didn’t think it would be a good thing if she admitted her relationship with Callum.
Briar and three other friends were stunned. Damn. Wasn’t Callum her husband?
Finally, the girl left with doubts.
Aurelia took out her phone and sent a message. “Callum, are your fans crazy? Why didn’t they come to you in person when you were in class? Why did they all come to me after knowing that we were in a relationship? 33 girls came to ask me about our relationship just in less than half a day!”
There was no immediate reply from the other party. It was only half an hour later that she received his text message. “You have to get used to it, because I’ll announce that you are Madam of the Finnegan Clan public very soon.”
So, would there be more girls coming to her in the future? Aurelia shuddered fiercely. “Callum, please be merciful! Let’s keep a low profile, just like the past three years.”
Callum saw the message and smiled faintly. “Aurelia, it’s too late.”
From the moment Aurelia stole his heart, she was destined to spend the rest of her life with him, and she couldn’t keep a low profile.
Aurelia was lost for words.
She wanted to give up her position. The title of Madam of the Finnegan Clan was too much for her. She couldn’t bear to think of her life in the future!
But if another woman were to accompany Callum to eat, travel, hand out, and sleep, she would be unhappy!
Thinking of this, Aurelia pushed away the girl who came to find her and whispered in Briar’s ear, “I need money. Find me another bar. I want to sing there!”
Briar immediately shook his head and said, “You are absolutely crazy!”
Callum was so rich and had given Aurelia a lot, but she still wanted to go out and do a part-time job. What was wrong with her?
Aurelia was frustrated by the rejection and explained to him, “I want to buy him a gift with my own money.”
The money she earned from drinking last time was less than 20, 000 dollars left after she spent it. 20, 000 dollars was enough to buy him a gift, but she wanted to buy Callum something better and special.
Now that she was sure that she loved Callum, she had to take the initiative.
What if she lost him one day? She would hate herself forever.
“Fine, but you have to promise me not to drink.” Callum seemed to hate Aurelia drinking, and she absolutely could not touch his bottom line again.
“Sure! No problem!” Aurelia assured, patting her chest!
Aurelia behaved very well that night. After seeing Callum, she took the initiative to ask about his wounds. She also took the initiative to take care of him when they went out to dinner together.
Although she was rejected by Callum, she still gave the man a back massage in a flattering manner.
Callum placed the fish after picking out the bones on the plate in front of her. “You don’t have to try to please me. I remember you were late for class.”
Aurelia instantly wilted.
Using her fork to poke at the fish on the plate, she tried to negotiate with him. “I don’t want to go to the movies or the cemetery!”
“Okay,” he agreed readily.
Amid the girl’s excitement, Callum said calmly, “Let’s go watch a man-snake fight, the kind where people and snakes can kiss each other.”
“No!” She was imagining that scene… Last time, Callum didn’t let her watch it, but she couldn’t help it and her legs trembled upon watching the scene.
It was not like she hadn’t seen it before. When she went to Thailand, there was a fight between a man and a snake. She was hiding behind a pillar playing with her phone and accidentally saw Briar kissing a snake. She was so scared that she threw her phone away. After returning home, Aurelia hid from Briar for a full half month!
Aurelia completely realized that she should never mess with Callum, a man who was capable of anything!
Even though she was his wife, she couldn’t afford to piss him off.
The fish was super tender, but when Aurelia put it in her mouth, it tasted flavorless. “What should I do to let you forgive me?”
The man cleaned up the fish bones and glanced at her. “It depends on your performance.”
Aurelia seemed to have thought of something when she heard his words. She suddenly stood up from her seat, walked over and hugged Callum’s neck, making him look at her.
She kissed his thin lips three times in a row with her soft little mouth.
Unexpectedly, the man was not happy, and his face became gloomy. “Aurelia, did you wipe your mouth after dinner?”
Maybe not.
Learning her mistakes, Aurelia hurried to make amends. She took out a tissue and was about to wipe her mouth when she thought it would be better to wipe his mouth first!
She personally wiped Callum’s mouth, and then her own.
Throwing the tissue into the trash, she hugged his neck from behind. “Callum, are you satisfied with my performance?”
“I don’t feel your sincerity.” How could he want such a perfunctory kiss?
Aurelia buried her face in his neck in frustration, her breath spraying on the man’s skin intentionally or unintentionally. Callum paused, thinking she was definitely doing it on purpose.
The next moment, he put down his cutlery and wiped his hands with a wet wipe.
He pulled the dishonest woman into his arms and let her sit on his lap. Aurelia looked at the door sheepishly. Fortunately, this was a private room and there was no one else.
The man’s hands wrapped around her small hands and he kissed her red lips accurately, giving her a deep kiss.
After a while, the man’s hoarse voice sounded in her ears. “Let’s go home, okay?”
“Sure!” Aurelia immediately knew what he meant.
She would rather kiss Callum all the time than kiss a snake, so Aurelia agreed without a second thought.
Then Callum didn’t even give her a chance to eat, and directly took her out of the restaurant and rushed home.
Along the way, Aurelia kept her head down playing with her phone and didn’t dare to say a word to Callum, because when she thought about what was going to happen next, she was shy!
But just as they were about to reach the villa, Callum’s phone suddenly rang. She looked up and saw clearly Laura’s name on the screen.
Callum immediately answered his phone. “Laura?”
Laura’s anxious and frightened voice came out, “Callum, there are people in my house. Two or three people have been looking for something. I have been waiting for half an hour, and they haven’t left yet…”
Callum’s face darkened and he turned the steering wheel around. “Find a security room near the neighborhood and wait for me. I’ll pick you up now.”
“Okay… Please hurry up!”
“Um!”
The call ended, and all the sweet anticipation in Aurelia’s heart disappeared.
Callum explained to her, “It should be those dangerous people from last time. Let’s go pick her up now.”
