Jacob put the ring on Katherine’s finger without giving her the opportunity to refuse.
Under good lighting, the diamond ring shines brightly, matching Katherine’s slender and fair hand.
“How is it? Do you like it?” Jacob turned his head and asked her.
Katherine said indifferently, “Even if you give it to me, I will throw it away when I arrive home.”
