“What?” Veronica Parker asked in disbelief.
“Didn’t you hear what I just said?”
“Don’t you believe me? I’m not calling him. You said I couldn’t get in touch with Toby Cage.” Veronica Parker never thought that Nick Cage would let her call Toby Cage.
“When was the last time you get in touch with him?” Nick Cage asked, loosening the grip on her jaw. He grabbed her by the wrist and dragged her onto the bed.
“Ah! What do you want to do, Mr. Cage?. You’re hurting me!” Veronica Parker tried to pull his hand, but she couldn’t pull it apart.
Nick Cage was so strong that Veronica Parker had no room to resist and was pulled forward.
“Ouch!” It wasn’t until Veronica Parker screamed that Nick Cage shook off her hand.
Veronica Parker rubbed her wrist, and just like that, a red mark was already on her wrist. Could this man get any stronger?
With more force, he could just break her wrist.
Her eyes fell on the cell phone on the nightstand. It was hers.
Nick Cage clearly ordered her to call Toby Cage from her cell phone.
She just made up that story. If she called Toby Cage, she would be exposed.

Veronica Parker hesitated for a moment, and then went over to pick up her phone. She thought of something and said, “I don’t have the number of Toby Cage.”
Nick Cage’s voice rose. “Go get my phone!”
The servant outside immediately went to Nick Cage’s room. Within seconds, the mobile phone was brought.
Nick Cage was impatient and immediately dialed Toby Cage’s number directly from Veronica Parker’s mobile phone, putting it on speakerphone.

Veronica Parker was so nervous that she bowed his head.
“What did he say?” After a moment of silence, Toby Cage asked.
Veronica Parker’s mind was empty. She said hurriedly, “He said that he just went to calm down during the times that he went missing. But now he has it all figured out and he will not bother me anymore.”
“You tell him directly that I am married.”
When Veronica Parker was about to open her mouth and say something, the phone was taken away from her. Nick Cage hung up and threw it directly on the bed.
Veronica Parker asked, “Why did you hang up? I haven’t finished yet? ”
“What else do you want to say? Yeah? Are there a lot of men around you?” Nick Cage looked at her coldly. “Why do you have to call a man’s name even in your dreams?”
Veronica Parker was strong enough to resolve the crisis. “Don’t be so fussy about it, will you?” Although my heart is not yours, my body is yours! You have nothing to lose, right? ”
Nick Cage frowned and uttered three words, “Do you want to die?”

” What are you doing?” Veronica Parker asked, holding out a nervous little hand as if she was trying to stop him.
“Tell me where your heart is.” Nick Cage ignored the non-existent hand and looked down at her.
“Here. Of course, I have it! Do you want me to give you my heart to you, too? ”
Nick Cage stared at her and said nothing.
” Why are you looking at me like that?” Veronica Parker was a little smug in her heart. He was not embarrassed by my words, was he? Yes, for a heartless man like Nick Cage, a woman’s heart was the last thing he needed to have because it would be a problem. “You see, am I right?”
She wasn’t able to finish her words because Nick Cage reached out and grabbed her. Veronica Parker felt a sharp tightening of her chest.
“Ah!” Veronica Parker’s face flushed. ” You are shameless!”
Nick Cage did not let her go and pulled her closer to him, his breath dangerously sprayed on her red face. “I could be more shameless! Do you want to feel it? ”
Veronica Parker clenched her lips and dared not breathe. She shook her head desperately.

Veronica Parker nodded as the last resort.
Nick Cage let go of her hand and turned away. She sat softly on the edge of the bed.
There was a slight pain in her chest.

As she saw Bob, she asked, “Where’s Mr. Cage?”
“I was just about to call you. Mr. Cage is waiting for you for breakfast in the restaurant.”
Veronica Parker didn’t understand. Wait for her? Nick Cage? Did I have the right to make him wait?
“How does he seem to be feeling?” Veronica Parker assessed the situation first.
She knew that the person in charge of the KING Group was waiting for her to have breakfast, which was not normal.
Bob said, “He looks good.”
Veronica Parker looked at him suspiciously.
Thinking about what it was like for Nick Cage to look in a good mood.
Bob gently cleared his throat and said, “Miss Parker, Mr. Cage just got out of bed.”
Veronica Parker was surprised, “He just got out of bed?”
“Yes, don’t disturb Mr. Cage until 09:30.” Bob thought that Veronica Parker must have provoked Mr. Cage to wake up late in the morning.
What Veronica Parker was thinking is that Nick Cage had a mood to get out of bed. Did he wake up so late? She thought he was going to work every day in the morning, but she didn’t expect him to be sleeping late in Winter Villa.
