Christopher was knocked out by the rear of the car for a moment. He saw that Leslie was safe, and his eyes could finally close tightly.
The pain was so intense. Christopher felt darker and darker in front of Christopher’s eyes. He closed his eyes instinctively, but only to hear the voice of Leslie calling him.
Perhaps it was a wonderful hallucination before one died.
If it wasn’t for him, Leslie wouldn’t have suffered so much.
Leslie once said that her only fault in her life was to love a man who didn’t love her.
But now he was not only to fall in love with her but also love inexorable.
In the end, he realized that it was not her fault to love him.
It was his fault.
Leslie did not move but only for a few seconds.
She screamed and rushed frantically.
The people who had gathered in front of him were pushed away by her.
“What’s wrong with you?”
“That’s it, how uneducated.”
Leslie regardless of what the person said. She only wanted to see Christopher.
This man was so vicious and cold.
But why did he save her?
Leslie ran toward him. She held him who was blood-drenched into her arms.
“Christopher, you owe me two lives. Don’t think that if you die like this, I will forgive you. What you owe me can’t be repaid with your life.”
His body began to turn cold. Leslie felt endless fear.
This man held her in his arms and kissed her just now.
How did he become like this?
It was all a dream, wasn’t it?
However, the blood on her hands was not fake. Christopher with tightly closed eyes was also not a fake person.
She covered his wound with her hand subconsciously, trying to stop the bleeding. But the viscous liquid, like a gushing spring, continued to flow out no matter how hard she pressed.
“Christopher, you’re not allowed to die! I don’t want to owe you!”
She screamed like a crazy person.
The people around her, who had been quite critical of her, could not help but sigh when they saw her in such a desperate and frantic state.
When the ambulance arrived, the doctor forcibly moved Christopher’s body onto a stretcher.
Leslie followed them hurriedly, grabbed the doctor’s hand, and said, “Please, please save him. Please let him alive!”
She followed the ambulance. Tears flowed unrestrainedly from her eyes.
It was because of her that Christopher died. Now it was not him who should have been lying in the car, but herself.
“Christopher, you said that you wanted to ask for my forgiveness. Then you should not sleep. Wake up and look at me, okay?”
“Please. Please. I beg you.”
She choked out a sob. Her hands never relaxed.
She was afraid that once she relaxed, he would disappear from this world.
The memories that come to her mind kept coming back.
She snapped back to the year she was seven. The first time she saw him.
He fell into a very deep pool. He, a little boy, was not able to swim.
She was only seven years old. She only learned how to swim for a few days. But she jumped into the water without any hesitation.
She was seeking him in the water. She was afraid that he would be dead if she came a little later.
But in the end, she was lucky enough to pull him out of the water.
She wished that he could hold her hand as firmly as before. And then he would open his good-looking eyes.
She still held his hands, but he can never wake up again.
Christopher closed his eyes tightly and his skin became increasingly colder. Leslie screamed in torment, “Doctor, is he already dead?”
When the nurse saw her like this, she also felt sympathy for her. She had to pull her back and said in a cold voice, “Miss, you should calm down first. The patient’s heartbeat is very weak now. If you keep on arguing like this and affect the doctor’s treatment, I am afraid he will die soon even if he is not dead now.”
Leslie nodded immediately, “I won’t talk. Please save him.”
Leslie’s lips were pale. Her face was tragically white without much blood. It seemed that the person who was about to die was her.
She sat by his side and looked at him with blood all over his body. Her heart ached immensely.
Admit it.
Leslie, you hadn’t forgotten him yet.
