Clinton’s wails echoed throughout the floor.
At this moment, Flynn was like a bloodthirsty dragon, devoid of any emotion. His cold eyes seemed to pierce through souls and freeze bodies.
Clinton had seen many things in his life, especially in the past year at Eight Extremities School, where he served many big shots. But he had never seen eyes like Flynn’s.
The female classmates were all stunned, their eyes full of fear.
This was a murderous intent!
“Harriet, go and persuade him, or you’ll all be doomed!” Julianne said with a frown.
It was satisfying to see Flynn teach Clinton a lesson, but the consequences were too severe to bear!
The other classmates were also terrified.
They never imagined Harriet had such a violent brother. If Clinton hadn’t been the most arrogant, they would have suffered greatly for mocking Harriet earlier.
Harriet shook her head and said, “You don’t understand Flynn. Once he has killing intent, no one can stop him.”
In the park when Kamari harassed her.
When Eight Extremities School caused trouble.
Flynn always tried reasoning first, but once his killing intent rose, no one could stop him.
However, despite saying this, Harriet still left the room and approached Flynn to persuade him:
“Flynn, Clinton has already been punished. Please stop!”
Flynn didn’t even turn his head and said expressionlessly:
“Trash like this deserves to lie in bed for life!”
With that, he stomped on Clinton’s arm.
“Bang!”
Blood splattered as Clinton’s elbow shattered.
Everyone gasped at the sight. The guests peeking from other rooms quickly pulled back in fear.
Julianne frowned involuntarily.
Harriet was right; once this man made up his mind, no one could change it!
“You and Stephanie leave first. I’ll handle the rest!” Flynn said and prepared to stomp again.
However, at that moment…
“Leave? You dare leave after hitting my people?”
A commotion erupted in the hallway.
The manager of Spring Blossom Tower supported Frederick as they walked down, followed by a stern-faced Madeline.
She had invited Frederick to Spring Blossom Tower today to discuss delaying repayment.
“Mr. Powell is here! That kid is done for.”
“Oh! Haven’t seen Mr. Powell in half a month; why does he need support to walk?”
“Mr. Powell hasn’t had it easy lately; his father died tragically, and he got into a car accident. He’s been holding a lot of anger inside. That kid hit him at the worst time.”
Amidst the chatter, Frederick walked over with a cold expression.
“Damn it! Who dares hit my people? Today… huh? It’s you?” Frederick cursed as he approached but froze when Flynn turned around.
Seeing Flynn made Frederick’s anger surge uncontrollably.
Flynn!
Just days ago at Ponocord Bay, Flynn had severely injured him!
He had been tossed around like a dead dog and shot through the hand with an arrow!
His father had wanted to avenge him but ended up dying at Energence Pharmaceuticals.
These days, he had been consumed by grief and rage.
Only after his godfather Maximo took over as manager and vowed to kill Flynn did Frederick feel somewhat relieved.
He thought the next time he saw Flynn; it would be as a corpse.
Unexpectedly, they met here again, ruining his day instantly.
Madeline was also stunned upon seeing Flynn and secretly felt relieved:
“Flynn has provoked Eight Extremities School again.”
“Good thing I divorced him; otherwise, I’d be implicated!”
“Frederick mentioned that Maximo would meet with Rose tomorrow to deal with Frederick being beaten.”
“With Grandmaster Maximo involved, Flynn will either die or be half-dead.”
“This guy not only doesn’t restrain himself but also provokes Eight Extremities School at such a critical time. He’s doomed!”
Knowing that Flynn had injured Frederick, she immediately posted their divorce certificate on social media to distance herself from him.
She painted Flynn in the worst light possible and repeatedly declared that the Kaur family had nothing to do with him anymore.
Frederick was pleased and praised Madeline for it, which made her breathe a sigh of relief.
But actions spoke louder than words; Madeline felt she needed to prove herself again.
So she said coldly:
“Flynn, you injured Mr. Powell. He hasn’t come after you because he wanted to give you a chance.”
“If you apologize now, Mr. Powell might spare your life.”
“But you didn’t do that; instead, you kept provoking him. Do you really want to block your own path completely?”
Her words made the fifth floor fall silent instantly.
“What? This guy injured Mr. Powell? Wasn’t it a car accident?”
“What a small world! Mr. Powell has been mourning recently and didn’t go after him. Now that they’ve met today, he won’t let him off.”
“Does he think Mr. Powell is easy to bully just because his father died? The new manager is Mr. Powell’s godfather and a Grandmaster! He’s doomed!”
People shook their heads in pity as they discussed it.
Frederick’s face darkened upon hearing Madeline’s words.
The incident at Ponocord Bay was humiliating enough.
Not only did he fail to hurt Flynn but also fled in disgrace-utterly humiliating!
He didn’t want anyone to know about it and claimed it was a car accident instead.
Today, seeing Madeline’s connection with Flynn made him reveal the truth to her.
He never expected her to announce it publicly.
What would people think?
The notorious Mr. Powell got beaten up days ago while his attacker roamed free?
Who would take him seriously after this?
Madeline didn’t notice Frederick’s change in demeanor and continued rambling:
“Even though we’re divorced, I advise you to apologize quickly to Mr. Powell instead of acting rashly.”
“Otherwise, not only will you face ruin but also implicate your friends.”
“You should know that hitting Mr. Powell last time already sealed your fate…”
“Shut up!” Frederick roared suddenly, glaring at Madeline with murderous eyes.
He didn’t want to relive the humiliation from Ponocord Bay; yet Madeline kept bringing it up repeatedly.
Wasn’t she rubbing salt into his wounds and dragging his reputation through the mud?
Madeline was startled into silence and stood frozen on the spot.
She then glared at Flynn angrily.
She didn’t reflect on her own actions but blamed Frederick’s anger on being upset by Flynn ruining his good mood again after their divorce-what bad luck!
“I don’t want to discuss grudges with you today; we’ll settle everything tomorrow. Release Clinton now, and I’ll pretend I didn’t see you!” Frederick said angrily while staring at Flynn.
Julianne was taken aback by these words.
She thought Frederick would call people over to deal with Flynn but didn’t expect him to back down instead-letting them go?
This wasn’t like Niarak’s little devil!
But she didn’t know that Frederick wanted revenge badly but couldn’t beat Flynn due to his martial arts skills!
For now, he’d have to swallow this insult until Maximo dealt with it tomorrow!
Just when everyone thought Flynn would let Clinton go unexpectedly…
“Release Clinton? Sure!” Flynn smiled coldly before stomping on Clinton’s other arm again.
“Crack!”
Another bone-shattering sound echoed as Clinton’s limbs were crushed-crippled for life!
“You can take your man away now.” Flynn glanced at Frederick indifferently before turning back into the room calmly leaving behind Clinton’s agonizing screams which made Frederick’s brain explode in fury-he had shown enough tolerance yet still crippled Clinton’s arm! How humiliating! This was an outright slap in his face!
