“Yes, sir,” the butler replied promptly.
“Leo, you must stay. My mom wants to thank you properly,” Amaya, with her watery eyes, looked at Leo and said.
“Alright.” It was already late, and going back to the clinic meant going to sleep.
The group chatted until late into the night, leaving only Leo and Kihachi in the living room.
“Mr. Bloomer, over the years, I have collected some things. Please come with me and let me express my gratitude,” Kihachi said.
Leo nodded without much ceremony and followed Kihachi as he stood up.
Leo understood the principle that favors can turn into enmity, even with people who are not related by blood or friendship.
Of course, Leo also wanted to see what treasures this overseas tycoon had collected.
If the items were useful to him, it would be great. If not, it didn’t matter.
Kihachi led Leo out of the villa.
The estate was large, with several small villas in addition to the main one.
Under Kihachi’s guidance, they arrived at a wooden cottage.
They pushed open the door and found nothing particularly special inside.
Kihachi walked to the left wall and pressed somewhere.
The floor made a creaking sound, revealing a wooden staircase leading underground.
Kihachi gestured to Leo and then led him down.
Before reaching the bottom, a scent of alcohol wafted up.
Obviously, there was a wine cellar below.
Bottles of wine were neatly arranged on wooden shelves, with lighting, temperature, and humidity all controlled within the optimal range.
“Mr. Mcguire, I didn’t expect you to have such a collection of wine,” Leo said.
“Mr. Bloomer, you flatter me. I’m not particularly good at wine; I just have a fondness for collecting,” Kihachi smiled.
The wine cellar was large, and Leo followed Kihachi until they reached the middle of the cellar.
Kihachi looked around and walked to a red wine rack. He squatted down and turned the bottom bottle slightly.
In the middle of the wine cellar, the heavy wooden floor made a creaking sound and opened up on both sides.
A square wooden table rose from below.
On the table were five boxes.
Four of them were made of white jade and were probably used to store medicinal herbs. The other one was an exquisite redwood box.
“Mr. Bloomer, these are the four Spirit Medicines I have collected. Even the Powers family hasn’t been able to persuade me to give them away,” Kihachi pointed to one of the white jade boxes and said.
With Kihachi’s status and position, he naturally wouldn’t be vulgar enough to express his gratitude with money.
Besides, he knew that people like Leo wouldn’t lack money.
So he could only take out his own collection to show his sincerity and respect.
“Mr. Bloomer, I don’t know if these things will be useful to you. If they are, please take them all,” Kihachi said sincerely.
The things on the table were all external items. Tonight, Leo not only saved himself and Amaya but also awakened his wife from a vegetative state. This favor was not small.
“Thank you very much, Mr. Mcguire.” Leo took one of the white jade boxes without being overly polite.
Inside the white jade box was a crystal-clear fruit that resembled ice and snow. A refreshing fragrance filled the air, instantly refreshing one’s mind and spirit.
This was the Snow Spirit Fruit.
The Snow Spirit Fruit not only enhanced Spiritual Power but also improved physical health.
Leo then opened the other three white jade boxes one after another. Inside each box was Frigid Moon Flower, Blazing Ginseng, and Spectral Lotus respectively.
Frigid Moon Flower could calm one’s mind, Blazing Ginseng was a tonic, and Spectral Lotus was an auxiliary Spirit Medicine for various elixirs.
Leo’s gaze shifted to the larger redwood box and opened it.
Inside the redwood box lay a small hammer quietly.
The material of the small hammer was unknown. It had strange patterns on it and faint flashes of lightning, giving it a mysterious appearance.
“Mr. Bloomer, this small hammer is quite unique and heavy. It also has lightning on it. It must be extraordinary,” Kihachi said at the right moment.
Leo’s heart stirred as he reached out and picked up the small hammer from the redwood box.
The small hammer was heavy in his hand, with threads of lightning dancing on its surface.
Leo infused some Spiritual Power into the small hammer, causing the lightning on its surface to become even more intense. The arcs of lightning twirled around the hammer like little snakes.
“It is indeed a spiritual weapon-a middle-grade spiritual weapon,” Leo thought to himself with joy.
Although Leo already had the top-grade spiritual weapon Divine Dragon Sword, as a Cultivator, having more spiritual weapons was always beneficial.
With this Lightning Hammer, he could easily smash those tough werewolves into a bloody mess with just one strike.
After accepting the Lightning Hammer, Leo’s gaze fell on the redwood box again.
When he took out the Lightning Hammer earlier, Leo noticed that there was a translucent white silk bag inside the box.
Leo picked up the silk bag and glanced at it. A look of delight flashed in his eyes, even more so than when he took out the Lightning Hammer.
“Mr. Bloomer, this small bag came with the hammer. I don’t know what material it is made of, but it is very tough,” Kihachi continued.
Leo carefully examined the white silk bag in his hand and thought to himself, “This is not a storage bag; it’s an Exotic Beast Sack-a low-grade Exotic Beast Sack.”
An Exotic Beast Sack is a bag used to hold exotic beasts.
Like a storage bag, it contained an alternate space within it.
The difference between them was that a storage bag could only store inanimate objects and couldn’t hold living creatures like beasts or humans.
With this low-grade Exotic Beast Sack, Leo could put Thunder Wing Beast inside it for convenience in the future.
“Mr. Mcguire, I don’t need the Blazing Ginseng anymore. You and Aunt Adams can cut off a small piece each month for longevity. As for the other items, they are all useful to me. Thank you,” Leo said with a smile.
“Alright, Mr. Bloomer. I’m glad you like them,” Kihachi nodded and smiled.
Leo had done such a great favor for the Mcguire family that it made him happy to be able to return some kindness now.
Leo waved his right hand and stored all the Spirit Medicines and Lightning Hammer into his storage bag.
As for the Exotic Beast Sack, Leo put it in his pocket.
Seeing everything on the table suddenly disappear, Kihachi’s eyes flickered with surprise but he didn’t ask any further questions.
After leaving the wine cellar, Leo went to the guest room arranged for him by Kihachi.
The guest room was luxurious and comfortable. Leo took a bath first and then sat cross-legged on the bed.
Tonight, he didn’t plan on sleeping but instead wanted to refine the Lightning Hammer and Exotic Beast Sack.
The appearance of the Lightning Hammer and Exotic Beast Sack once again proved that there were Cultivators on Earth.
As for why Cultivators suddenly disappeared from Earth, it remained a mystery to this day.
Leo made a gesture with his right hand, summoning forth the Lightning Hammer.
Extending his left hand, he flicked his fingertip, sending a drop of essence blood toward the Lightning Hammer.
After his essence blood entered the Lightning Hammer, Leo closed his eyes slowly while forming hand seals with both hands, entering into refinement.
The next day, when the morning sunlight poured in, Leo had already refined and imprinted Divine Awareness on both the Lightning Hammer and Exotic Beast Sack.
